A great place to stay to enjoy the beach as well as a charming fishing village with restaurants, shops and plenty to do! The parking is easy and the tram was perfect to hop on and get dropped off at boardwalk to beach. Lots of things to do here for the kids! Swimming pool very nice and roomy! The added umbrella and beach chairs were a great addition to have a little shade in the sun! Very comfortable room and loved the patio and grounds area!

My recent stay met all my expectations. The unit was clean, decorated well, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location within the Village was ideal—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest each night.
We especially loved the easy access to the beach, which was just a short shuttle ride away. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and friendly.
I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

The Baytownne Wharf beach rental was a fabulous place to stay. You got to enjoy the charm of the village with shopping, dining, nightly activities and the fishing pier, marina, etc... plus the tram to the beach was very convenient. No worrying about driving over and parking. Just a ride directly to the boardwalk to get to the sand. The condo at Market Street was perfect for our family of five. Two rooms and two bathrooms, washer and dryer, kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Parking in garage super-easy! Will definitely want to come again.

My daughter and visited for a week and loved our stay. The condo was close to everything and seemed very safe. We enjoyed the pool and the tram so we didn’t have to rent a vehicle while we were there. When arriving be sure to pull door to outside of building as soon as you type in the code or it will relock. I read this in another review or wouldn’t have known. We actually helped another couple figure this out! Loved the balcony! Would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper since staying a week. It was nice they had detergent to do a load of laundry but should have brought a few pods so could have washed towels more, not many towels when staying a week. We would most definitely come back!

Great place. Close to beach, shopping, bars , restaurants and entertainment.
The area offers lots of options for activities including golf, tennis, biking, hiking etc...
Room is comfortable with all amenities you’ll need for your stay

Pleased with overall experience. Nice condo - worked well with 4 adults and 3 children.
Big problem when elevators were out of service for more than 24 hours. Grandparents with bad knees and strollers and 3 children under 6 meant we were stuck inside for toooo long.

Our experience was exceptional. I received a text letting us know we could check in a day early for a small additional amount! When I had questions they were answered in a timely manner and we did not have any problems. I will use Gibson again!

Highly recommend this condo! The split bedroom arrangement was perfect!Very clean & has everything you need.... A Wonderful location where you can walk to everything! The pool was such fun and even had an area with some shade.... You will also love the wrap around porch��

Room was extremely clean, well appointed. Check-in easy and seamless. Location is fantastic. Pool area is really nice too! Parking while tight, was easy.
Check-out was easy. Communication through the entire process from booking to checkout was great!

Great overall experience. Only had one inconvenience with the AC, the system was frozen upon our arrival so we had to let it thaw out through the night which made it unpleasant. However, it work perfectly afterwards. Im guessing previous guests didnt follow instructions.

This is a roomy one bedroom--very comfortable, quality furniture and fabulous porch. We stayed for a week and would love to have stayed longer. Only a couple of issues - the door to the building has a keypad which does not work easily. We had to walk all the way around the building and come in through the parking lot for the first day or two. Gibson said there was nothing they could do --they "gave us the right code." Finally we got in touch with the building mgmt and they told us that the keypad was sensitive and you have to punch in the code quickly and then you have 2 seconds to open the door. Gibson's staff should have been able to tell us that from the beginning. I got the impression that the staff had never been to the bldg. They kept trying to send us to another door, but there is only one door! Also, only one small soap was provided and no kleenex. But,we would definitely stay here again.

This rental was perfect, cheaper than an extended stay, and they offered free events for myself and the kids. I golfed a 130 dollar course for free and went on a dolphin tour with one adult pass given for free. The room was small, but that was the expectation. Very well kept and in the middle of everything at Baytowne Wharf.
