This unit provided the space needed for a family of four with 2 high school age boys. The resort amenities including sport courts and pool were outstanding. Availability or the pool restaurant was convenient. We loved that there was direct beach access without hauling gear. Kitchen was adequately outfitted. Would have loved access to a gym. Unit is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.

Overall really good stay. Great location and very clean. Easy in and out. The beds are quite firm, which is a plus or minus depending on your preference. Everything in the condo is dated — furniture, rug, bathrooms, kitchen. I saw other units that were much more current.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Tides 1401. The condo was very clean, updated, and well stocked. The view from the end unit was awesome! We are tennis and pickleball players and the courts were only a short walk away.

405 Tops’l Tides was a great unit. The unit has been remodeled/updated and was super clean! Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit is perfect. On the beachfront side and close to the elevators. (Our only “issue” with the condo was the water pressure in the shower. More like a light rain than a strong shower. But that’s a personal preference I guess) This was our 4th time staying at Tops’l and our 3rd with Gibson management. We did not have to contact them for anything. But my mom was staying in a unit as well and when she tried to get in her room the batteries to the lock had died. Gibson was on site in 10 minutes and had her ready to go. So I know their customer service is great. We love staying at Tops’l Tides because of the location and amenities offered. Having 2 pools and the poolside bar is amazing. Don’t want to go out for lunch dinner or drinks? They have you covered!! Being located between the craziness of Destin and 30A means you can go either direction for plenty to eat or do. Or right across the street to Baytowne Warf!
Check-in/out on the app makes staying with Gibson and Tops’l a breeze!

Clean and ready to go when we arrived. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all pots/pans/etc that were required. The view was great with the corner unit. It is adjacent to the stairway and the trash chute, so it was convenient. The bonus with the stairway in case of emergency, and we got our steps in daily! It was very quiet, though.
We had an issue with the dryer not working (guessing sand in vent area from prior renter?) and it was remedied in reasonable time.
I would definitely recommend this unit again.
Gibson is an easy process of booking, check in/out as well.

Great views, unit was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our family of 5. The only issue was the wi-fi as we couldn't get it to work. Notified Gibson but never received a response. Definitely would rent again!

My family of 8 adults and 2 children had a great time at Tides 204-205 Lockout. The setup was perfect for everyone and the resort amenities were good. Although we did not have the perfect weather for our week long stay, we were still able to enjoy the beach and pool area and the location was good for enjoying local restaurants.

overall it was very positive. Beautiful view and the property was very clean.
we had difficulty in our room getting the cable to connect to the TV. We had several people try and for 2 full days we had no TV. finally someone rerouted the system so we could watch. everyone was very helpful but a very frustrating issue.

We stayed in this unit for a family vacation. The views from the balcony were amazing! There was plenty of seating inside and out. The beds were comfortable. One of the bathrooms has been renovated and is really nice! The kitchen, while a little dated, was more than sufficient for a week of family beach fun. Loved this place!

This was our second time staying in this condo. We had a great time and knew what to expect second time around. Too many pros to list. Our only advice to make it better would be to upgrade the toaster and add some traditional oven mitts. We love this condo and plan to return.

This condo was one of the more "affordable" condos we found in this particular area. Nothing super fancy - but certainly adequate and perfect for our family vacation. Quick walk to beach, nice pool area with bar / grill and convenient to all types of local shopping and restaurants. Would rent same spot again.

We rented 2 units 901 was perfect in all ways. Furnishings, renovation work was great, location was great, household appliances were all excellent, and cooking utensils were all new. 2nd stay was in 804. Unit is tired. Needs remodeling and furniture update. Appliances and cooking utensils are out of date and need to be replaced. The stars rating is for unit 804.

The unit was very nice, clean, and quiet. The living and master bedroom views are great! Our weather was extremely windy for days which prohibited enjoying the balcony as much as we would have liked. However, we did manage to have a few dinners on the oversized balcony. The only negative is the complicated television system. Gibson is always responsive to issues and they came and gave us instructions. We always rent from Gibson due to their excellent customer service provided by cheerful employees. Tides 1001 is definitely a nice beachfront getaway! The master bed is also very comfortable so it is very important. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again in the future!

Rental was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the facilities were great. My boys got a lot of use out of the basketball and pickleball and it was nice that the equipment was provided amd in good shape. The only issue we had was that by renting from Gibson, we were not allowed to use the fitness center (they said other rental companies had this available to them). Overall we had a fantastic trip!

We loved the views and the place was very clean! Pools could have been a little warmer and were not the cleanest. Location was good! Not many places to walk to but we loved to overlook the ocean:). Customer service was all really good through the Gibson rental, they got us and early rental and were really good about answering questions prior to our arrival.

