We have stayed in several Beachside Two units and this one was among the best.,I can't say enough about the Gibson staff. We had this trip scheduled and a family emergency occurred just days before we were to arrive. Gibson was gracious enough to allow us to reschedule, which very few, if any other management groups would do. So thankful for working with us through a difficult life event. Great job Gibson!!

Beautiful unit. Very clean. Perfect location. Short golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf for dinner & entertainment. The resort clean & secure. Would stay here again!

We have been snowbirding at Sandestin Resort for eight years and love the location. This rental at Beachside Two was wonderful. We loved both of the balconies with the nice furniture for listening and watching the waves. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the cookware and tableware that you would need. We appreciated the walk in shower. The golf cart was so helpful as my husband has knee problems. We are already signed up for renting next year. The management company was so helpful.

People from Gibson are outstanding in providing excellent customer service. Our stay at this property was good but we had to deal with our water being shut off between 8:00-5:00 for several days and the plumbing in the second bath sink needed repaired and the shower was rendered unusable because of a leak that was damaging property below our unit.

Great location with even better views. Easy access to the beach and easy access to the shuttle that takes you to the Village. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Could use some cosmetic updates, but nothing that would deter us from coming again.

The property was in great shape. very clean condo.. Terrific loaction.. Only downside to the week was it was fall break for some states and the beach was overcrowded.. There was way to many beach umbrella setup's.. Other than that, graet stay.. I would go again , perhaps in the off season!!

We were happy with location and view . Rooms was good enough . Just little suggestions to owner. Master Bedroom bed TOOO high . We are tall and we had some problem to simply set. MB needs some chair to be able to put shoes on. And couple more trash cans will be great to put in other spaces.

We have stayed at Beachside II on several occasions and this is one of the best units we have had! All check in information was promptly provided and worked great. The condo was clean and spacious, and the decor was tastefully done. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the west facing balcony. The building has had some nice updates to the public areas. Just wish they had the heat on in the pool because the water was too cold to swim! We will look for this unit on our next visit!

AHHHHH MAZING! The rental is beautifully decorated in the beach theme which we loved. immaculate when we arrived. the only suggestion is that they put real trash bags in there! other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will def come again

We enjoyed this beautiful condo and overall had a great experience staying in it recently. The only main issue was a toilet handle in the master bath that was having problems. When we called for help, your handyman (I think his name was Greg??) came very promptly and worked hard to fix it. When he realize that he needed another part, he went and got one from a local hardware box store and came back, again very promptly, and finally got it working again. He did a great job! The only other minor issue we had, was there was no kitchen garbage can, but we found one in the utility closet that had a mop in it that we used instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have always had good experiences w Gibons Beach Rentals.

This condo was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Love the location and the view! Easy access to the beach, and right by the Beach House restaurant and a fun little drink stand. My only 2 complaints are that the guest shower head was somewhat broken and made that shower unusable, and it didn’t appear it had just happened, and when you run the dryer it smells like something is on fire. It also stated that beach umbrella and chairs were included and the description should have been that they are available within the unit for you to use, not the beach set up professionally provided - as that was unclear.

The unit was great for a quick getaway with our family. It would have been nice to know that there was construction going on around the property and that the umbrella and chairs with the rental are stored in the unit, not those provided with rentals from other properties that are setup on the beach for you. We did like the unit though as the A/C worked great in the heat and it has a wonderful view. Some minor touch ups or repairs in the unit are needed, but nothing that interfered with our great trip. We'd rent and recommend this again.

This unit had gorgeous views and totally exceeded my expectations. Furnishings and decor are nicely done and kitchen utensils and appliances provided all we needed. Wine cooler was an added bonus. The view is so gorgeous we were content to spend hours sitting on the balcony and watching the pelicans fly right by us as well as the ocean, completely relaxing. Applaud the owner for the great patio furniture. I typically choose rentals based on balcony views, outside furniture and furnishing inside in that order. I will be back for sure.

Gibson rentals were great from start to finish, I had to make a few phone calls in and they answered my questions and took care of my concerns. Very happy with our condo in the past we have had condos that were not exactly what the pictures showed we were getting, With this condo we got exactly what was shown in the advertisent. I would recomend using them for any booking needs and will be using them again next yr.

Me & my family had such a great time staying here. It’s a great location that’s very safe and has so many different things to do. The room was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, all appliances were new, and we loved everything about it. They were working on painting and some construction on the outside but that didn’t affect out stay at all. We will definitely be returning here.

Everything was perfect and better than expected. The unit has been updated but the pics that I booked with had not. It was a pleasant surprise when the kitchen was newly updated. The location is perfect, the unit is very clean, and we had a wonderful time!

We have stayed at Beachside II for many years and this is the first time a golf cart has been provided!! We enjoyed riding the cart to Baytowne and around the property after a day at the beach. The original unit booked was not ready due to construction, so this unit was offered and ended up being larger with the golf cart and less expensive than the 1 bedroom! We walked right out of our room to the elevator to go down to the parking garage so that was great! There was lots of construction going on while there the 2nd week of May 2023, but realize that for there to be improvements, this has to happen. Always recommend Beachside II.

Stayed a week with my two teen girls. The place was beautiful and comfortable. We were told there was construction happening with a bit of a discounted price (not inexpensive) but we didn’t realize the extent. It was MAJOR construction. Other than waking up to a jackhammer weekday mornings at 8am, it didn’t affect our stay as we were out most of the day and construction ended by 5. Pool closed due to construction.
The condo was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. All
This was our first time to this area of Fla. nice area, water is still cold in April.
Beaches were super crowded in this area, but much less down the road. Golf cart was a great addition. If this is the area you’re looking at then you want be disappointed in this condo (post construction). I’ll be headed further south next time, just preference.

We enjoyed 4226 at Sandestin. Despite nearby construction, our time there was pleasant and enjoyable. The condo is nice and has a good view of the beach and sunset. The Sandestin resort is lovely and is it’s on ecosystem.

As expected but definitely could use a reno. Its a little dated compared to other units in the building. Not sure I'd come back to this unit but nothing to complain about. Overall it was in good shape.

It was a perfect layout for a great getaway. Close to working elevators. Parking was convenient. We could sit on balcony and each beach and ocean without even stepping in sand. I highly recommend this condo.

We had an incredible stay at Beachside II - 4313. The location was absolutely perfect, it was great being able to walk directly down to the beach or pool. The unit was beautiful and clean. All the amenities of having a washing machine and dryer was perfect for our family. Thanks for all the extras like the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. My son had a blast chasing crabs at night.

