Gibson Beach Rentals proudly presents, Westwinds 4724, otherwise known as Sandy Toes. The first thing you notice as you walk through the door is the spacious, modern kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. In this kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a big meal or just store a few groceries. The dining area has a glass top table big enough for six! From the private, wrap around balcony, you will have a full panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for enjoying amazing sunsets. The living area and master suite hold new flat panel HDTVs for those nights spent in. This unit offers a split floorplan with a master on the Gulf side of the condo and two other guest rooms on the back side of the condo. The beachfront master has a King bed, views of the beach, and a large, private master bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity. One of your guest bedrooms hosts another King size bed and its own private bathroom as well with vanity space, a closet, and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is right across the hall from the third bathroom (shower/tub combo). You will also find a washer/dryer for your utmost convenience.
All the condo/homes we offer are professionally managed by Gibson Beach Rentals and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle free stay. The unit will be cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival, so you may start worrying less and relaxing more.
Experience Sandestin’s The Village of Baytowne Wharf like never before. Use the tram passes in your unit to step aboard the resort-wide shuttle service at no extra cost to you. Don’t worry about having a cocktail (or a few!) and indulge in the most scrumptious restaurants around town. The nightlife is fun and the day shopping in local boutiques is stress-relieving. Bring the kids to Baytowne’s Adventure Zone or Blast Arcade or pack up everyone for a family-fun adventure to the weekly Luau, fireworks, magic show, and more! The Sandestin Marina and bar are walking distance from Baytowne Wharf and offer stellar sunset views, fun drinks, and rental watersport activities. Jolee’s Island Nature Park is just moments away from Baytowne Wharf and provides 5 acres of entertainment. - Payment(s) for daily/weekly guests: 30% due upon booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, full amount is due upfront.
- Payment(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: 30% due upon booking ($500 minimum). Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. If booking within 60 days of arrival, full amount is due upfront.
- Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a cancellation fee of one night’s rent + admin fee + plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. We make checking in and out a breeze! No long lines like at a hotel or driving for miles and miles to find our office tucked away. Guests will receive a special invitation to download our app where all the nitty gritty details are stored for your stay. We also call you on the day of your arrival to ensure you have everything you need for door/property codes, directions, etc. just in case. No keys to return and no housekeeping to complete (departure clean included in your reservation).
During your stay we are available 7 days a week during normal business hours (peak season) and 5 days a week for the off-season (need some time to refuel our vacation rental engines). You can contact us through your app, via email, by phone call, or even stop in to our office and say hello! We want your vacation experience to be a 5 star one, and nothing less.
