Beautiful 26 Players Club on the Bay is a 5th floor Penthouse unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths. The primary bedroom is on the main level; it has a queen-sized bed and a bay window overlooking the 9th tee boxes of The Links Golf Course, and of course, the Choctawhatchee Bay. The primary bedroom has a linen closet, walk-in closet, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. There is also a half bath with laundry closet and full-sized W/D on the main level. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen-sized bed with twin trundle and twin bunk overhead. It has a television, walk-in closet, and private bath with tub/shower. The bayside bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television, and private bath with large vanity, large closet, and tub/shower.
The updated kitchen is spacious and has beautiful countertops, seating for three at the serving bar, a pantry, and this kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, casserole dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more - everything you should need to make your favorite meals. The kitchen opens to the bay-view dining and living areas. The dining area table seats 6. The very spacious living room has ample seating and a large flat screen TV.
There is a fabulous balcony just off the living room which has a café height table for four and two additional director’s style tall chairs to take in the views after your long days at the beach. The balcony affords opportunities to witness some extraordinary sights including dolphins gracefully cruising and mullet jumping. You will also enjoy other incredible wildlife views such as osprey flying by, butterflies migrating, an occasional eagle passing by, and pelicans diving. The golfers can be entertaining, too! Sunrises over the Village at Baytowne Wharf and sunsets over the mid-bay bridge can be spectacular, and fireworks at the Village can be enjoyed from the balcony and primary bedroom windows.
The Players Club Community Pool is a short stroll away. Take the golf cart over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf or to the shops and restaurants along Grand Boulevard. The beach can be accessed by a golf cart ride through the tunnel under Hwy 98 or by a short tram ride!