We had a great time with our family. We have been to the beach many times but this was our first time to the Mirimar/Destin area. The beaches at this resort were a lot more crowded then any we had ever experienced. We also did not realize this was at a shared resort. The views in this condo were beautiful!

I’ve stayed at several resorts from Gulf Shores, Panama & Destin. This resort has been the best one yet. I really like the security at the front gate to having another security gate when entering your condo. The golf course is beautiful and having a putt-putting course & a basketball court is a great. I highly recommend this resort.

I enjoyed staying at this condo. My family and I had plenty of space and the views were perfect. My kids enjoyed waking up and sitting on the balcony every morning. Location was perfect as we were right next to the elevator. Very quiet. The pool was never over crowded and the beach access was simple and convenient. I look forward to renting again next year.
Easy access to property and condo. Beautiful property and plenty to do. There was some maintenance going on in front lobby but it was not an issue.

This unit is one of the best units we have ever rented in Sandestin. It was beautifully appointed; had everything you could need and the most comfortable beds! The view is breathtaking. The kitchen is totally stocked with a fabulous refrigerator and a Keurig coffeemaker. Everything was spotless and ready for us when we arrived. It was a wonderful trip and we will definitely rent this unit again.

This is our second time renting through Gibson and second time in Beachside 2. The panoramic view of the ocean are just breathtaking from this 17th floor unit. For our family of five it was the perfect amount of space. We had one plumbing issue but Gibson made sure we were all taken care of! We will absolutely be back!

The location was very convenient to the pool and beach! The company was easy to communicate with. My only complaint was that the coffee table and tv stand and under the tv stand didn’t look cleaned. Other than that it was a great condo.

Overall we had a great time. I really enjoyed staying in Beachside II 4313. I only have one complaint, most nights we could not enjoy the balcony because the people staying above us played music loudly and the smell of marijuana was very overwhelming. This was a disappointment since when we rent a condo on the beach it is one of our favorite things to do.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the extra beds in the 2nd BR so that my daughters (25 and 28) don’t have to sleep together. We love the location on the 5th floor and the location to the elevators, front and back.
I love the wonderful blackout curtains in the main BR so I can sleep late.
There is a new smart tv and patio furniture.
We had questions about the water heater because of a loud noise when the shower was running. We called the help line and they were then within the hour to check it out.
I hope we can return to Sandestin and would definitely rent this place again.

Our stay at 4291 was really nice. The condo was clean, the appliances worked well and the master bedroom mattress was great.

The view of the beach was awesome.

Our key code expired early but a quick call to the management company resolved the issue within minutes.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is a thorough and deep floor cleaning.

What a great getaway with my granddaughter. The location is perfect. We enjoyed being so close to the entrance to the pool and beach. The only issue we had was our a/c went out the last night we were there. It took too long to get someone out to check it so we left.

The condo was pristine and the check in and out process was very easy. We even got in a little early on check in day. The view couldn't be beat. There were dozens of restaurants close by. The pool was a great place to hang out and meet new friends. We'll be back next summer!

Great property and Gibson is breeze to work with. Property is great however the beach is extremely crowded. Beach chairs are set up
5 and 6 rows deep and they allow individuals to place chairs in front of the purchased set up. Nothing Gibson can do about this as I understand it is the resort that allows this. Also this is adjacent to the beach access where tram for the entire resorts stops and so creates hundred of people coming from across Hwy 98. Other than extreme crowds, this is great place.

I was so pleased with this condo rental. The condo was impeccable upon entering. I felt very comfortable knowing I’d be staying there the week. Kudo to housekeeping!! Also, I felt very secure within the complex as you need codes for everything. I did also appreciate that some did soap, fresh sponge and extra bags were there upon arrival. Great place to stay with beautiful views!
Our only negative is that the unit did not have much beach equipment. We flew into Florida and did not drive, so we could not bring our chairs and umbrella that we use on the beach. The unit did come with 3 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, but they were not very nice. You have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas from the hut on the beach but that was an additional charge $$$ (not included with the unit).

The condo was great except for a couple of things. The biggest was the master bedroom gets hot in the afternoons from the sunlight and takes a while to cool down in the evenings, I hung sheets over the blinds to help block some of the heat. It could use some curtains to pull closed or maybe tint on the windows to help. The other thing was not that big of a deal but the TV channels are terrible, they wouldn’t load and when they did they would just go out for no reason. Other than those two things the condo was perfect, it was very clean, very roomy and well furnished. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is great.

Beachside II is our family's FAVORITE place to stay for our annual family Destin vacation & THIS unit has been our favorite BSII unit to date! It has been remodeled & is nicely decorated, which really DOES mean something when you're wanting to relax on vacation. The colors were soothing & the decor was exactly what you would want at a beachy home. Nothing loud & ornate. Just simple, tranquil, beautiful. And we had an 18 mo old with us, so I'm going to add kid-friendly!

The pictures matched exactly what the room was like. Perfect location that met all or needs. Pool area and facility well maintained. We will for sure be returning. Only one small downside we worked around and that was the sink drain was super slow in bathroom but still didn't take away from the great room and location we experienced.

The condo was in a great location and very secure. Very nice pool and close beach access. The elevators in the building were very fast so never had to wait long! The condo was clean with all amenities. My only complaint would be no hangers in the bedroom closet. I bought some and left them for the next renter to have.

We have stayed at Sandestin for years in the Beachside towers. It is the best location right on the beach. This was a last minute spring break trip so we were very limited in availability. Condo was overall good and the price was good too, but could use a few improvements. Master bath needs updating the huge garden tub/shower is hard to get in & out of. Towels were tiny and rough. Kitchen cookware needs to be replaced. The rusted lounge chair with no cushion is pointless. Looks like the patio table was new but the pvc chairs need to be updated too. A few more changes would go a long way. Updated hardwood look floors are nice, condo has been painted gray, there is a newer sofa than what is shown (new one is navy blue), with a lounge section on one end, new round glass coffee table and the console for the tv has been updated too, so it looks like they are trying! Overall it was a good stay.

