Very enjoyable stay, wonderful views directly from
the comfort of the balcony, very close to beach yet quiet, sweeping views even from the bedroom well kept apartment, very clean, all procedures went very smoothly.

Loved our stay. Was able to look at the ocean from the bedroom and living room. Enjoyed eating on the balcony looking at at the ocean as well. My wife and I will definitely stay here again:)

The condo was in a great location and very secure. Very nice pool and close beach access. The elevators in the building were very fast so never had to wait long! The condo was clean with all amenities. My only complaint would be no hangers in the bedroom closet. I bought some and left them for the next renter to have.

I normally go to Orange Beach and this was the first time going to the Destin area. The condo was very nice and the view was amazing!

The condo was great! It was very clean, close to the beach with easy access! The view was spectacular!! The only issue or problem was the elevators were not working properly when we arrived, which caused some issues, but was fixed within a day or so!!

We have loved our stay! Gibson Rentals made everything easy and enjoyable. From the welcome gift of sunglasses and sand pail to the free local experiences such as a round of golf. The condo itself is beautiful and clean and could not have been better. The view from the bedroom was worth it in itself. We cannot wait to come back and plan to use Gibson rentals again.

Clean one bedroom unit. Good location. Bed was comfortable, and it was a nice 5 night stay. Parking was easy and secure. No complaints. Very busy beach, had to get up at 6:30am to make sure we could social distance from the other beach goers.

Our condo was a cut above the others that we have stayed in. The furnishings were clean and modern, the kitchen was great and easy to move around in and the bedroom had a wonderful view of the beach and the bed was easy to sleep in!!! The only drawback was that the fitted sheet was not made for that mattress and I kept tugging at it so it wouldn't pop off. The balcony was clean and bug-free. LOVED the glass enclosed shower in the fact, this is the major reason I chose this condo over others that had a bathtub shower. Check-in was seamless as was check-out. The free activities that they offer are GREAT! We only took advantage of the golf due to the tropical storm but my husband saved over $200 in green fees due to the Explorie program.We had a wonderful time on the beach and loved the covered parking that they offered. Sandestin is a low-key area and so beautiful! Because it is gated, you don't get all of the tourist traffic and you can walk, ride bikes or catch the trolley to anywhere on the resort. We will be back!!!!

lovely decorating but several sm issues. Only 2 lamps in BR w/ 60w bulbs. After sunset you could not see into the closet. We bought a flashlight. The lamps had 3 way sockets but had 1 stage bulbs. Brighter bulbs and a third lamp on the dresser would have made a huge difference in our comfort. The glassware also mismatched and plastic. Bad for wine.

This unit was our favorite. The view from the balcony was great the balcony was more private than some others. The furnishings were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely request this unit again!

This is a wonderful property to rent. The condo was very clean and well maintained, the owner made this a very easy place to visit. Location was central and the view is spectacular! Can’t wait to visit again.

Gibson Rentals was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Our condo was right on the beach, immaculate, comfy sofas and beds, plenty of dishes and cookware. AC worked and there was even a stackable washer/dryer. I would suggest the owner get some placemats tobelp protect the glass table top. We used the dish towels. Really a fantastic experience!

We stayed 30 days and we loved it! Great location and our weaiwas really nice for January. So enjoyed our sunset views each evening from our balcony. We will be back next year for sure.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Beachside II. The reservation and check-in process was very pleasant especially since there are no keys needed for your stay (everything is keypad based). The particular unit was on the 10th floor and we had an awesome view and the unit was extremely clean and well maintained.

If you want to be near the amazing Hilton amenities, this is the best spot in Destin. Transportation to Baytown, great spot for an early morning walk, and pool area is perfect. Parking is easy, it's secure, and more elevators than needed. Our room was perfect for four, clean and we liked the open shower. Gibson Beach Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Only wish checkout was 11am.

From the minute we walked in the door, extremely tired from a very lengthy drive, we felt welcomed. This condo was very clean, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. We felt like home in a very short time. Would definitely return. Thanks a bunch to all involved.

Had a wonderful trip to Sandestin in August. This is a perfect unit for a single or a couple. Unit is decorated very nice. Excellent bed and nice walk-in shower with expensive fixtures. All kitchen appliances are new and the kitchen is well equipped. All floors are tiled and appear new. Nice balcony with beautiful view of the white sandy beach. Felt very safe and secure in the gated community with very friendly guards. Overall experience was excellent.

We loved everything about this condo. There were only two of us so there were plenty of supplies (towels, kitchen items). The condo faces west so we sat on the deck and watched the sunset. Condo was extremely clean and Gibson contacted us on the morning of our trip to make sure we had our entry codes. Early March is a great time to visit - not crowded at all but warm enough to walk on the beach and wade in the surf. We rented bikes from Bikes-R-Us and Sherri is fantastic to work with. We rode over to Baytowne Wharf each morning for breakfast at Another Broken Egg cafe ... wish I was back there now! Had a great dinner at the Surf Hut on the beach in Destin.

This unit was very clean and very smartly decorated. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. This place is beautiful, the resort is very nice. We only wished we had a golf cart, would have made it more fun.

Very nice and well decorated. Only issues are there are only 4 coffee cups. The plates are also in pretty bad condition. The bed, furniture, etc is very nice and comfortable.

We stayed in this 1br/1ba gulffront condo just last week. We LOVED it! Beautiful furnishings, very comfy beds/pillows, everything and more as far as the kitchen, breathtaking views from the bedroom and balcony, perfect distance from stairs/elevators to our room, covered garage parking, very nice staff...I could go on and on. It was an amazing, amazing week. I have absolutely nothing but positives to say about our experience and I highly recommend this unit!!!

Everything about our three day stay was perfect. Condo was spotless, bed very comfortable, view from condo and balcony perfect. Shopped at Publix at Grandview Blvd. and enjoyed eating at the Wine Bar next door with some locals. The Back Porch and Louis Louis did not disappoint. Traffic light, so an excellent time to be there. Gibson made everything smooth for us. Definitely will come back to 4302.

It was awesome. Gibson made the reservation process very easy. The condo was a great location (Beachside 2). A newly renovated property that was perfect for me and my hubby! We were married in Destin a few days prior, so we decided to stay a few extra days. They allowed us to check in a few hours early which was much needed after departing from our 60 relatives. It was an awesome experience.

Hot water breaker was off so no hot water. Problem was fixed very quickly. No beach chairs or umbrella in unit. Problem was fixed very quickly. Overall very satisfied with responsiveness and enjoyed property.

We also apologize that the chairs and umbrella were a bit late - the unit is brand spanking new to the program (just received remodel work), but we'll ensure they are there for all other stays!