Enjoyed the location of this property - away from most of the Destin traffic and hustle and bustle (toward the east). But plenty of everything close by if that's what you want. Close to 30A.
Enjoyed the time of year as well. School was back in. Resort was not crowded. Weather and happened water happened to be just gorgeous, but i don't think that's really unusual.

The second floor and entered view over the pools and beach. Very nice staff and clean. My son says it’s the most fabulous beach and stay EVER! When the disposer stopped working someone was there to fix within one hour.

All was good but internet connection. I placed a service call on the morning after we got there and no one ever came to fix the modem. We had to use hot spots from our phone all week. That was very inconvenient.

This was the perfect place to get away for a long weekend. Clean and comfortable condo with a beautiful view of the gulf. My only note/suggestion (that I think I've had at a couple Tops'l condos) is that there's no way to prevent a small child from waltzing right out the front door (the deadbolt automatically opens when you turn the inside handle, and there are no other locks). Just something to be mindful of!

Great location. High enough to see the ocean but low enough where you can sit on the balcony and watch the action in the pool. Condo was updated and very clean. I would definitely rent again.

The unit was as described and pictured. It would be nice to have more seating in the living room (reclining, leather, sectional couch would be ideal). The views of the pool and “Emerald Coast” of the Gulf were perfect! The sand was as white as snow and soft as sugar! Best beach area we’ve been to in Florida thus far. Great restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops near and far. The only downside is traffic. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to Harbor Walk or a little longer for the Okaloosa Pier. Everything else was spectacular and we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Tides 901. We spent a long weekend with the girls here. The condo was clean. We always look for lots of comfortable seating and this fit the bill. We needed some additional blankets and they were dropped off quickly. The end unit has lots of light. We would stay here again.

Nice and spacious condo. Furniture needs to be updated. We were told that the complex was going to be doing construction 3 days of our stay, but it was actually 5 days of loud construction noises. Pool bar and grill was great considering there really isn’t any where else to eat along the beach.

This condo is beautifully updated with a gorgeous view of the beach and pool decks below. The oversized and well furnished balcony provided the perfect spot to share our morning coffee as well as cocktails with friends at sunset. The kitchen was well stocked so we could enjoy some meals at home too. As annual visitors at TOPS'L we have stayed in several units in The Tides, and this one is our new favorite. We definitely will be back!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and the 2nd bedroom having three beds for our three kids was perfect! The pool and bar were perfect and so was the beach! Loved the location in that this is the last high rise right before a long stretch of private beach. Didn't feel so crowded and you could take a long, peaceful walk without stepping over all the sunbathers. Loved the extra amenities of putt putt, shuffle board, etc. the condo facility offered for free!

Waking up each morning with a cup of coffee was simply breathtaking! You just can’t beat the view! We enjoyed the convenience to the beach, pools and shopping. The condo itself was clean and had most everything we could possibly need. It would be helpful to have instructions for all the remote controls (4 for just one tv). The umbrellas and beach chairs were a nice added touch. I would recommend you bring extra trashbags as they only supply one for the kitchen. Overall, I would definitely recommend Tides 205!!

We stayed her for spring break and absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location, the view was amazing. We seen dolphins from our balcony twice. The shuffleboard and putt putt was a bonus for our family time. We picked this location so the k is a could play basketball BUT the one hoop was extremely busy at all hours of the day so we spent time learning shuffleboards and it was a great experience. We did have issues the first couple of days with having two elevators not working so there were lines waiting. Having the pools, and the restaurant near the pool was great. The condo itself was clean and roomy. It is a bit out dated and could use some new paint, tiles and an overall update. It was fine for us though. The management had great customer service. My daughter left a small bag of her jewelry in a draw and they messaged us asking if it was ours and are sending it to us. I must say that speaks volumes.

The Condos view was amazing as soon as you walk in. Nice clean furniture and well stocked with kitchen amenities. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding even for the pullout sofa. All was good except for the sloppy painting job on the walls and doors, and the broken tiles in the kitchen need to be replaced. Beautiful condo and will stay here again for sure.

Our month at Tops’l Resort in Tides 404 was wonderful. Our view over the pools to the ocean was gorgeous and we could hear the ocean waves all day and night. The grounds were lovely and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need. The balcony was huge and the furniture was comfortable. Tops’l is ideally located close to Grande Boulevard and Baytown Wharf. Gibson’s management team was very responsive to any of our requests. We will be back next year!