Most perfect location of any condo we've ever stayed in!!
too many people on this section of the beach which we found out was not private to this condo....unfortunate, extremely crowded
the tub/shower drained very slowly...hated standing in ankle deep shower water; light over the dining table flickers..had to turn it off; living room TV in an awkward position; coffee pot definitely needs to be replaced

This is a large 1 bedroom, furnishings are nice, and bed is very comfortable.. It does have A little wear and tear due to being a rental. Laundry room doors need to be replaced and vanity in bathroom is weirdly small for a good size bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the view was fabulous!! Loved the wall to wall windows.. The ice machine in the lobby is great!! first time I have had that at a condo. I would definitely rent this one again!! Gibson was easy to work with and get hold of.
We normally get a house with a golf cart, and this was so much easier, the pool was right out back door and the walk to the beach is short!!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and the beach views were amazing. Morning coffee on the balcony was a perfect way to start the day. Plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The beach was just a few steps from the building. Even though we were there during the busy spring break season, there was ample parking. The only bummer was the lack of “supplies” in the unit. Things like salt and pepper, facial tissue, coffee filters and clothes hangers were not provided. Additionally, only two rolls of TP and a single roll of paper towel were provided. That being said, we recommend this property – just be prepared to make a grocery run for some basic supplies.

Our family enjoyed this condo rental with the beautiful ocean view from 9th floor in a clean building on nice manicured grounds. Pool is heated and kids could swim even though the weather didn’t cooperate much. Parking is convenient and unit was clean. The only issue that we had was me figuring out all the several entry codes into building doors and gates. And the 2 beach chairs were broken but were replaced immediately upon my reporting. I Loved our condo. beachside 2!! Perfect location. Didn't even need to rent a car. Took a shuttle from Ft. Walton Destin Airport and planted our feet in Sandestin Miramar beach the entire week. Had groceries delivered, used the shuttle to go to Baytown mall with restaurants and stores. The beach was most beautiful and people so nice!! Definitely coming back. So relaxing better than expected. Very accommodating!!

We had the most wonderful time! The condo was beautiful except for the fact the dishwasher didn't work and I guess you knew about that prior to us being there. Other than that it was wonderful! We ordered our groceries and baked goods and they were able to get those delivered prior to us getting there so that was great for you to let them do that.

Great place. wonderful view of sunset. The unit has been updated recently and has all you need. The kitchen has the best cookware we have seen in a rental. Everything you need to make a great meal. Great soaking tub and a huge walk in shower. The beds were very comfortable also. We have been coming to Destin for 23 years this is the best unit we have rented.
Also the staff was quick to answer any questions via text.

Enjoyed our stay! Condo was nice, view was perfect and some fixtures, paint, etc had been updated since photos were taken. Dishwasher didn’t work and the toilet in the secondary bathroom ran intermittently which was annoying but it didn’t taint our experience. Wish they had a better exercise facility and provided beach towels. They did have beach chairs in the condo which was nice. Overall we had a great time and will be back!

Clean, comfortable unit with a good floor plan. Great location and gulf view. Very good main bedroom with large walk in shower. Good kitchen but needs more and better eating/serving utensils and more plates. Overall very happy with the unit.

Great time. Great location. Great view. All was very good in the condo except the master bed mattress. It appeared to be flattening out and getting wider. The metal support around the mattress was still inside the mattress itself but that metal support stuck out from the body of the mattress. Reported it but the owners wanted to be here and pick the replacement mattress. We completely understand that but hope it will be replaced by next year as we would like to return.

It is our 14Th wedding anniversary and decided to stay here.This is the first time we chose Sandestin Condo Resort, we always stay in Hilton Sandestin for the past few years during our anniversary. The property is beautiful and on the beach , you can watch the sunrise in the bedroom window. The condo unit is beautifully decorated with new furnitures and wall decors. It is very clean and well equip kitchen. The Gibson rental was very fast in replying to our text messages. Their App is nice feature too. I highly recommend them to my family friends. We enjoyed eating at Beach House next door. We would love to come back!

The condo had a fantastic location, with direct view of the gulf, the water, the sand. The unit was in very good condition, extremely clean, the property is very well kept, safe, with all amenities, close to everything, but also self contained. You can see incredible sunsets every day, easy to walk to the beach. Can hear the waves from the balcony.

Overall, we enjoyed this condo. We love the Sandestin property, beach and amenities. We’ve stayed there year after year and we always have a wonderful time. As for this specific property, the bunk beds are awesome, my daughter loved them!
It is time for some upgrades in this condo, though. The coffee pot needs to be replaced (there is sand/dust built up inside of it if you look inside, so I had to go buy coffee every day). It is time to update the furniture, guest bathroom and the decor, as well, but we were still comfortable overall. We loved the pool, but there was no heater which was a little too cold for the fall weather. Baytown wharf has grown and is amazing!
At the end of the day, it was a great experience due to an awesome resort and great staff!

The parking was great, right at the door! The Condo was so easy right off the elevator! The view was great!! The Condo was a great size the only problem was the furniture and decor. It was very dated and very dull! It would be a great condo with a brighter coat of paint and beachie furniture!! That is what everyone wants when they come to the beach!!!

Everything at the condo was as described. Perfect condition. Clean. Easy parking. Easy beach access. One elevator was always out of service. The second elevator did not have a long wait. The pool and beach area always seemed clean. The people sharing it with us were friendly. Gibson was always quick to respond and helpful. I don’t think I’ll stay here again though because it was too pricey, and I can find equally nice places much cheaper.

It was an overall positive experience.

The good: place was very clean, check-in and check-out process was very easy, kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and both kitchen and bathroom had been recently updated.

The bad: furniture in both living room and bedroom showed a lot of wear and tear and did not live up to my expectations. Furniture seemed cheap, was stained, etc. Not the end of the world but not great either.

I will probably try to do a little better when we book our next vacation in Destin, but I have also done worse.

We had a bumpy start and were moved to this unit. It was a very nice unit. I was a little confused at first because the pictures didn't quite match up with the unit, specifically the green master bathroom and the bedding/frame in the bedrooms. One of the reasons we didn't pick this unit initially was the "green" master bathroom. The bathroom turned out to be totally different and was definitely more appealing. The bedding in both bedrooms was white instead of the colors shown, and the master headboard was different. I will say that after a rough start, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It turned out better than expected. The bedding was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was beautiful. I had worked with Gibson before and they were very responsive to our initial issues. We would book through Gibson again, and would definitely consider staying in this unit when we return. We loved the sunset views and saw several spectacular sunsets from the balcony. Thank you, Gibson Beach Rentals, for taking care of us!

The view of the beachfront was spectacular. The condo roomy. The condo, however, was so cluttered with decorations way past their prime, fake flowers everywhere. Had to move some to make room for our laptops and such. Not an especially restful decor.

Loved staying at Beachside II 4313. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Great views!
Two things for owners to consider- 1) master toilet runs and doesn’t flush properly. Very noisy. Handle broke while there on first flush and was fixed but still needs work due to continuous running. 2) consider a plush mattress topper fir master bed. It’s a brick so we opted to stay in other king size bed after our guests left. Other than that- perfect unit!

