Welcome to Beach Manor 1406 – a new Tops’l Resort vacation rental. When you walk into this family-friendly condo you are immediately taken away by the unobstructed, breathtaking gulf water and beach views! The kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances that you would need and even the basics: cookware, dinnerware, and standard kitchen appliances. The living room allows you to hit the relax button and unwind on the sofa which conveniently folds out to sleep two people and watch TV on the massive 54" flat screen TV with a sound bar!


In the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable king bed and 32" flat screen TV, along with direct balcony access to take in the spectacular views. It is the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins jump and the sun rise! The attached master bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double vanity with granite countertops. The guest bedroom is a perfect place for the kiddos to be as they have two twin beds and a 32" flat screen TV. They even have their own bathroom equipped with a single vanity and bathroom/shower combo. “Come Sail Away” and make the most amazing memories with your friends and family!


The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Beach Manor building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your east allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

The Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village are a quick drive away and offer amazing places to shop, a marina, and perfect spots to catch a sunset after a long day on the beach.
