Be prepared to be put at ease when you step through the doors of your spacious slice of paradise. Some of the features you will find are tile flooring throughout, 42" flat screen TV in the living room and 32" in the bedroom, and a nice, open floor plan. The kitchen offers beautiful, spacious granite countertops with a breakfast bar, as well as your normal kitchen appliances and supplies. The kitchen opens to a dining table that seats 4, which makes this the perfect spot to enjoy a nice, home-cooked meal. There’s also plenty of seating in the living room to gather around for a movie or even a family game night. You’ll find access to your private balcony in the living room - enjoy those bay water and golf course views day and night. Your master bedroom has a King bed and direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. You’ll also find a Full sleeper sofa in the living room that can accommodate up to two additional overnight guests.