The property was exactly as described and I was fortunate enough to snag the master, which had a beautiful view of the water. The place was very clean and cozy with netflix and amazon prime at your fingertips. I would recommend having some plastic cups for the beach, but I can understand if they disappear, but you really need to take water to the beach and I bought a thermos cup to keep my water cold. The only issue that we had were with both toilets and the chain kept coming off when flushing. We called maintenance once, but I was able to fix it most of the other times. I do want to tell people not to go to the Crab Trap as I found the food overpriced and not nearly as good as for example AJs in Destin. We attempted to go the Boshamps but the wait was always 2 hours long so nothing is worth that much of a wait. I found Grimaldi Pizza and it was delicious. Their salads were fabulous, but once again, don't wait for the weekend, as it does get crowded. The beach was perfect and plenty of room at the pool. Although on the weekend it got extremely crowded and there were dueling parties with music, but nothing you can do about that. We took the seablaster dolphin cruise and it was a lovely night, but the dolphins were hiding because of the oncoming storm but it was very relaxing.

The condo had everything we needed plus extras that we didn’t know about. There were beach chairs and a cart in the closet. We didn’t need them but a nice option. Take advantage of the free activities. Our children loved the activities at Baytown, zip line, trampolines, ropes course. Beds very comfortable, good AC, small but efficient washing machine and dryer. Be conscious of hot water. Small tank and if four people need to shower allow enough time to reheat. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. Was dolphins playing in the surf from balcony. Great place great company to rent from. Highly recommend.

Gibson Rentals was wonderful to work with. The condo was beautiful with amazing was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the extremely crowded beach. At least five rows of rental chairs are put out daily. To get a view of the water, I had to go out every morning between 6 and 7 to set up our umbrellas and chairs at the water’s edge.

The condo was super clean and very light and airy. Short walk out to beach which was nice. Only one negative would be the coffee maker. There is no Keurig, and the coffee maker there is just a one-cup maker that is very difficult to keep a cup under it in order to press the button. So if ur a coffee lover and want to enjoy that on the beautiful patio, bring your own machine. Other than that, it was wonderful.

We decided we weren’t ready to leave so we contacted the lovely agents and they were able to get us in this amazing unit for a few extra days. Talk about a view!!!!! I didn’t want to leave the balcony! Gorgeous unit with even more gorgeous furniture and accent pieces. Every utensil needed to cook in your condo and plenty of bath towels! We loved it so much we tried to book for next year before we left, but 2022 pricing isn’t out yet. We will be back!

This was our first time in the Destin area and we got lucky and picked the right place. This condo was great, the location couldn't have been better. The condo is on the fourth floor across from an elevator. We liked that because there is a main elevator that most people used and this elevator was always available. We liked that the condo has two completely separate rooms and bathrooms. The condo is in great condition and everything was well planned out. The condo comes with a golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a fully equipped kitchen. We parked our car and really didn't use it the whole time we were here. We used the golf cart to go to the grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, bars, everything. We absolutely loved this condo and resort. We will be coming back.

I normally go to Orange Beach and this was the first time going to the Destin area. The condo was very nice and the view was amazing!

Great property! We love Sandestin, and this was a nice one bedroom unit. Close to the elevator (right out the front door). The only issue we had was that the dryer would work sporadically and made a lot of noise. It might need some attention. Bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this unit, and would rent again.

The location is ideal for lots of time on the beach! The chairs and umbrella provided make the travel easy. The condo was very clean and the Gibson team was very helpful as we had unexpected needs during our stay. We will be back!

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay in this beautifully decorated & well equipped unit. The views were excellent. Kitchen was beautifully updated & had everything we needed to enjoy a few meals without having to leave. Easy access to the tram to the Wharf as there was no need to move the car. The deep soaking tub was a nice way to relax after a day at the beach. Decor & furniture was clean & comfortable. TVs in both rooms as well as living room was a nice feature. Plenty of space to spread out & store all of your belongings. The Gibson employees onsite were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in 4303 at Destin in June 2021. The condo was clean...somewhat dated. It was in a great location with a beautiful access and easy access to the beach. The sliding door in the master bedroom was broken as we arrived. Management came promptly and taped it up which worked fine for our stay. The condo lost power the first night we were there and didn't come back on until mid day the following day. 2 of 3 elevators were out for most of our stay which encouraged to use the stairs to the 10th floor often. The management company compensated us for the inconvenience...much appreciated.

The condo was great! It was very clean, close to the beach with easy access! The view was spectacular!! The only issue or problem was the elevators were not working properly when we arrived, which caused some issues, but was fixed within a day or so!!

The layout of the condo was great and I especially liked that the master bedroom was separated from the additional room. The oceanviews from the bedroom and living room are amazing. The condo was very clean and spacious for a family of four. We was close to everything thing as far as shopping, restaurants and just a few steps from the beach. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

We have loved our stay! Gibson Rentals made everything easy and enjoyable. From the welcome gift of sunglasses and sand pail to the free local experiences such as a round of golf. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and could not have been better. The view from the bedroom was worth it in itself. We cannot wait to come back and plan to use Gibson rentals again.

This condo was spacious with a gorgeous view. I would recommend a broom be made available, to help sweep up the beach sand. However, everything else you could think of was available. We loved this condo!!

We found this condo to be clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the sunset. The location is convenient to many activities. We were pleased that the kitchen was very well equipped to actually cook a meal. There were a couple of small things in the condo that needed attention during our stay. We called the property management office, and the issue was always resolved in less than an hour. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
I would suggest that perhaps it is time for new mattresses for the twin beds.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Very well stocked as far as the kitchen goes. It was right beside the elevator so that is very convenient. Did not have to wait on the elevator very long at all. Overall the condo is very very nice beds were very very comfortable. Be careful with the front door keypad the numbers get stuck. We had to use our car key couple of times to get the numbers unstuck.

Best view from the bedroom and enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again. The only thing is the floors seemed as though they had never been mopped. Other than that, it was well kept.

Loved this unit. Love the view, the layout, and the kitchen table. The couch was different than the picture. Looks like they replaced it with linen couches that weren't very comfortable. We stayed outside most the time anyway. Beachside II and Gibson were great.

The condo is unusual in its decor and we loved it....right on the Gulf with walls of windows we had the best view possible. Steps from the sand, pool and sun deck with a lovely balcony..depending on the weather always an option for outside living unless it was raining. It was quiet and easily accessible to elevator, Gibson office and car garage. We had a couple of maintenance needs that were addressed within a couple of hours after emailing Gibson.

