Well-furnished place. Be aware that there's major construction going on right now which is very loud. Aside from that - great experience.

The property was clean and cleaned in the main hallways and elevators daily. The condo was in great condition, clean, bright, larger than expected, and the views from the 19th floor were outstanding!!

Great place with AMAZING views! Had everything we needed for a great time. The beds were very comfortable. The elevators are very fast to get to the 19th floor.

Our rental was very clean with all furnished items in place when we arrived. The check in was perfect. We appreciated the app for easy access. Only problem was figuring out the coffee maker. Would have preferred the drip style. We would rent this again!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Very well stocked as far as the kitchen goes. It was right beside the elevator so that is very convenient. Did not have to wait on the elevator very long at all. Overall the condo is very very nice beds were very very comfortable. Be careful with the front door keypad the numbers get stuck. We had to use our car key couple of times to get the numbers unstuck.

This condo was very nice...especially the master bedroom! The only thing we didn't care for were the bathrooms with tub showers. Every condo should have at least one glass enclosed shower!!!!
The view from the balcony was fabulous. The furnishings were very nice too. We went from this condo to a one-bedroom condo and Gibson was so accommodating as to let us leave later in this condo and get into the next condo earlier so that we could preserve our cold food and not have to toss it as we would have normally waited 6 hours to get into the next condo. Kudos to Gibson Beach Rentals for being understanding!!!!

We loved our stay on the 19th floor at Beachside II 4374. The views from the master bedroom were stunning. The location is great, very close to our favorite restaurants. The property was clean and well maintained. We would pick this condo to stay in again. The only downside is that if one of the elevators is being worked on, it took quite a while to get up to the 19th floor.

We agree, Kimberly; the views from the 19th floor are amazing! We apologize that one elevator was down. Did you know there are a total of three elevators? The service elevator on the west side of the building goes up to the 14th floor.

It was a great experience to stay in this convenient facility. It was very practical to have access to the beach. Also, the facility had everything to spend some great relaxing vacations.

Condo is conveniently located near the elevators.
Balcony is nice and condo is spacious.
The stackable washer and dryer unit inside of the condo is also convenient.
There is also adequate parking for the condo.
There is also an ice machine downstairs that is available, free of charge, so there is no need to run to the store each morning for ice.
The condo is excellent if you are looking for a low maintenance beach vacation!

2.5 day getaway before total knee surgery. Unit was clean, comfortable and even though it is on the 19th floor, the wait for the elevator was not long at all and the view made it totally worth it.

What a beautiful place to stay for a week-long getaway with the family!
The ocean-view condo was perfect! We enjoyed golfing daily, quick access to the beach and upscale shopping less than a mile away.

Overall clean and comfortable. Great view!!! Showers didn't drain well. No salt and pepper for the kitchen. No hot tub on grounds.

Very nice, professional service from Gibson Beach rentals. We enjoyed the easy access codes and not having to keep track of keys or go to an office for check in. The unit was clean, spacious and well appointed with an incredible view!

We have rented several units in the building over the years. This one was a good version. It is, however, a rental only, and as such, it was missing some of the "home" features I have come to expect when we rent directly from those who also use the rental for their own vacation spot. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but in owner-occupied rentals, you typically find things like salt and pepper, etc. Don't get me wrong, this is a great rental, just a bit different from others we have experienced.

Our experience at Beachside II was excellent, the unit we had was well equipped, and clean - with the greatest view ever! Gibson was excellent, they were very responsive to clear up issues, and their staff were extremely friendly. Sandestin is a great location with almost everything you need right on the resort.

Absolutely loved our time there in this rental and on the property. Love, love, love the balcony view and access to it from both LR and master bedroom. Truly was steps from the beach. Loved the full kitchen too. Appreciated the use of beach chairs and umbrella. Kara, from Gibson Beach Rentals was phenomenal!

It was so beautiful looking out from our balcony it's something we will remember always. We even saw dolphins playing in the water from where we were. The staff was wonderful. The only thing was the pool was ice cold, wish it was warm

We did confirm with the Association Manager that the pool is heated from November - February much like an ac/heating system at home. October blesses us with hot days and cool nights so they are unable to turn the heaters on that early in the year. We hope you enjoyed the gorgeous beaches though and come see us again soon!!!

We enjoyed staying in this condo and can't wait to return! The whole experience was pleasant and the rental company was very professional. We plan on returning and will try to stay in this same room. The only recommendation I have to improve the experience would be to hook up the DVD players in all rooms. None of the 3 DVD players were working due to new Cox cable boxes and my husband spent 30 min. trying to get one in service. My kids were disappointed, because we utilized the free DVD rentals in the condo office.

Wonderful Memorial weekend in Destin FL. This unit was perfect for a family of four. Location was excellent. Building was clean and convenient to the beach.
Would have liked to have more spare items like garbage bags, paper towels, TP, etc...
Overall very happy and would come again.

The condo is more spacious than it appears in photos. The kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed for cooking at home. The elevators served the 19th floor quickly! We would stay in this condo again in the future.

This was our first stay at this condo. The only word to describe the stay is paradise. We normally stay in Destin but this stay exceeded our expectations. The condo was extremely clean and like new. The Surf Hut is a wonderful place to eat and the seafood is fresh. We plan to return next year.

Was in a last minute crunch due to change of new job, no one else helped us, always had good experience with Gibson Rentals, called staff was overwhelming kind and helpful, secured a spectacular room on 19th floor, we love high elevations, good pricing and eased our fear of losing out on a beach front vacation, we are most grateful.

Overall we love staying in SanDestin and especially in Beachside II. The condo was clean and good overall, although it was a little dated and had a few flaws like leaking master sink faucet, some musty carpets, outdated brass hardware, small hole in master bath ceiling that needed repair. Nothing major and nothing that kept us unhappy in any way. The pillows need replacing (not comfortable at all-no down etc) but we enjoyed having 2 bedrooms and especially more room. We would definitely be willing to stay here again and were impressed with the security, overall noise level and convenience to Baytowne Wharf and the ocean.

Our family (two parents and two kids, ages 2 & 7) had a wonderful stay in your condo. The location and view were amazing. We found everything there that we needed and it was very clean. The resort itself was huge but loved the easy access to so many things to do with the kids. Our kids also enjoyed the complimentary DVD selection in your office! We had a terrific vacation and hope to be back next year.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and everything was in order. The resort is in a great spot. It would be helpful to inform all future guest of the adult spring break over Memorial Day Weekend. We had rented an umbrella and two chairs for the 4 days. It was front row. The problem was with people that bring their own chairs and putting them right in front of us. It was a constant battle with those people and the young spring breakers being drunk and spilling alcohol and leaving beer cans all over the place. We have stayed in destin before and all umbrellas and chairs not rented were put in an area on the beach behind the renting customer. I would refer this to other people just not Memorial Day.