We stayed in this condo for a month during the off season. It was in a great location - so close to the beach that we listened to the waves rolling in while we slept. We have stayed at several condos over the years, and never have we had one that was fully appointed. No matter what kitchen utensil you needed - whisk, wine opener, cheese grater - it was all there. Along with two large sets of dishes. We played putt-putt and pickleball in the complex which was a nice touch. This condo will not disappoint and we are hoping to stay here again next year! We

We LOVE staying at Tops’l! It easy to get to and just outside of the craziness that is Destin during Fall/Spring Break. Easy access to dining, shopping and attractions. The tiki hut on-site is amazing. The bartender is phenomenal! And they have a decent selection of food. Great for those nights when you come off the beach and the kids are just too tired to go wait at a restaurant. Or go grab a drink/lunch to enjoy during beach or pool time.
Our unit was clean and ready for our arrival. Our dishwasher was not working upon arrival (we didn’t even realize as we had not used it yet) and a maintenance man showed up to fix it. He was told by management that the unit was empty. Luckily he knocked first!! He fixed it quickly. Gibson Beach Rentals has been and continues to be a fantastic rental management company that we will rent from again!

Excellent stay at this property. The condo was overall clean with a few minor issues (not enough to notify someone). Was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Balcony was awesome! The amenities at this location were wonderful - perfect for a family with a high school tennis player. We used the tennis and pickle ball courts and also played mini golf quite a few times. Having a bar close by at the pool was excellent - and the food was perfect for a mid day lunch. Beach setup was a bit different than what we are used to. If you bring your own chairs/umbrella you have to walk down a bit to find space on the water away from all the PAID chairs. Not a huge deal - but worth mentioning.

Very nice condo, just like described. I probably would not stay on 10th floor again with small kids but that’s because of the hauling down to beach. Nice complex.

The drawers in the dressers just flopped, would not stay on track. Useless so just had clothes lying on furniture.
WIFI password in information and given by Alexa is wrong. Correct password is on bottom of modem. Numbers transposed.
TV system was poor! Remotes did not work well if at all.

We booked this condo after staying in Beachside 2 for 4 nights. We needed to stay an extra night and this became available. It was spectacular! Very clean and up to date, and the view was fantastic! So wished we could have stayed longer and definitely will look for availability in the future. The booking staff were very accommodating in finding this for us and very pleasant to work with. I only have one complaint, and that was that a Fitbit watch I left there was never found.
We loved the restaurant, pools, and chair rental was much less expensive and crowded than at the Beachside 2.

This is the perfect location and the condo was perfect for our family of four! Unit is exactly as pictured. Clean, well stocked, comfortable and spacious. Great views of the ocean. We arched dolphins each morning from our balcony while drinking our coffee. Highly recommend Tides 901!

This was our first trip to Destin, this location was perfect! Close enough to the fast paced, crowded part of Destin, but away enough to feel separate. The condo was clean (other than random objects in closets) and perfect amount of room for us, the balcony was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! The property was so clean, and well kept. We loved the two pools - having the opportunity to be separate from younger children and the bar/restaurant was fabulous. Next time we won't pack chairs - MUCH better to rent. We will be back - wonderful stay!

This two bedroom condo is very comfortable & well appointed. The second bedroom has two full-size beds, so lots of room.

Great place to stay. We stayed in another room 2 years and the place hasn't changed. They keep the whole place very clean. I really liked #205 being on the beach and right over the pool. Very clean also. Will definitely try to stay at this one again. We loved it!!

Great condo. Location is perfect. Good restaurants and grocery close by. It’s close to Destin if you want to go fishing, but just far enough east to avoid all the Destin traffic. This unit was very clean for us. Balcony had a great view. Pools were large and close to any unit. Beaches are white powder, like you get in the Caribbean. Gibson rental was good with communication. Example: the internet password was listed incorrectly. I texted Gibson, and they sent correct password in a timely manner. They were great to communicate with all week. Highly recommend this unit and will be coming back.

My husband, 12 yr old daughter and I loved this condo and resort! The views from the condo were stunning -- largest balcony I've ever been on -- and condo was very spacious. The resort had two pools and easy beach access with chair/umbrella rental, plus delicious food & drinks at the poolside restaurant. We have family in Santa Rosa Beach and plan to stay here each future visit!

Beautiful Views in a great Condo! We loved the location . Close to everything! The beach was amazing . Not very crowded during Spring Break. But weather was cooler then expected.

The condo was clean and pretty well kept up. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf and pool area below. The only suggestion would be to provide instructions on how to use the TV in the bedroom. Could not get the controllers provided to interact with tv.

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was a pretty chilly but the complex offered other things right to do which were perfect! Great weather for pickle ball or putt putt. The condo was beautiful and very spacious, more so than some of the others we have stayed in in the area.We have never stayed in this building or Tops’l and really enjoyed it very much. We hated to leave!

Spent two months at The Tides in Condo 804. Condo was perfect for our stay. Had all the things we needed to make the place our home for the time. Staff were very responsive if we had questions, needed help or something fixed. Great location to stores and State Parks for walking/biking trails. Complex also had great walking. Best part was the view - it can't be beat. Amenities - mini golf, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard are all there to enjoy. Open your eyes in the morning and you are looking at the ocean and the sand.