Our condo was very nice. With the pandemic we did not want to go out to eat so we cooked in. I must say they had some of the best dishes (non stick skillets) and fully stocked kitchen I have seen. The condo was clean and Candace was very helpful with a quick text for any question I may have had. I will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

We once again rented Sandy Bottoms for my husband’s dental conference. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It provided us with all amenities needed and Comfortable beds. For us, the porch furniture was our favorite. We love sitting out there, especially for the sunsets. Because of Covid we ordered a lot from the Beach House and spent all of our time on the beach or in the condo. We will continue to rent this condo every year if possible. An extra bonus is the beach chairs and goodies provided by Gibson Beach Rentals.

Beachside II 4252 was perfect. Exactly as it was described. Great view and location. It was very clean and well maintained. GBR was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything needed. The app is incredible and a great tool to have. Very useful. I would for sure recommend this property and GBR as well. We will be back. Be sure and eat @ Boshamps if you go. The Destin Snapper is unreal. If you play golf, I recommend the Links @ Sandestin. It's a great course

This condo was very nice...especially the master bedroom! The only thing we didn't care for were the bathrooms with tub showers. Every condo should have at least one glass enclosed shower!!!!
The view from the balcony was fabulous. The furnishings were very nice too. We went from this condo to a one-bedroom condo and Gibson was so accommodating as to let us leave later in this condo and get into the next condo earlier so that we could preserve our cold food and not have to toss it as we would have normally waited 6 hours to get into the next condo. Kudos to Gibson Beach Rentals for being understanding!!!!

We had a wonderful visit in 4231. Roomy and comfy. Well supplied kitchen. Third floor location next to elevator is perfect. No worries about noise. October sunsets are just beautiful. Appreciated the extra beach equipment provided.

Good experience overall. Beaches crowded. Vacuum cleaner in condo just pushed crumbs and sand around. Patio furniture needs replacing/repainted. Paint flakes everywhere on balcony.

A wonderful experience overall. The property was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. I would recommend some safety equipment in the tub area such as a bar or two or at least gripper material. Very slick and very dangerous especially for older people.

We loved staying here. It was two adult couples and was great for our needs. Well stocked and great location. Easy access to Destin or 30A area. Would def stay again.

This is the second year we’ve stayed at Beachside 2 and it was great! The bldg is right on the beach. Very clean and well-maintained. Even after the hurricane went thru a couple weeks before, you’d never know it by the way everything was taken care of. The condo itself was spacious, well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and of course the view was fantastic!

This location was perfect for us. It was steps away from the beach and we were able to view the most beautiful sunsets Florida had to offer. Gibson Beach Rental provided a very easy way to check in and out with their app. Thanks for the hospitality!!��

Basically is was ok. Apparently Hurricane Sally did more damage to our unit than was expected. Gibson staff Tara and Candace (I believe was her name) were very nice and tried to accommodate us in every way. Patsy and I look forward to coming back in the Spring.

Had a great time this year. Had been going to Beachside II for years but then started making European trips instead. Really wanted to relive our beach vacations once again in San Destin. It lived up to our expectations. Great condo in a great location. May do it once again in 2021!

This one bedroom condo was very nice but the bedroom was so hot that it made sleeping uncomfortable. We never opened the curtains because we were trying to keep the room cool. Ceiling fan stayed on as well as small fan they had in the room. The rest of the condo was cold!

We loved our stay on the 19th floor at Beachside II 4374. The views from the master bedroom were stunning. The location is great, very close to our favorite restaurants. The property was clean and well maintained. We would pick this condo to stay in again. The only downside is that if one of the elevators is being worked on, it took quite a while to get up to the 19th floor.

This unit was very clean and well kept. The entire place was fully equipped from the kitchen with all pots, utensils, and glassware. The bathrooms had all linens and accessories needed.The rooms are very spacious!! The closet had beach chairs to use for the beach. Gibson rentals also had a lil nice treat awaiting when we arrived. I would recommend this rental company and this unit to anyone . Thanks for helping make our stay at Sandestin Beachside 11 unit 4351 a great one!!!

We had an amazing stay in Beachside II 4333! The condo was spacious and the 2 balconies gave us great views! The kitchen had everything we needed (although the toaster was ancient. Not a big deal - we were able to toast pop tarts! But not great if you like your morning toast each day!). The beds and living room furniture were comfortable and clean. The decor was really nice - definitely felt like someone's vacation home! The only caution I have is the shower in the master bathroom. It is not a walk-in shower, and in fact has a pretty large side to step over to get into the shower. We did not have a problem. But I would not recommend for my elderly parents or anyone else with mobility issues. Again - not a big deal for most; but something that might matter to some people. The resort itself was fantastic and the people at Gibson were awesome to work with. We hope to be back next summer!

We had a wonderful time! We had one fridge issue the first night, reported it via the app and it was repaired first thing the next morning. The property was clean, the views were amazing and the beach was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin. The condo had a great view and all the amenities. Loved the common area and it has a restaurant and bar on site. The water was so clear and beautiful and the waves were fun to play in we loved being able to take a walk every day on the sidewalk along side the golf course.
Conveniently located with plenty of shopping and dining close by.
This is our 2nd time and we will be back.

Very nice, appreciated it being stocked with some essentials. Wonderful view and very comfortable. 2 BR perfect for the 3 of us. Streaming in living room and cable in BRs was ideal for all of us. Couch is the most comfortable we have ever had staying in a condo! Loved it.
Additional back elevator outside door made it much easier to move in and out and to reach the beach more quickly.That was a big plus.
Only recommendation for us to stay again would be some black out curtains in master BR because the giant windows are wonderful to view the beach, but blinding when the sun comes up.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everything was clean, nicely decorated, Greta supplies for cooking in, easy access and a perfect location at the beach! The only thing I would say is we needed more dishwasher tablets and trash bags. When cooking for multiple days you just need more. Also sad there isn’t recycling as the beach certainly needs recycling capabilities!

We had a lovely 4th of July vacation at Beachside II. The view is magnificent! The unit is on the 10th floor which was ideal for us; me, my wife and 2 college age children. The kids enjoyed the (very crowded) beach while my wife and I stayed around the pool. The unit is very well equipped although the furniture could use some updating. Nadia at Gibson is very responsive and I give her high marks for checking with us almost daily to make sure all was well with our stay.

Clean one bedroom unit. Good location. Bed was comfortable, and it was a nice 5 night stay. Parking was easy and secure. No complaints. Very busy beach, had to get up at 6:30am to make sure we could social distance from the other beach goers.

