Luau 6209 has been completely renovated and is very relaxing with the grey and white decor! The living room has plenty of seating with two couches, one of which pulls out to a sleeper sofa. There is also a bonus half bath off the living room! The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and flat screen TV. This end unit has a HUGE wrap around balcony with plenty of outside seating to relax after a long day at the beach!  

All the condo/homes we offer are professionally managed by Gibson Beach Rentals and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle free stay. The unit will be cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing more and worrying less. 

Experience Sandestin’s The Village of Baytowne Wharf like never before. Use the tram passes in your unit to step aboard the resort-wide shuttle service at no extra cost to you. Don’t worry about having a cocktail (or a few!) and indulge in the most scrumptious restaurants around town. The nightlife is fun and the day shopping in local boutiques is stress-relieving. Bring the kids to Baytowne’s Adventure Zone or Blast Arcade or pack up everyone for a family-fun adventure to the weekly Luau, fireworks, magic show, and more! Jolee’s Island Nature Park is just moments away from Baytowne Wharf and provides 5 acres of entertainment. - Absolutely NO SMOKING. Violators will be fined and can be evicted immediately.
- Absolutely NO PETS. Violators will be fined and can be evicted immediately.
- Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Payment(s) for daily/weekly guests: 30% due upon booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, full amount is due upfront.
- Payment(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: 30% due upon booking ($500 minimum). Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. If booking within 60 days of arrival, full amount is due upfront.

- Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a cancellation fee of one night’s rent + admin fee + plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds. 
- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 60 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.

GBR strongly and seriously suggests purchasing our Vacation Rental/Travel Protection Insurance to help protect your investment if you need to cancel within our limited-no refund policy. Find out more details about this opportunity to protect your investment by visiting our POLICIES page. Moving properties is not allowed unless you are more than 45 days before your arrival date.

We make checking in and out a breeze! No long lines like at a hotel or driving for miles and miles to find our office tucked away. Guests will receive a special invitation to download our app where all the nitty gritty details are stored for your stay. We also call you on the day of your arrival to ensure you have everything you need for door/property codes, directions, etc. just in case. No keys to return and no housekeeping to complete (departure clean included in your reservation). 

During your stay we are available 7 days a week during normal business hours (peak season) and 5 days a week for the off-season (need some time to refuel our vacation rental engines). You can contact us through your app, via email, by phone call, or even stop in to our office and say hello! We want your vacation experience to be a 5 star one, and nothing less.

We sure enjoyed our stay at the Beach Resort. The condo was extremely comfortable for two people. It was tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. There were plenty of pots, pans, and utensils to use. The bed was so comfortable that we slept much better than we do at home. We would happily stay at this condo again. The only drawback for me was the walk to the beach. It was difficult for me to walk that far since I have lung issues. However, we solved the problem by driving over to the parking lot right by the beach, so the problem was easily solved. It was overall a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice with the most comfortable bed ever! The pool was beautiful, but probably could have used more cleaning. As for the beach, it isn’t far; however, if you have medical issues, you can park the car right by the entrance to the beach which saves quite a few steps. We did have a great time. I would definitely stay again.

Great place! Nicely decorated. Stocked with great essentials.
Only thing was the dryer was quite slow to dry items. But the place was awesome and we’d definitely stay again.

Luau 6209 is the cutest condo I’ve ever stayed in...the owners did a fabulous job with decorating this unit! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was wonderful!
The location of the Luau condominiums could not be any better! It’s an easy walk to the beach on the paths/sidewalks and the pool is the best I’ve ever seen! The little tiki bar and soft, relaxing Hawaiian music playing made for the perfect vacation day!
The Sandestin community is equally fabulous! I rented a bike (Bikes R Us) and enjoyed riding all around the area! This is clearly a well planned community and I loved being able to walk or bike everywhere!
Gibson Rentals was also great to deal with...very professional and available to answer any questions in a prompt manner!

Luau 6209 is the cutest condo I’ve ever stayed in…the owners did a fabulous job with decorating this unit! The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was wonderful! Have you ever waited until the last minute to make vacation accommodation plans? Did your vacation opportunity just become available and you want to see what the current deals are?  This is a courtesy feature for you to use to bid on available vacation rentals.

Bidding is only allowed for online customers.  Do not call about the bidding process-email only, however you can call our office to see what current discounts are being offered.  The discounts will be similar to what an accepted bid is expected to be.  The bidding form is not to get a lower discount than what is offered through our office, but a convenient tool to use so you do not have to call in.  Remember, not all homes will accept a bid, and sometimes, the discounts that we offers will be more or exactly the same as what a homeowner might accept.  

If you are within 5 days...make us a reasonable offer.

Please be courteous and only submit serious bids.  Ensure that you read and follow the Last Minute Bidding Rules below, or your bid will be deleted and not considered.

 

Bidding Process and Policies

  1. Review the properties using our reservation availability search. Each property listing will have a “Last Minute Bid” Tab on the property page and this is what you will need to complete to be considered for that specific home.  Find the home you really want before you make a bid.
  2. Complete the form fully and honestly, and submit your bid. If not completed, it will not be accepted.
  3. Only submit a reasonable bid. A ridiculously low offer will not be considered and will be deleted immediately. Examples of considered bids will be 10% Off the advertised rate.  3 Nights for the rate of only 2. 15% off a 3 night stay, $150 off the advertised rate…for example.  Be smart, you know what a too low bid would be.
  4. Our Rental Staff will contact the property owner to determine if your offer is acceptable or if a counter offer shall be made by the owner, then we will contact you immediately with the result.  If the bid is thrown out due to a low offer, you will not get a follow up.
  5. When your bid is accepted, you will be required to pay for the lodging in full via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and execute our standard lodging agreement within the next 90 minutes. Failure to do so will void your accepted bid, and we will not resubmit for approval.  Remember, if someone books before you confirm it, your offer is also VOID.
  6. Your right to the vacation property cannot be assigned or re-sold. Please carefully review our occupancy guidelines as this is your responsibility.
  7. Our standard processing fee, Accidental Damage Protection Plan, and taxes will be added to the agreed upon bid submitted below. No exceptions.
  8. A non-response after 24 hours shall deem the bid to have been unacceptable to the property owner, or thrown out due to an unrealistic offer, so please continue looking for a rental.
  9. We will only accept the first bid submitted in a given day per person/email address, so only 1 BID ALLOWED. If you bid on multiple homes, all bids will be thrown out. If your first bid is accepted, you will not be permitted to make additional bids unless you are looking at booking multiple homes or a different date.
  10. Please remember bidding is only allowed on properties within 5 days of arrival and only allowed for one home at a time. Bids that are outside of that 5 day window will be ignored and deleted, as will unrealistic bids.
  11. Please review the policies and procedures put forth and do not make a bid unless you agree to all terms.