Tides 204 is very welcoming with a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was spotless which was very important to us. The king size bed was quite comfortable and also the master bedroom has a fabulous ocean view. Gibson Rentals was extremely accommodating and responsive. The few minor issues we experienced were handled promptly and professionally. All the Gibson staff are very helpful and pleasant. The resort location is handy to a Publix and Walmart and not far from some very good restaurants. This was our second stay at Tops’l Resort and first with Gibson Rentals. We hope to be back soon for a third visit using Gibson Rentals.

The Tides 901 is the most comfortable and beautifully decorated I have ever experienced as a vacation rental. The condo is clean and new.

Overall was a great stay! The only negative thing would be the mattress in the second bedroom was not comfortable, and there is not a light in the room. There is only a lamp which does not light the room enough.

This unit had a great view of the beach and pool, was extremely clean, and was well furnished. The layout is perfect for privacy as well as common space for eating and lounging. The unit was just as described online.
Note that the Keurig in the unit is 2.0, and therefore will accept only Keurig pods. (We had brought Community and had to use the drip pot.)
Our only complaint was the pool hours, which was no fault of Gibson or the unit, of course. They did not open the pool for Tides until 10 AM and closed it at 8:00 PM. The lower pool opened at 9:30, but since it was the "gateway" to the beach, early morning walks have to be routed to the neighboring condo complex boardwalk. It's obviously a minor inconvenience, but if you are an early riser, plan on going to the lower deck pool then relocating at 10 to the Tides pool and plan on going "the long way" to the beach each morning. It was my understanding that these later hours were due to COVID, however, I am not sure I understand the correlation.

Tides 1001 is a nice condo. Very clean. Kitchen is a little small but has everything you need. The view is amazing. The balcony is awesome. The master bedroom could use a new mattress. Bring your own beach towels. There’s two beach chairs and an umbrella to use and some beach toys available for kids.
If the pool is not open yet, it’s a bit of a hassle to get to the beach. You have to walk between The Tides & the property beside The Tides to get to beach.
On site: tennis, pickle ball, putt putt and basketball. We would rent Tides 1001 again.

Our experience with Tides 204 and Gibson could not have gone any better. The rental group is very commutative and responds to any concerns or need for information. Check in/out is a breezy, all information provided without issue. The condo itself is very well kept and maintained. Beds and sheets are comfortable, plenty of AC, and of course it is a great location. Will use again!

We had a great experience this past summer staying in Destin!!!!! The communication with the renters was top notch..especially with all of the covid concerns!!!! The place was super clean with a great view! Only issue we had was with the AC not working, but called and they had someone out right away. Still didn’t work really well after but it was manageable

We had a great stay! Everything was clean. We are big on the beach so easy access to the beach was one of our biggest needs and this place was perfect. The pool was nice with a bar/grill right there at the pool. Very close to everything you could need. Would stay again! With regard to the management company, Gibson was great and so easy to work with. I will be calling them again next time as well!

We were as a whole very pleased with our recent stay. This was our 2nd stay at this unit. We had to address a few minor issues with management but nothing large. The condo is nicely appointed and comfortable. Items I would address are -
Wallpaper in small bathroom needs repair
Shower curtain in small bathroom too long outside and too short inside
Front door sweep needs attention
Lights above vanity 9n small bathroom are inadequate

We rented both units and it worked better than I thought. 2 kitchens and 2 dens give you the freedom to do something different while still being in the same space. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms work great with no inconvenience. The location on the gulf is close to everything while being the last resort on the beach. You just dont feel crowded and that is rare in destin.

This location is very clean and up to date it has a lot of amenities for Kids and Adults. Easy access to the Restaurant, Pools, and Beach area. The only disappointment was not being able to use the work out facility

It was a great, upgraded condo. Perfect for kids. I do wish their was a pull-out couch... But the view was perfect! Everything was very clean.

Overall we enjoyed the property, nothing elaborate but exactly what we needed. The lockout deal is very nice as we had babies in our party so we put the families with babies over there as it made it easier for the naps and such. Our only issue is the beach and how they have it set up. Basically Tides has contracted with a company to sale you chairs for the day or if you have your own stuff you have to go approximately 250 yards to a small area on the left or stay behind they myriad of chairs. When you have children in tow and the sand is blazing hot this is a true pain. Because of this I wouldn't stay here again although we loved the condo and the pools and having the bar area and restaurant right there was also very nice.

Tides 901 is a beautifully decorated, corner condo with a beautiful view of the beach. Large flat screen tv in living room and smaller ones in bedrooms.

We stayed at Tides 204-205 for a quick getaway. We had a great time. The property is as described. There was plenty of room for everyone. Views were beautiful and access to beach and pool were convenient. Suggestions- Rent umbrella/ chair upon arrival so you are ready to go the next morning and don't have to wait in line. Unit needs a new coffee maker! :) Gibson Beach Rentals was great!!!