Our experience at Beachside II, 4329 was just as we hoped. We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The view was perfect and the rooms were clean and spacious. I would only recommend a further locking system on the main door, perhaps an additional deadbolt for safety reasons. We are looking forward to booking again next year.

Overall a great place to rent! Very clean, great location and view is amazing!! The pictures are accurate. The beds are comfortable, enough linens are supplied and it’s nice to have a few beach chairs and an umbrella. Understand these are not the resort beach chairs and umbrella that are set up for you. Those are not included in the rental. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it is a nice drive into Destin. A few minor issues - the walls are pretty thin so can easily hear your neighbors. And it would have been nice to have a larger chopping knife and a broom. I’m sure if I had contacted the management company they would have supplied a broom, but we didn’t. We came back from the beach a couple of days to find a very strong smell like nail polish remover. Not sure what it was, was not there every day and again, we did not notify management co about it as the smell did not last long. These small issues were not a big deal and overall the condo was fantastic!! We look forward to being able to visit again and would absolutely stay here again!

Our condo was a cut above the others that we have stayed in. The furnishings were clean and modern, the kitchen was great and easy to move around in and the bedroom had a wonderful view of the beach and the bed was easy to sleep in!!! The only drawback was that the fitted sheet was not made for that mattress and I kept tugging at it so it wouldn't pop off. The balcony was clean and bug-free. LOVED the glass enclosed shower in the fact, this is the major reason I chose this condo over others that had a bathtub shower. Check-in was seamless as was check-out. The free activities that they offer are GREAT! We only took advantage of the golf due to the tropical storm but my husband saved over $200 in green fees due to the Explorie program.We had a wonderful time on the beach and loved the covered parking that they offered. Sandestin is a low-key area and so beautiful! Because it is gated, you don't get all of the tourist traffic and you can walk, ride bikes or catch the trolley to anywhere on the resort. We will be back!!!!

Sandestin is one of my favorite beach areas to visit and the Beachside II is one of my favorite places to stay. Brittany with Gibson Beach Rentals was very helpful in helping me find a unit where I wanted for a good rate. Unit 4261 was clean and the rental company had left nice little amenities (such as shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, etc.) for us to use. I loved the little insulated bag with cups to use and to bring home with me. That'll definitely help me to remember who to rent from again next time. One amenity that the unit had that I didn't see mentioned in the description, or see in any of the pictures, was a Keurig coffee maker. That was a nice surprise and I wished I had've brought some of my coffee and tea pods with me.

This unit faced the west side of the beach and while I prefer a unit that faces the east side, this one had a beautiful view. We enjoyed walking next door to the Beach House for a few meals and the restaurants at Baytowne Wharf were only a short drive across the road.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The bed was fairly comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. With such a beautiful view from the balcony and the beach just steps away, it would've been difficult not to have a good time.

This place was great in our opinion. The location, right on the beach was outstanding. The beach was very clean, likely the best white sand beach I have ever been on. The room was clean and very nice overall. If I had any recommendations for the Owner, it would be to upgrade the TV's to Smart TV's to allow guests to use subscription based services such as Netflix to watch movies if they desired. As far as the overall facility, it was unfortunate that the pool was closed most of the time due to all the construction happening on the exterior facade. Regardless, overall experience was great. Definitely recommend this place and would absolutely go back in the future. Also like being at this end of town, the east end, versus the west end, though we did drive west every night for dinner.

Very enjoyable, even though there was a cold spell in the area for the first 3 days. I was there to look at vacation rental properties, and my oldest daughter and her husband joined me for the first 5 days of my stay. Condo is very livable, could easily accomoodate 6 people, but was especially comfortable for the 3 of us. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach.

Room was very clean well maintained. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Please replace living room furniture, couch and chairs were very uncomfortable.

This was our first time back to Sandestin in five years. We rented through Gibson because of past experience.
4288 was a perfect location for our needs on the beach, close to favorite restaurants and close to 30A. Also, 4288 is perfect for a couple looking to get away for a week or two.iIt is clean, well equipped( closet space my be a problem) , quiet and offers a beautiful view all day.

First of all, I want to thanks all the employees at Gibson Beach Rentals for always being so nice and professional during our monthly stay at Beachside 2, 4329!
The view of the beach and gulf from the balcony/living room/master bedroom was breathtaking! Even on a cloudy day, the views were awesome.
Staying in the Sandestin area is so convenient to shopping, grocery store & restaurants.
We definitely will be back next year!

lovely decorating but several sm issues. Only 2 lamps in BR w/ 60w bulbs. After sunset you could not see into the closet. We bought a flashlight. The lamps had 3 way sockets but had 1 stage bulbs. Brighter bulbs and a third lamp on the dresser would have made a huge difference in our comfort. The glassware also mismatched and plastic. Bad for wine.

Loved the location. The feel of the property was accentuated when you open all the curtains to the view. The overall size was perfect for a couple. Did not feel cramped at all. We will visit again when we can.

Terrific management, stayed twice this year. Noticing some parts of the condo looking a little shopworn, but clean. Dimly lit unless you take your own lightbulbs.

When we arrived the Beachside condo was beautiful, warm and inviting. It was very clean and extremely well decorated! My 9 year old granddaughter immediately said I want to live here!! The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Great updated condo. Fully furnished with everything we needed. The master bedroom was awesome with large window looking out at the ocean. Very spacious master bath and walk in closet. Other guest bedroom and bath were very nice. Kitchen was sufficient and updated. Great beach and a nice beach pool. Loved the large gated community location. I would definitely recommend this condo and would return. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Highly recommended condo, great for a couple looking for a getaway. Both the unit itself and the experience with Gibson properties was outstanding. South facing balcony afforded great views including sunsets. Only a few steps from the beach at Sandestin. Will definitely return to this unit next year.

Very clean. Awesome master baths with walk-in closet. Great ocean view. Only issue was a grossly inadequate water heater. We had 2 adults & 2 kids & had to take showers in shifts. A couple of nights we had the kids go take a swim in the pool before dinner so parents could have a shower. Have stayed at Sandestin for over 20 years & never had this issue.

I've been vacationing in destin for years. After a bad experience with camp gulf landed me without a place to stay beachside II had a last min opening and I'll never look back.. beautiful, relaxing and every comfort of home with a bonus... definitely recommended

Amazing! The view, the placement of the unit, the amenities, the staff, we couldn't have asked for a better first time to Destin...other than our last 2 day we had a riptide warning keeping everyone out of the water. So we lost a couple days, but the unit was perfect. We have already talked about a return visit. I could go on for a long time about all of our experiences in Destin, but being first time VRBO users and having this unit - we will be return customers.

