The location and beach were fantastic. The view from the balcony was really nice and loved the large balcony. Fireworks on the beach twice a week!

Overall satisfied! Spacious, clean comfortable. Beaches and pools fantastic. Great view.
Only downside was no access to Tops’l fitness center and tennis courts.

A view of the beach on one side and a view of the bay from the other. Such a beautiful place and perfect for sitting on the balcony at night and looking over the lights of the city.

The view from the balcony is worth everything. During the day you can see water in both directions and at night you can gaze at the city lights!

Everything was great, just disappointed with some sweat and other stains on the furniture and some of the dishes were dirty.

Enjoyed the location of this property - away from most of the Destin traffic and hustle and bustle (toward the east). But plenty of everything close by if that's what you want. Close to 30A.
Enjoyed the time of year as well. School was back in. Resort was not crowded. Weather and happened water happened to be just gorgeous, but i don't think that's really unusual.

This property was perfect for our group. The unit was spacious and in a perfect location. The pool was great and we enjoyed the bar and grill adjacent to it. The walk from the unit to the beach was short and easy, a plus ! We will definitely be headed back to Tides at Tips'l.

The drawers in the dressers just flopped, would not stay on track. Useless so just had clothes lying on furniture.
WIFI password in information and given by Alexa is wrong. Correct password is on bottom of modem. Numbers transposed.
TV system was poor! Remotes did not work well if at all.

Our reservations were made before my husband died of Covid. We were not sure if we should still go but we decided it would be good to get away. We are so glad we did. We had a great time and relaxed from all the stress at home.

This was the best experience ever!! The condo was clean, pictures do not do it justice! The staff was super friendly and responsive.
We will be back soon and Gibson will be our vacation rental company from here on out!!

Great condo. Location is perfect. Good restaurants and grocery close by. It’s close to Destin if you want to go fishing, but just far enough east to avoid all the Destin traffic. This unit was very clean for us. Balcony had a great view. Pools were large and close to any unit. Beaches are white powder, like you get in the Caribbean. Gibson rental was good with communication. Example: the internet password was listed incorrectly. I texted Gibson, and they sent correct password in a timely manner. They were great to communicate with all week. Highly recommend this unit and will be coming back.

My husband, 12 yr old daughter and I loved this condo and resort! The views from the condo were stunning -- largest balcony I've ever been on -- and condo was very spacious. The resort had two pools and easy beach access with chair/umbrella rental, plus delicious food & drinks at the poolside restaurant. We have family in Santa Rosa Beach and plan to stay here each future visit!

Went on a short girl's trip and stayed here. Everything was perfect! The location was great! The unit itself was well taken care of, had all the things necessary to prepare meals and was very nice! Even had 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!