Our 3rd time at the resort but our first time using Gibson. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was working with them. They were really great! The condo was perfect for us. It’s master bed was very comfortable and the AC worked amazing. The other bed room needed a main light and the closet doors were very hard to open.

My husband and I are somewhat spoiled when it comes to great condo rentals and views and this place did not disappoint! The balcony views from both the living room and master are breathtaking. The unit itself was updated, clean and I didn't see critter one while we were there. I'd also like to mention how awesome Gibson Beach is to rent from. We went down with 6 different families all renting separate units from separate property management companies. Everyone in my group had issues with either their unit or horrible property mgmt service. We had 1 small issue with our wifi when we first arrived. Gibson had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. They're amazing to work with! Thanks for an awesome trip!

This is our second stay at Tops'l Tides and it did not disappoint. The room was clean, great huge T.V.'s, and best of all it has a beach front huge balcony, the pools and Tiki Bar were awesome and the beach is just so beautiful. The construction going on did not bother us at all. We will be back.

This was the best mini vacation my husband and I have been on. The condo was nothing short of AMZING!!! Beautifully decorated, magnificent view but most importantly very safe and secure. I will definitely make this my vacation spot for every occasion.

Love the location--close to shopping. The Tides building is nearest the pool and beach. The room is well appointed with the necessities --and it's lovely. The umbrella/chairs rental were extremely convenient. I would love to stay in his unit on our next visit.

This was a very nice rental. All furnishings were in great shape, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two full size beds in the second room was a plus for us, as we have two grown daughters who appreciated the extra space. The view overlooks the pool for the Tides. But the view of the beach is great, and the balcony is large (table 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs with room to spare).

Units 204 and 205 housed a group of 14 women and children for us on a family trip. While we originally wanted a house on the beach, this setup proved to be just what we needed. We had plenty of space, and lots of amenities. These units were steps from the elevator and also had a great view of the ocean and pool. The on-site grill, bar, and pools were a great option for staying on the property. Off of the property, we were surrounded by close restaurants and shopping.

From the time of booking until the time I left everything went very smooth. The condo was great and had everything we needed The view and easy access to the pool and beach area was great. The bedroom with the bunk bed really needs a ceiling fan or a box fan because that room was hot compared to the other rooms in the condo. Highly recommend this condo and Gibson Rentals.

My family loved, loved the two units that are connected at Tides in the Tops’l Resort. We have stayed in many different places along the beach but this was perfect for our family. It gave everyone a little privacy but also allowed us to stay together easily with grandkids.

GREAT location. We’ve stayed in this building before but not this specific condo. We had an amazing view even just one the second floor overlooking the pool and the ocean. And it was so convenient especially having an almost 1 year old to be able to go back and forth to the room from the pool/beach for naps, etc. condo was very clean/presentable.

We loved the condo! African safari theme and all! Beds were comfy, furniture was nice/ new and comfy. The accommodations were perfect! stunning view from front and back doors... be careful of the wind when the back door is open. Almost chopped off my daughters finger! (front door slams shut with the wind). Had one issue with TV and they were there to help in minutes.

Traveled with my young family for a 1-week stay. The room was incredibly clean and the view was incredible. My kids loved the heated pool and it was nice having the bar & grill on the pool deck. Location was tucked away off main road which made it feel more secluded. Quiet resort. Beach was great. We would stay again for sure. Only a few issues and not major.....1) Not a lot of staff on site and no visible management should an issue had arised. 2) Amenities (mini golf and shuffle board) were below average.

We had a wonderful view of the ocean, beach and pool area. Plenty of room and no having to navigate on stairs and elevators for everyone to be together.

Overall a good experience. Condo was clean but needed a few updates. The furniture was ok, but the dining room chairs were rather uncomfortable. I loved that they had a high chair and pack n play available for use. Wish I had known that ahead of time! A couple minor details to be addressed, but nice condo overall. A tad expensive, but we were there during peak season when prices are highest. Rental company was wonderful and the resort was beautiful.

We had a great time. Room clean, handy kitchen. Room enough for 5 kids and 3 adults. Close to pools and beach. Will definitely consider it again. Would be nice to have a small supply station at the hotel for ice, toilet tissue. Otherwise very satisfied with everything about it. Thank you!

The stay at the Tides was very relaxing. The beach and pool area was not as crowded compared to other resorts we have stayed at in Destin. Price was very reasonable. My only compliant, the floors in the unit was not clean. You could tell housekeeping spot mopped the floors.

Tops'l Resort is a special gem bordering the Nature Preserve on the East side so we tend to see less crowds there since there aren't buildings packed in on every side. We are so sorry that the floors didn't meet your standards, and it's definitely something we take very seriously. Had a great time. Condo was really nice. Spare bedroom bed was not the greatest and the living room furniture needs to be replaced. Pullout sofa was rather dirty. But overall, had a great time and would def stay again.

