This unit was a great for beach time and pool time. Easy access to the beach. Pool was not crowded and provided some shade with comfortable chairs.

We had a wonderful time. Everything about our stay was awesome. Upon arrival and walking out onto the balcony the view took our breath away. Facing southeast for a beautiful sunrise and curvature of the shoreline you can see for miles. I believe you can Panama City in the distance. Anyway,my only complaint is our patio table was broken and the washer and dryer didn't work but we didn't was very hard to leave. I almost went to buy a set of golf clubs but I don't golf. If a person did not enjoy this place something is wrong with them.

Accommodations were perfect . Gibson rentals very attentive and exceeded our expectations as a rental company. Furnishing’s were great . Master bed was very tall making it very difficult to get in and out as an older couple . This was only negative . Washer was being repaired snd Gibson offered to do laundry for us. Would definitely rent again

The condo we booked was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very nice. Great views. Very clean. Gibson Beach rentals communications were great. Easy check in and texts to make sure everything was ok. Top notch group. The downside staying at a beachside 2 is a theme mentioned before with the beach overcrowded. The beach directly in front of the complex are too crowded for space. This was the only complex there we noted that stacked up to 5 rows of chairs. Most of the other properties limited to two or three. Otherwise the stay was good. But we spend our time on the beach and this was just too crowded based on our experience other places. If they figure out how to control access and limit to those renting could be a great place to stay.

Needed an escape from NY and spent a month in this lovely gem. Beautiful Condo, breathtaking views, and magical surroundings. Pure paradise. The topper was that the Gibson Mgmt team are located in the building and couldn’t be more helpful! Truly a wonderful experience.

Beachside 2 Unit # 4334 is exceptionally comfortable. The furnishings are in excellent condition and don't overly crowd the space. A good nights sleep after an exhausting day is very important and the bed in this unit rates AAA+. The shower is a walk-in type design that eliminates the need to have to step over a tub to enter. All of the kitchen appliances are in good working order and obviously have been updated. It's readily apparent that the owner of this condo wants a guest to leave with a good impression. There were zero negative surprises. Gibson's staff was also quite responsive in making our stay first rate. They handled a couple of requests very promptly. All in all a very positive experience.

Rental was exactly as seen on web site. But i didn't expect anything less. I have partnered with Gibson Beach Rental several times in the past and have never been disappointed. Very clean & spacious! Great easterly view of the beautiful beach! Great location, close to great restaurants! Ate at Bijoux (you don’t even have to get on the highway), Emeril’s, Fleming’s, Cantina Laredo & Surf Hut (waiting to check in). Felt very safe at the Sandestin Resort. Gibson is awesome to work with! Only thing missing in the condo is a full length mirror!

We absolutely loved our stays in unit 4334. Woke up every morning to breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean. While we eating most days the dolphins swam by. My wife and I will definitely stay again (if the price is right����)

We booked this condo last minute through Gibson Beach Rentals for a last minute trip...the condo was spacious for three of us. The views....breathtaking. Everything was clean and all the details thought of...they even provided us with a box of tissues, a small pouch of laundry detergent, and cute coffee cups we could keep! It's the small things and added touches that we appreciate! We have rented through Gibson several times now and will again in the future. Highly recommend!

Overall, this is a great unit and while I have a few minor complaints, I’ll start with the positives. Great location, never a shortage of parking, and quick elevators. This condo has been updated and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, etc. Also the keyless entry is a nice touch. The bed was by far one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on during vacation. The bathroom is tight but has been nicely updated and the shower has great water pressure.
Now for the cons.... the air conditioning works great throughout this unit EXCEPT the bedroom. Not sure what’s going on there as it does blow cold air but it’s like the air immediately disappears as soon as it leaves the vent. The rest of the unit was a good ten degrees cooler than the bedroom at all times. Due to the lack of AC, my husband and I had to turn the fan up extra high which caused me to have a sinus infection. The ceilings are very low and the bed is extremely high so I’m guessing having a fan blowing hard in my face constantly for several nights irritated my sinuses. This really put a damper on my vacation. We called down to the Gibson team and they brought up a box fan which helped pull some of the cold air from the hallway into the bedroom. It was a lifesaver but still didn’t fully fix the issue of the bedroom being hot.
My only other complaint is really with the building and not the unit itself. Beachside II has no fitness facilities on site. My husband and I enjoy being able to work out on vacation and it’s a huge bummer not having a gym. While there is a fitness complex in sandestin, the cost was too much to justify for two people so we got a guest pass to a local gym in Destin.

We're terribly sorry about the A/C issues! During the heat of the summer, there is always one room in every unit that will be a little warmer than the others. The bedroom is the likely candidate due to the large windows facing directly south. We always suggest keeping the drapes closed when the room isn't in use to help with that. It was our pleasure to help in any way possible but are sad about the sinus troubles. Please accept our apologies! Unfortunately, Beachside II doesn't have a weight room like a gym but does offer cardio equipment. The building just isn't large enough to house a full gym. We normally suggest Gold's Gym or Sandestin Fitness Center to our Beachside II guests who require a full gym. We hope in spite of the inconveniences, y'all had a great time and enjoyed your well-deserved vacation. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to help you find more suitable options for your next visit.

