Summit 407, also known as “Seabatical”, is the perfect 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo you have been searching for! This coastal-chic condo is everything you could have hoped for and more with fresh flooring, paint and beachy decor! Immediately to your right of entry, you notice the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and your basic cookware, dinnerware, serving ware and Keurig. The dining table is spacious and seats six. When you want to head outside to the private balcony to take in the lush resort with a peek-a-boo view of the gorgeous gulf water, just walk through the living room!
