It was an absolutely stunning place to stay at the room was clean. The view was unbelievable, and to work with the rental company was easy.

Property was in a phenomenal location, with the beach steps out the back door. Overall condition of the unit was pretty good, with very comfortable beds! You can't beat the location and would certianly recommend staying here.

There are many choices to choose from when staying at Destin. I'm thrilled we decided to stay in this specific condo. We felt at home. Everything you need is provided. Great beds, shower pressure, washer & dryer, tile floors throughout, A/C worked great, and the view is spectacular. We will return! Bring extra trash bags & detergent and enjoy your home away from home!

Very enjoyable, even though there was a cold spell in the area for the first 3 days. I was there to look at vacation rental properties, and my oldest daughter and her husband joined me for the first 5 days of my stay. Condo is very livable, could easily accomoodate 6 people, but was especially comfortable for the 3 of us. Loved the balcony overlooking the beach.

Great space - easy beach access. Furniture could use a bit of updating and better decoration, especially in the master bedroom.

I've been vacationing in destin for years. After a bad experience with camp gulf landed me without a place to stay beachside II had a last min opening and I'll never look back.. beautiful, relaxing and every comfort of home with a bonus... definitely recommended

Loved this rental! The Master Bedroom was a wall of windows overlooking the ocean with it's own entrance to the balcony. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Gibson Beach Rental did a great job in helping us with all our needs.

We stayed in Beachside II #4367 on the 17th floor. This unit was updated, clean, 2 great baths and provided magnificent views from the balconies (we actually made a soft pallet and slept out on the balcony with a bottle of wine and God providing the natural fan and the ocean's tunes - don't tell anyone!). Check-in and check-out was one of the easiest and flawless experiences thanks to Tara's much appreciated assistance with Gibson Beach Rentals. She even took the time to contact me to let me know the condo was ready to check-in a couple of hours early. Great service! We took the tram to enjoy Baytowne a couple times with ease. All of our needs and accommodations were easily provided for and we look forward to coming back to this property and unit.
Pertaining to this unit, my only comments, which are inconsequential, would be that if you want softer toilet paper, BYOP. Also, this unit has a guest room with 2 small single beds and has a sleep sofa in the great room. So, I wouldn't recommend this condo for more than one couple unless one of the couples doesn't mind sleeping in a single bed. Great for a family or for one couple!

The bedroom set up is more for families traveling with kids, most of them don't like sharing a bed. However, we do offer plenty of units with accommodations for couples with bedrooms with king and queen beds. The unit was very beautiful and up to date, and well equipped with everything we needed, even umbrella and chairs for the beach. The views from the living and master bedroom were spectacular. The furnishings we newer and comfortable.
The amenities were wonderful, our family took advantage of the free golf and horseback riding, it would have been exceptionally nice if those were for two rather than one.
The staff was helpful when we had questions. We we will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay!! The condo was even nicer than the pictures. Beautiful view from bedroom living room and balcony (expected), view from the guest room balcony was an absolutely unexpected highlight. Will try to book this unit from now on!

What great memories my wife & I have of our month’s stay at SanDestin’s Beachside 2! The 17th Floor condo provided stunning views of the gulf! Baths & kitchen had been updated. Our only complaint is the sofa/sleeper & matching chair need to be replaced. We are looking forward to returning February 2019!

The condo was very nice as was all of the furnishings with exception of the couch. The couch was very uncomfortable but other than that everything else was great.

What a wonderful experience to see all the sealife from this level, the 17th floor....and accommodationns....the best! Two balconies, one for the guests looking out to the bay and golf courses, the other to the ocean! Loved it!

Everything was beautiful! The view was breathtaking! It was everything we thought it would be and more! We had a patio door with a broken lock and they sent someone right away to fix it while we were out sunning. One piece of advice; the toilet in the master bath (with the ocean view) is butted between the shower and the counter. A heavy set person or handicapped person might have trouble using it because of the restricted space. But overall everything was wonderful!!

This condo was wonderful. The views were amazing. From the Master Bedroom and living room we could see and hear the gulf due to the walls of Windows and Doors and the spacious balcony. The kitchen window, master bath window, and guest bedroom all had excellent views of the resort, the bay, and the boats on the bay. The unit was updated, clean, and fully furnished. The sleeper sofa was not very comfortable, but I've never slept on one that was. We will stay here again.

The furnishings in the condo were very beautiful and unique. The couch was comfortable, the king bed was comfortable. The unit was clean. The only suggestion to the owner would be to replace the comforter on the king bed with a lighter weight bedspread/quilt. It is the warmest room in the unit (due to the wall of windows) and a comforter is too heavy in a warmer climate.

Awesome condo, great location. Condo very clean and updated. Will definitely be using again. We had a great time. Only downfall was Internet was very limited in condo, had to stand in one spot all the time to use. Overall would recommend to others,.
