Amazing 2-bedroom condo on the 9th floor. Features a full kitchen with dishwasher and a patio with a view to die for!! Clean and well appointed... you will not be disappointed. Easy check in and check out

Our family enjoyed this condo rental with the beautiful ocean view from 9th floor in a clean building on nice manicured grounds. Pool is heated and kids could swim even though the weather didn’t cooperate much. Parking is convenient and unit was clean. The only issue that we had was me figuring out all the several entry codes into building doors and gates. And the 2 beach chairs were broken but were replaced immediately upon my reporting. Impressive service! Location is quiet and away from any traffic madness. Lots of restaurant choices closeby too. The surf and sand is incredible!!!

The condo had everything we needed plus extras that we didn’t know about. There were beach chairs and a cart in the closet. We didn’t need them but a nice option. Take advantage of the free activities. Our children loved the activities at Baytown, zip line, trampolines, ropes course. Beds very comfortable, good AC, small but efficient washing machine and dryer. Be conscious of hot water. Small tank and if four people need to shower allow enough time to reheat. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. Was dolphins playing in the surf from balcony. Great place great company to rent from. Highly recommend.

Great location and wonderful view of the Gulf. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The management was very friendly and helpful. The condo was updated and clean. I will go back.

A wonderful experience overall. The property was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. I would recommend some safety equipment in the tub area such as a bar or two or at least gripper material. Very slick and very dangerous especially for older people.

It was great despite Hurricane Sally attempting to rain on our golf trip. Condo was in a great location and all amenities were awesome including the Xplore Package.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The view was perfect and the rooms were clean and spacious. I would only recommend a further locking system on the main door, perhaps an additional deadbolt for safety reasons. We are looking forward to booking again next year.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The next time we will be checking into this same place. Everything was very clean. It has a beautiful ocean view!

Great location, great views, good check in-out experience! The place could require some updating (especially with bedroom carpets and the bathroom) But otherwise, easy access to beach and overall good experience and definitely would recommend!

Very relaxing vacation on the beach. The condo was very clean but could use a little updating. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It was very relaxing. Gibson Beach Rentals were great to work with, very nice people. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

We enjoyed our stay at Beachside II. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The staff at Gibson Rental were very polite and helpful. I will definitely rent an apartment with them next year.

We loved staying in Beachside II! Exactly as described, clean and well maintained. Great view and easy access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Awesome condo for the price. Great location and beautiful views with secure parking and entrance. Everything was clean and maintained. The kitchen was tiny, basically enough room for 1 person to be in it but we didn’t cook so it was fine. Lots of great restaurants nearby and we really loved Another Broken Egg Cafe in Baytowne Warf. I definitely recommend deep sea fishing on the Destiny boat too!

Excellent value. Comfy beds. Great view. Parking was easy and close unlike the Hilton stay 2 years ago. Only one bathroom and kitchen is small but has everything you need.

We absolutely loved this property! And we will definitely stay here again. I wish the microwave would have been clean and the outlets were in good shape but overall it was wonderful!

The unit was very clean and well stocked and the view is so beautiful. The master bedroom is very roomy compared to other condos we have stayed in. My only complaint is that the sheets were very rough and scratchy, especially on sunburned skin. Aside from that we had the best time and would love to stay in this rental again. Thanks for being so accomodating!

loved the space and the view was terrific! small kitchen missing the sink stopper and the living room dvd player was missing the remote. Other than that -- all good!

We enjoyed everything about the condo and Gibson rentals. Unfortunately the San destin employees that setup and run the activities on the beach is under par. They are very rude and even got in a full argument with my husband because we setup, like everyone else, in front of their $50 rental chairs. That's the only reason I gave 4 out of 5. Gibson is amazing. I love the app! It was more over priced by double than what we pay for a larger condo in Panama City beach but we wanted to try a new destination. I'm not too fond of destin and won't be back by how overly crowded the roads are and the lack of different activities to do. One day every boat all the way to fort Walton was reserved so we couldn't do anything we wanted. This is nothing against Gibson as we loved Miramar beach area it was nice cam and family friendly. Thank you for allowing us to rent.

Loved being able to sit on the patio every day for sunrise & sunset. Short walk to beach. Didn't have to venture out too far. Lots to do right here.

My husband, myself and a young friend from Tokyo stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We visited in March and could not go into the water due to winds and "red flag" days but enjoyed the beach nonetheless. This condo is situated right on the beach and has a lovely view. Its location makes it perfect for going to Seaside and/or Grayton Beaches or to go into Destin for more dining ,shopping and touristy events. We absolutely loved the check-in and check-out process. Our condo was clean and everything worked. Lots of good restaurants close by. So much to do and see. We had a fabulous time and would not hesitate recommending this condo. Hope to come back again.

Relaxing stay. The condo was clean and right on the beach with a magnificent view! The tram accessibility was very misleading - did not seem to run as frequently as described. Overall, we had a great time!

Sandestin Association office hired a new vendor for the year, so we will certainly pass along this feedback. The tram normally runs every 30 minutes or so. I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was well maintained and beautiful. I have no complaints at all. Will most definitely return! This was our first trip to this part of Florida and we all were impressed.