Very clean, big, and amazing! The balcony is HUGE! You can sit there and listen to the waves crash from this condo! It’s just all around amazing! The kids loved it (ages 7&5) you also get coupons and free admission to certain attractions because of this rental company!

Very nice accommodations. The trip was hampered slightly by the tropical storm. But that being said, it was still a good four days. We have reservations to return in Sept 2018.

We had a great time with our three children. The location was great in that it boarders an undeveloped area keeping the beach less crowded. It is also located across the street from Baytown warf. The condo was just as expected. It would have been nice to have some sort of pantry or shelves for groceries but it was nice that all of the cabinets were stocked with plates, cups, bowls, etc... overall the view was great and we had a wonderful time.

Everything was perfect. Was able to get in to our unit early everything was very clean and well laid out, and the arrival mini cooler and coupon books where a plus! Was able to use the free activities pass for both fishing and horseback riding! I caught over 25 fish on the princess. That crew did an amazing job and I highly recommended it.

overall experience was excellent. we did have a few hiccups but the Gibson Rental staff resolved the issues promptly. I would admit that the living room furniture was somewhat less than comfortable. I would like to see a reclining sofa but overall not bad.

Very well maintained property from the grounds to the pool areas leading out to the beach. The room was well taken care of and met our needs perfectly as a family of 5. The location was better than expected as the Tides building was the next to last high rise on the beach before the area turned into beach front homes. This made the area seem more secluded than other ocean front properties I've stayed in. Plenty of room on the beach to spread out and not feel like you were sitting right on top of other guests. This could have been the time of year....but it was still a plus.

This was our 2nd year staying at Tides 804. We enjoyed our stay so much last year we came back. The location on Miramar Beach is perfect and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We loved how we could get down to the pool and the beach in just a short amount of time. The Gibson beach rental staff was very helpful.

The rental was exacltly what we wanted for our vacation, with the number of guests we had for this visit. The condo was spacious and clean, with the beach in very close proximity to our unit. Also, the location was ideal to local restaurants and shops along HWY 98 and 30A. We would rent this again.

This rental was awesome!! Great location not crowded at all. My husband usually hates the beach but even he said we'd be coming back next year! The only thing I didn't care for was the adjoining room because you can hear most everything from next door when they are in the common area. But we knew it was adjoining when we rented it. Just wish it had been a little bit better sound barrier.

Enjoyed a great stay at the Tides at Tops'l. This condo was in an excellent location on the top floor and had a huge balcony. You can easily view the Gulf, the Bay and the spectacular sunsets all in one view. The condo itself was lovely and very much as advertised. I especially enjoyed the large master bathroom with the TV. It may benefit from a couple of places to hang your towel, but that would not prevent me from returning. Great location away from the majority of the crowds and close proximity to the nature preserve which offers a pristine beach for walking. Will definitely reserve from Gibson again!

This rental was very clean, well kept and comfortably laid out for our family of 5 with a 13 year old daughter and 10 and 7 year old boys. The huge balcony with the gulf front view was amazing!

We really enjoyed our visit to Sandestin, and Tides 1511 was very nice. If we were to come again, we would prefer to stay on a lower level and more toward the front of the building, as the patio was very cool until mid-afternoon when the sun came around to our side of the building. The view, however, from our level was fantastic!

We were happy with our stay. It faces the oceans and is a great location. We love the beach, pool and restaurant on site.
The tile floor all over the whole unit was slippery so would have loved some more floor mats around the place.

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful and just perfect for us. It was right on the beach, oceanfront and the balcony was so roomy! It ran the length of the condo and wrapped around the corner so we had a lovely view of the ocean and of the natural park reserve. It was the first time we had stayed in a high rise and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and short drive to Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach areas.

overall it was very good. The condo was clean and inviting. The complex was great along with the pool area. The only thing was the actual beach area is not very large for the amount of people coming to the beach area during the day.

Great, second year in a row staying in this room. Resort was nearly done renovations that should be opening this week and will make it even better. Room was clean and well maintained and the view is amazing as always. New this year was enhanced internet and cable with cox contour.

Loved the location along with the condo was beautiful. The only thing was the twin bed and queen bed in the first bedroom had hard mattresses. However the king bed was great!!

Loved the layout of the condo. Patio outside was huge and offered a great view. The master bedroom and bath were extremely comfortable. This condo offered a much larger layout than those that had a straight ocean front.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the location of the unit and love that they have bunk beds and a double bed in the second bedroom. I brought mine in case, but it was nice that there was a hair dryer on the wall in the master and little shampoo and conditioner bottles. Made it feel more like a hotel that a vacation rental which can be sparse on extras like that.