The condo was nice and clean. The entry codes make it easy to check in and move about without having to worry about keys. We will def consider renting this unit again or with this company. However I doubt we will go again in late July/early August. Beaches were ridiculously crowded and people were testy. We usually only go in October or stay in a house with private beach. this was a last minute get-away before our oldest went off to college.

We loved the condo and had a great time. The only issue we had was that some of the bath towels smelled like cigarette smoke. We would stay I this unit again.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The location was perfect! Just a short elevator ride and a few steps to be on the beach. The pool was also great, being walking distance to a fun, casual restaurant on the beach was an added bonus! My family and I had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Great location. The unit was well taken care of and comfortable. Super happy overall, short walk to the beach, and Sandestin is a lovely little resort community. Would stay here again.

Only criticism was that the guest bedroom has a window that looks out into the hall where there's a can light on the ceiling. This leaves the guest bedroom quite bright, all night long, to the point where I woke up numerous times thinking it was morning. But nope, 3 AM or so. Would highly recommend replacement of the curtain rod in the guest bedroom and putting up some blackout curtains. On our last night, we ended up draping a blanket over the blinds just to keep more light out, which helped, but was still far from ideal. This would be a small change that would help those in the guest bedroom to get a much better night's sleep. Thanks for considering!

The distance to the beach was perfect. The unit had everything that we needed and the bed was comfortable. I would like to have seen some updates throughout the unit, especially the bathroom.

I went with my family and stayed for 3 days. View was breathtaking. Best part was accessibility to everything from the property. Premium outlets are like less than 5 mins drive. Great food options close the the property. Wine cooler was a big plus :).

My family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Place was nice and clean, came equipped with everything that we needed, and only minutes to the pool and beach. Check-in and check-out was a breeze all thanks to the property management company. Would definitely stay at and recommend Gibson Beach Rentals again!

The unit was very clean with plenty of room and comfortable. Perfect view, and steps from a never used elevator. You are right by the rental booth for umbrella and chairs as you go out to the beach. We will be back for sure!

Our vacation was just for me my wife and my son. It was one of the cleanest Updated condos we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been coming to the beach for about 20 years. I will say the crowds were amazingly large for it being so early in the year. It was a disappointment that there was no hot tub in the Beachtower ii pool area. We could not of asked for a better condo experience. I highly recommend the condo

Loved this rental! The Master Bedroom was a wall of windows overlooking the ocean with it's own entrance to the balcony. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Gibson Beach Rental did a great job in helping us with all our needs.

Very relaxing vacation on the beach. The condo was very clean but could use a little updating. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was very relaxing. Gibson Beach Rentals were great to work with, very nice people. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

tv's could be upgraded to larger flat screens.
sofa nd chairs very soft, need at least one firm sitting piece for people that cant sit on soft surfaces due to back issues.

The unit and weather were wonderful. Everything was clean and well appointed (although we never found a shot glass). We were in such need of some family downtime. It was absolute perfection. Gibson Rentals was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Our condo was right on the beach, immaculate, comfy sofas and beds, plenty of dishes and cookware. AC worked and there was even a stackable washer/dryer. I would suggest the owner get some placemats tobelp protect the glass table top. We used the dish towels. Really a fantastic experience!

We visited for Spring Break, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The room was clean, as was the property, and we felt safe and comfortable. A reasonable value, especially given the view. The tram to Baytowne Wharf is especially convenient. Will definitely consider staying at the property again.

The picture does this place no justice. It is beautiful!!! Everything appears to be new and up to date in the condo. The view is gorgeous. The water in the beach is crystal clear.

Beachside II overlooks the Gulf and you get a magnificent view of the sun coming up in the morning when you are at the beach and a magnificent view of the sun going down in the evening from the balcony

This was a perfect unit for our family of five. Plenty of space and very clean. Ocean view was a huge bonus. I had plenty of space on the deck to workout in the mornings to the sound of the ocean waves. We watched dolphins 2 of our mornings. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. This was our 2nd vacation in Sandestin. Great resort for families - plenty to do and safe. The only set back - lots of construction in Sandestin.

The location of Beachside II 4295 is outstanding. Each morning we watched dolphins swim by in the crystal clear water from our balcony. The condo was clean and some updating had taken place. The couches and bedding had been replaced. However, the bathrooms and kitchen appliances were dated, but in good working order.The beach chairs provided by condo were in poor condition. One completely broke while we were there. I turned it in to the office, but did not get a replacement. That is not a deal breaker, but if you state beach chairs are provided, they should be in decent condition. That being said, it would not keep me from renting this condo again.
The staff was easy to work with, and responded to my questions in a timely manner.
for a two bedroom condo, 4295 was very roomy. I would stay here in the future.

Overall our experience was good, but the sofa and throw pillows are worn out and need to be replaced. The guest bedroom needs a bigger TV and the GB pillows need to be replaced... the sunset view is very nice.

We love the resort and have stayed there for several years. Always have a wonderful experience. The Gibson staff is onsite and very helpful. We take advantage of the golf package benefits. They make our tee times and always right on.

I loved this condo!

My wife and I recently booked a one-week stay at Beachside 2 through Gibson Beach Rentals. Everyone we dealt with at Gibson was a joy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the easy check in/check out procedures and the courtesy and professionalism of their staff. The unit was also exceptional. We had one little hiccup with a leaking paint can in a storage closet, which was promptly cleaned up after we reported it. We would definitely stay at this property again, and would rent through Gibson.

4291 was a great condo with a beautiful view! I had what I needed to prepare meals and doing a few loads of laundry in the evening cuts down on how much we have to pack. My family of four had ample room and found the property to be well manicured overall. We took advantage of an Exploiria offering and was pleased.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Beachside II. The reservation and check-in process was very pleasant especially since there are no keys needed for your stay (everything is keypad based). The particular unit was on the 10th floor and we had an awesome view and the unit was extremely clean and well maintained.

Great location, very clean, we are looking forward to come back.
One slight minus, please add good cutting board and bigger frying pans.
Otherwise kitchen was stuffed with all necessary equipment.
Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean.

I find myself still thinking about this place. We stayed only for three days after attending a conference a few weeks ago. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate... this place is stunning and the owners have thought of everything. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony. The amenities and this property from the parking to the pool to the friendly Gibson staff was just what we were looking for. We only wish we could bring our CGC well behaved schnoodle with us. We chose this rental based upon it's location on the beachfront with a balcony and that did not disappoint. We were steps from the beach and when not physically on the beach, we enjoyed watching and hearing the waves from our balcony. This location is hard to beat. The condo was well stocked with anything we could have needed. The rental company was great to work with. The condo was clean and pleasant, however could use just a bit of TLC in a few spots. Nothing major, just cosmetic. The condo public areas in the lobby and near elevators were also beginning to show their age a bit, but were clean. The pool area was nice and well maintained. Since location is our number one priority when coming to Miramar Beach, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to return to this unit.

