I rented unit 918 at Harbour Point. The property was perfect. The space was great. The location was very convenient. It was very close to beach access. Gibson Management was very responsive and professional.

We enjoyed our stay. The golf cart made everything close to get around to. Once we figure out the best way to go the beach is a short golf cart drive away. So is Baytowne Wharf and the grocery store. Pool is very conveniently located walking distance. The place was very clean and management was quick to help when we were not sure how to get our pass at the security gate when arriving. We would stay again!

We have stayed in Sandestin many times but have always stayed within walking distance of the shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed this location with the pond out back and the less “crowded” atmosphere. It was peaceful fishing and feeding the turtles from the balcony. The golf cart was perfect for a quick ride to the restaurants.

The unit was as described. We enjoyed the golf cart and as always, we love Sandestin because there is so much to do. The property management company was responsive and we particularly like partnership with Xplorie for the extra activities. We will stay with Gibson again.

We have stayed 8 times in the Harbor Pointe condo complex , and we certainly were not disappointed this time. The condo was very nice and the location was great. We enjoyed the golf cart which for us is a must. We take it to the beach, restaurants, grocery shopping, golf courses etc.
The Gibson Realty management team was efficient and awesome to deal with. Richard and Vicki responded quickly to our questions and sent a staff member to assist us when needed!
We looking forward to our next booking through Gibson Realty.

We had a great stay at Harbor Pointe. Arrived a little early and had access to the room. Easy process, code was sent and everything went smoothly. The condo was great, clean, really good views. The best part was the golf cart and access to everything. We did not get in our car after arrival, we could grocery shop, eat out, go to the beach and all via the golf cart. I would recommend any party of 4 to stay.

We had a great experience with our rental. We loved the location and amenities. The rental service was excellent! They were easy to touch base with. They even sent back my granddaughter's scooter that was left behind!

We are very happy we picked this condo for our most recent stay in Sandestin. The place was spotless, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with all the needed items. Great location in a quiet part of the Sandestin property. Nice views over the lake from the living area and primary bedroom.
Having the golf cart is so nice for getting around the resort and especially heading to/from the beach.
We had a small issue with the unit on arrival and the property manager was very quick to respond and take care of it. Many thanks to them!

Condo was nicely furnished. Location was fine. Nice pond/golf course views. Nineteen steps to unit made moving in and out a chore. Potholders would be a useful addition.

Everything was wonderful. We used the app to check in and never had to get additional keys or cards. The app explained everything and gave us door codes. We even used one of the free tickets one night for a date night for the sunset dolphin cruise!

This was our first trip to Destin and we weren’t sure what to expect. This rental gave us everything we needed! From the umbrella and beach chairs, to the golf cart this unit had it all. It was very spacious, incredibly clean, and what a view of the pond! Communication was always prompt and polite and you can’t beat the location.

We had a great time. Condo was very clean and is just as the pictures appear. We had 6 people but only 4 seat golf cart so that was disappointing. Maybe invest in six seat golf cart and we would come back. The internet was very poor as well but all in all it was great.

We had a great time in Harbour Point 918. Gibson Beach Rentals was so easy and good to work with. The unit was very clean and the location was great. The golf cart was a nice addition, especially since it was one of the few that we saw that had "windows" cause it rained most of the time we were there. When we had a snag with it someone came out immediately to check on it. Thanks Candace. We will return!

We had a great vacation at 918 Harbour Point. The unit was spotless and spacious with a beautiful view. The excellent customer service provided by Gibson Rentals elevated our experience. I would definitely recommend this rental.