The property was very nicely updated. The kitchen was the best ever in a rental, plenty of counter space and empty cabinets to store groceries. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were quiet and the beds comfortable. We plan to stay in this unit again next year. Did I mention the view?

We stayed for a week in September. The condo was clean and everything was in good working order. Would have appreciated HD TV for some football games, but other than that we felt the condo was a great value.

We just came home from a week long stay at tides 804. We were very happy with the condo. 4 adults and 3 kids fit very comfortably.The view is amazing! The condo description was very spot on! We definitly plan on returning in the future! I had called ahead a few times and the Gibson beach rental staff were extremely nice and accommodating about my questions and helped provide me with a company to rent a full sized crib and beach stroller for my 5 month old. My only suggestion for the resort itself would be to have a ramp to get to the beach. Having to carry a stroller through several sets of stairs was a little bit of an inconvenience.

Very satisfied. Room was clean & spacious. Balcony view was amazing. The walk to the beach was easy on adults & children. Pool & hot tub also nice. We had to call customer service about the internet & they were extremely helpful & nice. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed this immaculate and tastefully decorated condo.The living room sofa is uncomfortable so we didn't use it. We loved the ocean front view and the balcony. My favorite things were the travortine flooring (just gorgeous) and the marvelous pools that were the cleanest of any I have swam in. And, kudos to the person or person who cleaned this condo. WOW!!! Very impressive.The beds were comfortable but had too much comforter which made it hot but loved the ceiling fans. I realize you didn't ask about beach problems but I need to mention this since it has NEVER happened to us before and we have been coming to Destin for 10 years. On Tuesday after everyone went home Labor Day the insects (FLIES) were trying to have my husband and me for lunch.He was bitten about 5 times and they brought blood. He killed about 15 and I killed at least 5 flies and we gave up and didn't go back to the beach the next day. We wonder if the beach is ever graded with a front loader or tractor to push leftover snacks and drinks from beachgoers under the sand. We never had a problem in condos up closer to The Big Kahuna Water Park area. Sorry but I just needed to let you know so something maybe can be done before next Labor Day arrives.Other people complained also. We enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of room and storage space. Loved the beautiful tiled bathrooms. There was a slight problem with the front door but it was promptly repaired. Thank you! Had great weather and no major complaints. Everyone on staff was very pleasant and we were very pleased they were enforcing the rules and keeping everything clean and SAFE.Thank you for sharing your terrific condo with us.

Thanks a billion for your review - how insightful and full of detail :) We believe you may be referring to what's known as the North flies; when a cool front comes in from the North, the wind often times brings black flies to the Panhandle, pushed out from the forests and waterways North of us. Our beaches are cleaned every morning which is why you might see signs scattered throughout indicating to travelers to not leave anything on the beaches. In fact, most beaches in Florida don't do this in great pride and leave setups out, hardly ever cleaning their beaches. South Walton invests a great deal of time and resources into making sure we have the best beaches! We wish there was more to do with the North flies, but that's one of the few negatives about living at the beach!

My family and I loved this condo. Easy check-in as there was no check in to worry about, just a code for the door key. Received courtesy calls from Gibson Beach Rentals to make sure everything was good. View was amazing both off the balcony and from the front door. We didn't want to leave!

My husband, his parents, and our one year old daughter stayed in this condo for a week. Everything was perfect! It's difficult to find a condo that will accmodate 4 adults but this condo has 2 queen beds in the guest room vs bunk or twin beds. The view is gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed including super comfy beds. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was also extremely attentive to anything we needed.

A group of friends and I stayed at the tops'l resort and had a great stay! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The room overlooked the pool and beach which was the best part of the room. I spoke with the rental company numerous times regarding directions and parking and each time they were very helpful and kind.

Tides 901 was a beautiful place. We really enjoyed staying there. It was very spacious! Loved the master bathroom! That shower is awesome! We'd love to stay at Tides again! My family and I had such a great time at Tides 901. The condo was very clean and had all up dated appliances and furniture. The layout of the rooms was very planned out and worked great for families. Only negative things was being a nonsmoker the resort is not nonsmoking or have only smoking areas. Having small kids it would be better for smoking areas .

Our stay at Tops'l Tides was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and beautiful. There was a huge balcony that was perfect for our little ones to run around and enjoy the view. We were looking for an ocean view condo with access to the beach, a pool and a basketball hoop (for our 3 boys) and we found the perfect spot!!! We loved the unit - the perfect size for our family of 5, with the bunks AND a double bed in the kids' room, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and even cooked a few meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the simple access to the pools, hot tub, and beach, and the boys loved playing basketball, tennis and mini golf every day! And how convenient to have toys to borrow from the office - available to all! Having a private covered parking spot was a bonus, too! It kept our van out of the hot summer sun! The views and beach were gorgeous, the amenities were great, we enjoyed the staff at the beach, pool and the grill! We had a great vacation! We would definitely come back!

