The property was in great shape. very clean condo.. Terrific loaction.. Only downside to the week was it was fall break for some states and the beach was overcrowded.. There was way to many beach umbrella setup's.. Other than that, graet stay.. I would go again , perhaps in the off season!!

Had a wonderful week at the beach in this lovely condo in Sandestin. A beautiful view of the beach and the pools below, but high enough not to hear the noise of the beach traffic. Clean and well stocked. Great for a couple or (4) people.

Had a great time this year. Had been going to Beachside II for years but then started making European trips instead. Really wanted to relive our beach vacations once again in San Destin. It lived up to our expectations. Great condo in a great location. May do it once again in 2021!

Terrific management, stayed twice this year. Noticing some parts of the condo looking a little shopworn, but clean. Dimly lit unless you take your own lightbulbs.

The distance to the beach was perfect. The unit had everything that we needed and the bed was comfortable. I would like to have seen some updates throughout the unit, especially the bathroom.

We visited for Spring Break, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The room was clean, as was the property, and we felt safe and comfortable. A reasonable value, especially given the view. The tram to Baytowne Wharf is especially convenient. Will definitely consider staying at the property again.

We chose this rental based upon it's location on the beachfront with a balcony and that did not disappoint. We were steps from the beach and when not physically on the beach, we enjoyed watching and hearing the waves from our balcony. This location is hard to beat. The condo was well stocked with anything we could have needed. The rental company was great to work with. The condo was clean and pleasant, however could use just a bit of TLC in a few spots. Nothing major, just cosmetic. The condo public areas in the lobby and near elevators were also beginning to show their age a bit, but were clean. The pool area was nice and well maintained. Since location is our number one priority when coming to Miramar Beach, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to return to this unit.

Condo was perfect location and made for a very nice stay. Everything worked well, but no tissue supplied. Bought our own paper supplies being there over a week. Would go back again.

Oh no! Our policy is to have 2 rolls of bathroom tissue and a roll of paper towels for every guest upon arrival until a market trip is made by the guest.
