Lasata 3407, otherwise known as "Puerto del Sol Studio", is conveniently located on the North side of the prestigious Sandestin® Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Located in the Baytown Wharf, it's a short tram-ride distance near the stunning beaches with crystal white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico - you are sure to fall in love with this new vacation condo. This studio will allow you to truly kick back and relax from the moment you step inside. The soft tones, updated tile flooring and granite countertops are incredibly relaxing to come home to after a fun day in the sun or after a day-long conference at the nearby conference center within walking distance of the property. Enjoy a vacation cocktail out on the balcony overlooking the resort and surrounding trees! A bar area with barstools are provided so you can comfortably dine-in. There's a mini fridge, microwave, blender and coffee maker, along with dinnerware, and drinkware. Two comfy queen size beds welcome you to a relaxing night's sleep, or to lay back and watch the game from the large flat-screen TV. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower/tub combo for your convenience. The owners provide free parking, free high-speed internet, and free access to the beach tram with your stay!