We really loved the location, unit and the beach. We usually stay in Sandestin Resort but was much happier this year, the beach is far less crowded than Beachside 2. The only draw back for me was no free fitness center in the building. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Fabulous, comfortable, great view, well equipped, photos on-line are exactly as the rental is, quiet, and on and on... I would definitely come back again to this rental!! I couldn't wait to get up and have my coffee on the patio each morning!! I loved walking out the door and right onto the beach!! The only thing I would change was the key pad to get in was outdated. We had to keep track of keys vs typing in a code and the door unlocking!!

This unit had an awesome view of the waters and easy access to the beautiful beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The tennis courts were close by and we were able to use it whenever we wanted. We just had to ask for the gates to be unlocked. Overall, a great stay and we would come back.

The location on the beach for this condo is excellent. The property to the west is homes & then a nature preserve. For Spring Break week we did not have a problem getting a spot on the water each day. The condo was nice and pretty much exactly as it was described. The one shortcoming was the fact that other than pots and pans the condo comes with absolutely nothing. In the past when we have rented condos they at least have cleaning products and some left over spices. We would love to come back and next time I will just bring a few more supplies.

Condo was in a great location with an incredible view. It was very clean and well equipped. The beach was very convenient and beautiful. The provided beach chairs and umbrella are a joke. Don't plan on using them. The beach setup guy and the tiki bar on accept cards or amenity cards, which are not provided by the owners.

We had an awesome week at Tides 204. Two couples shared a 2 BR/2 BA unit. We found it to be exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean. The property overall is great with a poolside bar, restaurant, short beach access and convenient parking.

The best condo we have stayed in. The pictures are good and the description is accurate. The end of the condo is glass, the view is the pool, and the beach. The place was clean, and ready for guest. We hope to go back. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the water, the beach access was great. The weather was great. Probably our favorite place to eat was Bayou's Bills, good sea food, good staff.

This condo has a beautiful view! It was clean and the decor was nice. The applicances are in desperate need of updating. We couldn't use the dryer because it was so loud. The dishwasher would not efficiently clean the dishes. I felt like a few small kitchen items were missing that would have been nice, such as salt and pepper and complimentary coffee.

The huge balcony is perfect for your dolphin sighting, so we are glad to hear you enjoyed that. Condo was a lot bigger then it looks in the pictures, everyone had a nice time! We had 2 families with 4 kids under 4 everyone was very comfortable and plenty room for all! Nice pools and nice big balcony to see the beach.

Love the room, but the mattress is way to firm. Recommend adding additional bath towels and a set of better kitchen pans. The grill on the property needs to be cleaned and the propane tanks were empty.

Our stay at Tides 1511 was terrific. The view is spectacular!
Just FYI-The dishwasher was V. loud and the master bath toilet ran quite a bit (flapper). But no complaint from us.

Very nice unit with lots of room. It could use an update on the electronics as the tv's are old and the huge stereo system does not work. We had a convention next door at the Hilton and had there been an access way between the two our stay would have been a 10. Having to trek the beach or drive all the way around for meetings and socials was a pain. Appliances are fairly new and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool area and beach were very nice with good food and drinks available. Overall it was a great stay and very convenient to restaurants and stores. An easy 4 out of 5 stars!

Only 2 minor things I'd change...1. The dining room chairs were broken on the bottom and 2. The wifi code was hard to locate and being there on a weekend, we couldn't get ahold of anyone to help us. Everything else was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again!

The moment I walked into the unit it just seemed to scream relaxation. Incredibly clean! Very convenient with the local malls, restaurants and other San Destin attractions. Incredible ocean front view. The gentle roar of the ocean was very relaxing. The occasional Dolphin siting was nice. An added bonus which we didn't know was that the owner had a few chairs and umbrella for us to use, nice touch! Internet signal was great (for days I had to work)

Perfect location to enjoy all of the amenities. On the beach with a great view of the ocean and the pool. 2 private rubico tennis courts with putt putt course for the kids. Lots of beach toys and equipment available for daily rental for free in the office building on the 1st floor in the condo. Very convenient. Room easily fit 2 adults and 6 kids.

Condo was updated an overall nice, but a huge issue was the key situation. Why doesn't the unit have a keypad lock on the door for easier access? Would be hesitant to stay there if another unit with a keypad lock was available.....

The weather wasn't the best but the room and view made the trip great. Brought my family for my daughter's senior spring break and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend! !

Brittany from Gibson Beach Rentals was absolutely the best person we have ever worked with in renting a vacation spot- so friendly and helpful! The condo was better than pictured.

We love the Destin location. Easy to get to, beautiful beaches, delicious restaurant options and fun golf courses. We will return.
