The condo was in a great location within Sandestin, which is a excellent place to stay because you never have to leave the resort

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we possibly would have needed. The bed was not very comfortable for us, at all. It’s a stiffer mattress than we were used to. Other than that, we had zero issues. Love the location of the Luau. The pool area is gorgeous, staff is friendly, and the area is perfect. You don’t have to go far at all for anything!

We can't say enough good things about this rental. The bed was sooooo comfy it was hard to say goodbye to it!! We loved the setup so much, it was so homey and comfortable for the two of us! We also just loved the location overall - super close to Baytowne wharf, was so easy to head over on the free tram! We also loved how easy it was to get to the beach from the path behind the pool - so convenient!!
We're definitely looking forward to our next stay in this unit for sure!! :)

The place was exactly as described, and check in and out was easy! The place was extremely clean and was very comfortable! We had a great time at the gorgeous pool and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the crystal clear water! We enjoyed coffee and sunrise on the wrap around porch and it was also nice after a busy day to wind down! We were there for our sons graduation from Air Force EOD tech school and it was a perfect relaxing environment away from base for him! It was 4th of July weekend and the Hilton had a fantastic fireworks display on the beach! I would stay again and would recommend it highly! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

It was just what my two kids (10&12) and I were wanting! I’m a single mom and was a little nervous since this was our first time staying in Sandestin but this place was great! It was big enough for all three of us. Had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit since it was still kind of chilly while we were there. Definitely going to put on the list of places to stay again!

This home was a quick walk to the pool as well as the beach. The tram service was great and always timely. The house was super clean. One of the best places we've stayed at!

We had a wonderful two week stay. We stayed there for two weeks in May and liked it so well that we came back in October. Maybe one day we will have another opportunity to return. It was a relaxing, quiet stay!

Perfect spot! Even though it wasnt oceanfront, it was a very short easy walk to the beach. Huge balcony with great morning sun! Upsated condo was very cute.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated unit with the space I needed to care for my 7 month old grandbaby while the parents attended a conference. Clean, great AC, comfortable bed, awesome shower, comfy sofas, and a great corner balcony. The extra 1/2 bath was a perfect space for the baby's pack & play. Rented her gear from BabyQuip - Wendy was awesome. Kitchen was fully stocked, frig was spotless. Washer and dryer helps keep up with towels but dryer takes a long time. The Luau facility needs upgrades with hall carpet so don't judge the unit before opening the door. Everything in the unit looks new: floors, paint, drapes, furnishings. Check in and out was so easy. Loved the keyless entry too. The app works seamlessly to handle everything. Just wish there was a ramp on the beach side of the property that would allow for easier beach access for a wagon.

The LUAU 1 building is located in a great location just two minutes from the beach. Beautiful views and plenty of amenities to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. The Gibson management team are professional, kind, and always available to answer questions. They are definitely committed to providing outstanding customer care! Would highly recommend ����

Great place! Nicely decorated. Stocked with great essentials.
Only thing was the dryer was quite slow to dry items. But the place was awesome and we’d definitely stay again.

Great location and view of beach. The furniture throughout needs updating, especially the master bed mattress and living room couch.

Luau 6209 is the cutest condo I’ve ever stayed in...the owners did a fabulous job with decorating this unit! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was wonderful!
The location of the Luau condominiums could not be any better! It’s an easy walk to the beach on the paths/sidewalks and the pool is the best I’ve ever seen! The little tiki bar and soft, relaxing Hawaiian music playing made for the perfect vacation day!
The Sandestin community is equally fabulous! I rented a bike (Bikes R Us) and enjoyed riding all around the area! This is clearly a well planned community and I loved being able to walk or bike everywhere!
Gibson Rentals was also great to deal with...very professional and available to answer any questions in a prompt manner!

We just returned from our one week vacation here. It was our first time in the area and it was amazing. The walk to the beach was very short, the pool was beautiful, and it felt like you were on a island. The room was very spacious and had beautiful views. It was clean and had everything we needed upon arrival. I think the room we stayed at could definitely use a update to the flooring, and sofa was very uncomfortable. Property has a tram which is nice to go to Baytowne Wharf if you don’t want to drive.Overall it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it to friends.

The unit was great, we needed to book last minute, like the day before we arrived and this was the perfect option. The unit was clean, good views, well equipped, including a W/D. Easy parking and access to shops, etc. Pool was nice and the beach was close. The furniture, mainly the living room couch, could use an upgrade, but on a whole it was a good place for us.

Our condo was super clean and nice, it was a perfect set up for a family of 5. The short walk to the beach was not bad at all, and we also enjoyed the pool that our condo came with. The only negative was the wait for the elevator to and from our floor (stayed on 8th). It may have been due to the holiday week and also there was a wedding going on as well. Overall a wonderful, relaxing and fun family trip, and we plan to book again with Gibson Rental. Check in and checkout, and the communication with this property was on point.
