First time staying at the tidewater and we had a wonderful weekend.Celebrated my husband’s birthday and the place was nice. The elevators were a little wonky and only 2 out of the 6 worked. We didn’t have to wait to long, but I can see during busy season it will be a problem. It was a little cold to swim in the ocean or outdoor pools, but the hot tubs and the indoor pool was nice. Overall we had a great time. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice location. We enjoyed it. The only thing we didn’t like had nothing to do with the unit we stayed it but the marijuana smokers that must have been staying close by. We smelled it in the unit at times and on the balcony.

Booking through Gibson is always a great experience. The represtatives are amazing through the reservation process and the payment procedure is easy. The Tidewater Property in Panama City was exceptional in every way. Unit 1018 was the perfect rental for my wife and I. It was our first empty nest trip after being married for 36 years. The unit and property met every expectation. We will definitely return.

Tidewater Resort was fabulous! The condo was absolutely perfect and well stocked with everything we needed. The pools..yes 2 of them..were large and well-maintained with a Tiki bar at 1 of them with yummy food and beverages. The staff from registration to check out were all so helpful and friendly. This was our 1st time at Tidewater and will definitely stay there again!

The room was perfect. Very functional, decorated nicely and overall exactly what we needed. The resort was very well maintained and clean. Only huge issue...elevators. Best time to ride is before 7 am. After that, good luck catching one.

This condo has amazing views. It was very clean and comfortable. Very close to Pier Park. Elevators are very slow during check in and out hours or when everyone is coming up from the beach.

Condo is beautiful and the decor has a perfect beachy feel. Great fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. The view was spectacular from the living area to the master bedroom. Can't choose between the gorgeous sunsets or the bright moonlight on the gulf. Just an overall great experience. Don't miss the sunset/dolphin viewing cruise. Unbelievable!

We have been staying at Tidewater for several years for our family vacation. We have actually rented 0217 multiple times, as it is truly one of the best units. Doesn't require using the elevator, it's right above the east swimming pool, corner view. Love it!

Our condo was perfect for our group of 10. being on the second floor was a big plus only having to use the elevator to carry wagons to and from beach.

This is an outstanding condo. It was well stocked and clean. Lots of space for 6 adults and a child. The building was great with amenities for all ages. We were impressed with the building security.
