I had a wonderful time mostly because of the staff relocated us to a different property to serve our needs.They (Gibson Beach Rental) went over and beyond to please us.I even stayed an extra day.

We only had time for a 4-night getaway and this was the perfect place to stay. We LOVED the location and convenience. Could use a deep cleaning, but overall very nice accommodations.

This condo is comfortable, clean, and convenient to pool and Baytowne activities. Gibson Beach Rentals helped me with my garage parking QR code that I didn’t have and all codes worked properly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Honestly don’t waste your time with any of those over priced beach condos. Do yourself a favor and rent from a reputable VRBO or the like in San Destin like Gibson at Bahia. You’re literally right next to a small super walkable group of shopping eatery and entertainment options. And the prices aren’t outrageous. If you go to the beach you’re gonna be sat with your lovely 2x2 plot and an umbrella on some crowded beach you won’t even enjoy. Rent a car, park right under your property that’s so much more than a hotel room. Spacious living room for WFH types with plenty of connections anywhere you want to relax in your condo. Full size kitchen and lots of storage keeps your eating out costs low if you like and an in unit washer and dryer is a massive convenient addition in the event you need to do a quickly laundry load. The wifi speeds are in need of some attention only about 5Mbps down during any peak use and can be noticeably slow with multiple devices on the same network with the various QoS they have set up. The apartment featured dual sinks and everything you need to get yourself set up for a week of relaxation in Destin. You’re also equidistant to some really nice less crowded beach and upscale dining around 30A. A short 45 min drive from ECP airport and even shorter 35 min drive to VPS. The unit has access to some free activities that are included but primarily geared towards fans of golf, fishing, and small childrens activities so they are a little limited. Property was super clean and even ready a little earlier than expected. Contacts were all super professional and I would definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was great. Gibson Beach Rentals made the entire process seamless. The communication through texts was nice to have. This unit was in a nice peaceful location within a very short walking distance to Baytowne Wharf. We really enjoyed the activities and restaurants around the area. The loaded pulled pork nachos at the Village Door were fantastic as well as the happy hour raw oysters at Hammerheads. The unit was clean and the balcony was nice for morning coffee. The xplorie package was awesome as well! I would definitely recommend to others and will look to book through Gibson Beach Rentals on our next trip.

Gibson rentals did everything right in my opinion. Their prices ( like everyone else) are expensive but the value received was excellent.
Our unit was clean well stocked and redecorated. We even stayed an extra day when it became available at a reduced rate.
Happy to rent again from these people.

We stayed in this condo for one week at the end of July 2022. There were 2 adults and one teen, and we fit perfectly using the pull out sofa bed in the living room. This is a 3rd floor unit, just a few steps away from the pool. Bahia building is a short 5 minute walk to the activities and restaurants of Baytown Village. The best thing about this unit, besides the full kitchen and corner patio is the free daily activities. We took advantage of this perk and were able to play a free round of 18 holes at two of the top courses in Destin: Emerald Bay and Regatta Bay. Our teen also used the free pass We stayed in this condo for one week at the end of July 2022. There were 2 adults and one teen, and we fit perfectly using the pull out sofa bed in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed. It was great location. Very clean and just as pictured. Next trip to Destin we would definitely stay again.

This condo was pretty close to perfect for our family of four as we were looking for with only 2 minor exceptions. I wish the parking was better. Tight squeeze parking in the garage with a 1/2 ton truck. Weak Wi-Fi. However this is by far the cleanest rental we have stayed in. 3 minute walk to center of Baytown wharf. The view from the balcony isn’t the best because of trees but gave you privacy to just sit and relax! I would definitely stay here again. It was awesome!

Our stay was great. The property is amazing. There was so much to do onsite we didn't need to drive anywhere once we arrived. The place was VERY clean and comfortable. It felt like home.