Last minute rental - instant confirmation. Check in process was super easy. No waiting in line. Place was very clean and well furnished. Great views from the balconies. Beds were comfy. Nothing super fancy, but well maintained. Impressed with the communication from management company - made sure to keep you updated on status of room and amenities.

We stayed in Beachside II #4367 on the 17th floor. This unit was updated, clean, 2 great baths and provided magnificent views from the balconies (we actually made a soft pallet and slept out on the balcony with a bottle of wine and God providing the natural fan and the ocean's tunes - don't tell anyone!). Check-in and check-out was one of the easiest and flawless experiences thanks to Tara's much appreciated assistance with Gibson Beach Rentals. She even took the time to contact me to let me know the condo was ready to check-in a couple of hours early. Great service! We took the tram to enjoy Baytowne a couple times with ease. All of our needs and accommodations were easily provided for and we look forward to coming back to this property and unit.
Pertaining to this unit, my only comments, which are inconsequential, would be that if you want softer toilet paper, BYOP. Also, this unit has a guest room with 2 small single beds and has a sleep sofa in the great room. So, I wouldn't recommend this condo for more than one couple unless one of the couples doesn't mind sleeping in a single bed. Great for a family or for one couple!

The bedroom set up is more for families traveling with kids, most of them don't like sharing a bed. However, we do offer plenty of units with accommodations for couples with bedrooms with king and queen beds. Nice condos in excellent location.
Condo was clean with great views of beach.
Could use a remodel in the bathrooms. Kind of dated.
Would stay there again. Enjoyed our time there.

Great location, awesome resort, good time of year, beautiful views especially from bed in master. I felt as if I was on a cruise ship!!!

Unit was clean, modern and exactly as advertised Gibson staff was pleasant and helpful with questions. We received a call from Gibson our property was ready 2 hours early. We liked the electronic reminders. Enjoyed many of the local seafood restaurants

As a family who has never traveled to the area before, I cannot say enough positive things about both Gibson Rental and the Beachside II condo #4291. We were very nervous when selecting a place to spend our vacation, but had a great experience when talking through the various properties with Gibson Rentals. The team was very professional and helpful from start to finish. For the condo itself, it was not only clean/spotless, but exactly as pictured and described. The furniture was comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family of four, and the balcony view was incredible. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay and enjoyed the extra perks that were included - such as bath towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, tram passes, etc. We will most definitely be renting from Gibson Rentals when visiting the area in the future, and would stay in this condo (or any condo managed by Gibson) again. We are very particular when selecting rentals or hotels, and this condo experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The unit was impeccable, exactly as shown in photos. Perfect location and the balcony view was gorgeous. On our second morning a scaffolding appeared which did interrupt the view. I inquired as to how long it would be there and was told it would be several weeks. I do wish we had known previously before booking. The temperature of the master bedroom was a bit stuffy compared to the other rooms. The kitchen was well appointed, and the inclusion of beach chairs and umbrellas was greatly appreciated.
The building and grounds were well kept, casual and the crowd included mainly families. The pool area was small, however sparkling clean. The beach was groomed daily, and spotless.
We appreciated the GBR app, it was awesome! SO nice to be able to have all our information in one place. Avoiding a check in/ check out process was a huge timesaver.
Overall a fabulous vacation experience and we will return.

Lovely, fully equipped condo on manicured property. Not used to a high rise condo, I was worried the elevators would be slow but they really weren't. Parking was a breeze and I couldn't fault our stay at all!
It was great to have GBR right there so we could pop in with any questions. All the staff we met were very helpful, GBR staff, security and maintenance; always great with a restaurant or places to visit suggestion.

For years, our family of six has chose Gibson Beach Rentals and have always come away amazed. Amazed and pleased with the service, care and convenience of anything and everything a beautiful beach condo (Beachside II) has to offer. We plan to utilize Gibson Beach Service for as long as we vacation in Destin.

We have vacationed in Destin for 6 years and I must say this condo has been one of the cleanest placeses we have stayed. Bravo to the cleaning service! The view was awsome and is located on the 3rd floor. The elevator(not busy at all) is 10 steps away from your front door and is not the same elevator used by 90% of the condos so you will never be bugged by foot traffic. We called this our private elevator. I would book this again next year!

Gibson staff was exceptional, very professional and courteous. The facility was awesome and extremely clean . We had a great time. We’ll be visiting again next summer for sure.

The unit was very beautiful and up to date, and well equipped with everything we needed, even umbrella and chairs for the beach. The views from the living and master bedroom were spectacular. The furnishings we newer and comfortable.
The amenities were wonderful, our family took advantage of the free golf and horseback riding, it would have been exceptionally nice if those were for two rather than one.

The staff was helpful when we had questions. We we will definitely stay again.

This condo has AMAZING views! We loved that we could see the beach from every part of the condo. The customer service was awesome! I loved the fact that we were called to let us know our condo was ready and we could check in early if we wanted to.

This unit was great for our family. We had two adults, two 17 year old boys, and a 5 year old. The ability to get out to the beach easily was very nice. The beach did get a little crowded from the guests bayside coming over, but if you are willing to go up the beach some on the sandestin property it gets a little bit better.

The boys liked being able to take the tram over to Baytowne in the evenings. The activites there were nice for the family. It was a good way to unwind from a long day in the sun!

Gibson Beach Rentals was very good at communicating with us. They were prompt to let us know it was available early, and they were also available in the office during the day to answer any questions we had about the property.

Overall good experience, great location, comfortable, clean property very well maintained, responsive and very friendly staff.
A few things could be better for people who are flying vs, coming by car.
Typical industry standard check out time is 11am. Your check out time as 10am is too early for people who has later flghts. In our case a cleaning staff knocked at 9:15am and was sitting next to the entrance door until we left. Was annoying. Also, there are no beach towels. Once again, it does not matter for people coming by car, but packing beach towels in a small carry-on is not a good option, especially we were not notify that beach towels are not available. Would be nice to know it in advance, and especially would be very helpful if office has beach towels per request for guests not coming by car.

We enjoyed our stay. The management company goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and quickly handles any issues that might arise. The fireworks are right on the beach outside the condo. We watched from our balcony.