Gibson Beach Rentals gets a high 5 for the communication and representation of the rental unit. The unit was well maintained and everything worked. We did not do any cooking but did give the coffee pot a good workout. I recommend using GBR for all your rental needs in Destin! We look forward to returning!

We've stayed at Beachfront II before and once again, they didn't disappoint. Unit 4334 was beautifully decorated, wonderful view, and very comfortable overall. We stayed in Beachside II #4334 for four nights over Spring Break. The condo has a great balcony that looks right out on the pool and the beach. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need for cooking dinner. The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It would be nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom, as the only mirror is over the sink in the bathroom, but that's a minor point. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! The Beach House restaurant is right next door, and the Hilton which has a couple of great restaurants is on the other side of it.

Very good experience with this condo and dealing with Gibson. Our only problem was we had a difficult time with the king bed because the top of the mattress is so high off the floor that my wife could not climb into the bed. Fortunately Gibson provided a small ladder she could use.

As a first time renter of this property I was very satisfied. The view from the balcony was wonderful. My only complaint would be the bed is a little softer than I am accustomed to, other than that the decor was great.

Excellent property and beautiful condo. The resort amenities are superb, even a few days of rain did not hinder a great vacation, always something to do and you didn’t have to go far. Just a quick drive or shuttle ride and Baytowne Warf was a perfect evening getaway with excellent food and entertainment.
Only one complaint. We paid for 3 days of beach set up, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. With the crowds, condo supplied beach chairs and umbrellas, just wasn’t going to work, no room on the beach at all unless you set up at day break. Was a bit annoyed normal crowd was allowed to set up chairs, tents, canopies and loud radios in front of all paid beach set up customers and beach view was pretty much completely obscured. Tuesday as we were packing up to leave, was amazed to see paid beach set up was now placed on front row, not behind everyone else, a bit of a disappointment we weren’t treated with the same courtesy. But again, just a minor hiccup, we could get over.
Overall, great stay and we will book our next vacation here again. Hopefully beach set up will be up front next go-around.

Beachside II 4334 is one of the best condos I have stayed at in a long time! I am a very picky renter and most of the time a condo is not what it seems, but not this one. The condo renovation is very well done. The room was decorated using the newest trends and the overall feel of the room was very relaxing. Everything was clean and well supplied. The only thing I might change is the bed pillows to a alternative down or better quality and maybe a step stool to get in to the bed, but these were very minor things and would not keep me from returning. Also, Gibson Rentals was a pleasure to work with and are doing a excellent job as property managers.

We were very pleased with the unit, it met all of our needs. We were impressed with the fact that the unit was exactly as depicted in the photos, some times lodging can look so nice in a photo and not so nice in reality, this was not the case.

Loved the location it was easy to find. It was close to everything about 10 mins from destin and Santa Rosa beach. The condo was very clean. The only complaint is more towels per bathroom 4 isn't enough especially at the beach. Other than that everything was amazing! Loved the view from the bedroom!!

My husband and I stayed her for a babymoon/anniversary getaway. Everything about this condo was perfect. We loved the view of the ocean and the lovely, updated decor of the unit. The bed was super comfortable and the place is very spacious. Super easy access to the pool and beach and rest of the Sandestin resort. Gibson Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and it was nice that they had an office on site. The keyless entry to the unit was awesome, too. Made check-in and check-out a breeze.

Perfect for two. Good pool, great beach. Shopping is close with shuttle service, most restaurants are in Destin--long drive.

We can assure you that Beachside II Association Manager made multiple trips to The Beach House to re-affirm about the volume level of their live music performances affect all surrounding areas, and pushed to advise to keep it down. We know it's not a pleasant experience to hear repetitive bumping bass during what's supposed to be a relaxing evening on the beach! We do hope you decided to stay with us again next time you plan a vacation in our beautiful area. We'd be happy to have you again!

We had a wonderful stay for a quick 3 day weekend with our two year old son. This condo was perfect for us since we spent most of our time out and about in the sand and surf. Loved that sandestin resort provided option to rent beach chairs and umbrella beachfront so we didn't have to worry about lugging stuff down (provided in unit). Clean, beautifully decorated and super quick access to the beach. Loved it!

The room was nicely furnished and had all the accommodations you'd need for a week of relaxing at the beach! The location was great and near multiple shopping venues and restaurants! We'll definitely come back!!

Would rent this unit next time in Destin. Suggest some rugs on floor, fix noisy bed, and oil hinges on door between den and sleeping area.

Perfect beach vacation! Condo was beautiful and the beach / ocean was breathtaking! Condo was in excellent location, easy to access and the view from the balcony was amazing! Can't wait for next year, great one bedroom condo!

Our experience with Gibson Beach Rentals was awesome! I saw an add for the condo on VRBO and connected to. Gibson from there. The whole process was smooth and easy. The office staff were all friendly and helpful. They followed up each email quickly and knew exactly how to help! The condo was clean and offered gorgeous ocean views. Now, I will always choose a condo instead of a hotel when visiting the area! Our family friends are traveling there this summer. I have already given them info on this company and condo.
