The Destin area is our favorite place to visit and we make it a habit of coming every year. This year, we booked this townhouse as our family of 3 was meeting up with my sister in law and her family of 5 and needed the additional space for the kids. This townhouse was beautiful! All the bedrooms were on the second floor, which was nice for my husband and I who were early risers to go downstairs and make a pot of coffee without waking anyone up. The seating was perfec! The kids loved the pound out back with the fish and turtles.The townhouse came equipped with a coffee maker(K-cups or you can name a regular pot of coffee), utensils, cookware, etc. This made cooking easy! There is a team that runs to the beach and pool from 9 am to 8 PM that will pick up from your door. You can walk there, it took us about 15 minutes but there are some hills on the way to be prepared if you do walk. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond! Everyone in our party, kids included said how they loved the place and all want to come back again. The townhouse is close to Baytowe Wharf and between a Publix and Winn Dixie. We loved our time here and hated having to check out!You will not be disappointed choosing this. The pictures are exactly what we received!

This place was great! Very spacious and clean condo. Our kids had so much fun feeding the turtles and fishing off the dock in the back. There were games and things for them to play in the tv cabinet, what a great bonus! The kitchen was fully stocked for anything we wanted to cook. They were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. We will absolutely stay here again.

The unit was exceptional. I thought check in time was a little later and check out time was early. I think you should alert customers that they will not have access to certain amenities, such as the tennis courts and fitness center. Since this is a Tennis Club not being able to play tennis could be a very distressing surprise.

The rental had everything we needed to feel at home, especially in the kitchen with all of the appliances, utensils, pots and pans. We also really enjoyed the pond.

Beautiful condo, and beautully decorated. Very clean. Had everything you will need in kitchen and bathrooms. The patio was right on the lake and we had a great time feeding the turtles and fish cheerios our husbands LOVED all the golf courses. Near everything. Definitely recommend Beautiful beaches.

Clean, great space for our vacation! We really enjoyed having a clean and updated condo for our spring break. The tram was handy to use and made our trips to the pool and the beach must easier. The staff at the poolside restaurant were great. It was a bummer that we couldn't rent a golf cart to get around in. It would have made things much easier for our group. Also, we were told we could use the indoor pool and hottub, but then were turned away when we tried. All-in-all, we would come again.

On April 2, 2023, my family and I visited one of Gibson's beautiful properties at 5293 Tivoli Terrace Dr., Miramar Beach, FL. We absolutely enjoyed our short stay. We arrived on my granddaughter's 7th birthday. She was so excited, and loved this property. An emergency occurred at the property on Monday, April 3, 2023, therefore, we regret having to shorten our stay. My granddaughter cried. The staff have been very professional and courteous since day one. I would highly recommend this beautiful property to everyone.

It was perfect for my family, the condo was beautiful and decorated so nice. I enjoyed the view of the pond water feature and my family did fish. We enjoyed the fitness area, pool, beach, lovely walks and tram service . I would enjoy staying there again.
