The views from this house are incredible! We enjoyed being on the bay even more than being on the beach. We’ve been to Sandestin many times and this was definitely our favorite rental. The house was beautiful with gorgeous finishes and decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was a hit with the kids.

The townhome was beautiful! Everything was perfect and the place was fully stocked with everything that you could need. The views from the back were the best. The golf cart was so convenient to get around the resort. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

This unit was exactly as described and beautiful!! Even though the weather wasn’t great during our stay, the water view was fantastic! The golf cart was definitely a bonus and a lot of fun with our boys!

We had a great time. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The view was beautiful and was super quiet. Lots to do just minutes away. The golf cart made travel convenient as well. Beach is crowded but beautiful. The resort was very well kept.

Very good, great location with a golf cart...problems with the induction cooktop...took 2 weeks to repair and was never 100% fixed. Will be back next fall.

The sunrise hits your face from the primary bed and you soak in the sunset from the primary balcony. From the balcony we saw stingrays, dolphins, crabs and various birds. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it. Very clean, nicely stocked with necessities. Bedrooms were great. Upstairs balcony bedroom perfect to sleep while listening to the water lap against the shore. Porch right on the bay. Perfect area to walk or bike. Beach is beautiful. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful bay front property. We fished right out the back door and actually caught two redfish keepers. Loved the location! Close to the pool and a tram ride to the ocean beach.

Gibson is a great rental agency to go through. We have used them twice and each time we have no complaints. The app they use is very easy. The condo unit on north shore in the sandestin property really does need to be updated. The furniture, flooring and decor definitely need to be updated. The view is stunning and the beds were really comfy. Unit could’ve been cleaned better. Very nice resort with tons of activities to choose from. Great family vacation.

Upon check-in, if you have any concerns about anything, we are happy to help address and take care of the matter. We couldn't find any notification from you, during your stay; we would have loved to fix the problem while you were here. We try very hard to make sure all guest enjoy not only the units, but also feel the unit is properly cleaned. We thank you so much for your suggestions on some updates that the owner could do to improve all future guests' stay. Please keep us in mind for any future travel needs you may have, as we do offer a returning guest discount.

Beautiful sunsets from a prime location within Sandestin! Easy access to all that Sandestin (and Destin, really) has to offer. Very comfortable and spacious accommodations for our group of 6. Condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Gibson Rentals was great at checking in periodically to make sure everything was ok, which it most definitely was! It was a perfect beach getaway and we plan to book this condo again in the future! Highly recommend--thanks for a great week!

This rental for the week was absolutely perfect for our two families! We enjoyed fishing in the bay, swimming at the beach, visiting Topsail State Park, The Track (putt-putt), renting a pontoon boat from Dockside, visiting Crab Island (inflatables fun for kids), walking the beach at night looking for shells and watching a pretty firework display! Definitely coming back.

My family and I stayed at this townhouse and it was great. The bay was quiet, serene, and relaxing. The bunks for the kids work out perfectly, and have two master suites made this spot even better. Easy commute to beach and harbor and refreshing to make it bake to peace. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great location. We did have a slight problem, during a hurricane we got completely locked out. I called the management and within one hour I was back in my unit.

We had a great weekend with our family and only had 1 issue with the microwave being out. There was a smalle one on site. Overall everything was great. The family enjoyed themselves.

The unit was clean and the location was GREAT. We were able to see beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the bedroom balcony. We like to have different condos when we visit Sandestin, but it will be hard not to book this one again. Highly recommended!

These bayfront townhomes are gorgeous and offer such a luxurious, peaceful environment while still being so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and more. Amenities on Sandestin Resort do cost extra but we actually take these fees out of our pricing for guests who don't want to pay the additional 10-20% more for amenities they never use (and nothing is free, there is still a charge even then!) Hopefully you were able to get in some much needed down time and relaxing memories - come see us again soon!

Fantastic condo! Spacious and beautiful location right on the bay. My family of 7 had plenty of room. Fishing right in the backyard! Enjoyed watching dolphins as well. Free shuttle service to area (Ms. Debbie,our shuttle driver, was so friendly and nice). Love the area. Pool, restaurants, Gulf beaches, Baytown all closeby. This condo is right on a golf course. Would love to come back!

Enjoyable Vacation rental. Overlooking the bayou, nice & quiet in September. Plenty of kitchen utensils could have done with better beach chairs & umbrella. Use of a cooler box especially for visitors outside of the USA would have been very useful. Dissappointed with the stains on the carpets.

Thanks for your feedback, and we're happy to see you had a great overall experience. We normally have extra chairs and umbrellas handy in the event some get too worn in a unit. I'm sure you can tell from our busy beaches that they get used quite a bit! We'll be making the service orders to check those out as well as to see what we can do with the stains on the carpet - hopefully, everything is a super quick fix! We just started provided super useful cooler bags guests can use to bring some items to the beach so they don't get as hot - large coolers are a bit trickier to keep as sometimes they can go home on accident and it's almost impossible to ship back! Again, we appreciate the time you took to leave your review and will get busy in the unit to make sure it's ready for the next guest!

I loved the view and the master bedroom with the deck. We spend unforgettable moments on the first floor patio and enjoyed the view. Great place to fish and catch crabs right out of your door step. The location was perfect, and only a short drive to the beach. I would rent this property again.

Location is great. Had problem with ac when first checked in. Also this unit is owned by person that owns the unit next door and they only have internet in the other unit so the wireless is very weak in this unit. Other than that we have stayed here twice and do love the location. Want to continue to stay but will wait to see if owner does some updating / cleaning

The accommodations and location were great! Quiet, beautiful and a perfect "home away from home." Access to the beach and other activities was easy and close.
