Great location, beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home. The use of the big golf cart was super convenient for getting around . Really nice place !!!!!

We had a great time. Accommodations were perfect. We have stayed in Sandestin Beach Resort many times and this unit makes top of the list.

This was perfect for our family of four. The golf cart was a must and we enjoyed the convenience of driving it everywhere. We were also thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be coming back!!

Our rental unit was great! Beds were extremely comfortable and the place was well stocked w everything we needed. Location was within walking distance to the beach. Bring on the golf course was a delight! The Golf cart made all of the Sandestin restaurants and activities convenient. Will definitely be back!

There was plenty of space for me and my mom for a week. The unit is very quiet, clean, nicely decorated with plenty of seating. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the golf cart is super fun!

Tívoli 5240 provided a wonderful “home-away-from-home” vacation base. The property was laid out and furnished precisely as advertised in Gibson’s photos. The golf course location provided a peaceful scenery in very close proximity to the beach as well as other popular Sandestin activities. The included six-passenger golf cart added that special touch enabling the overall convenience of this property to exceed our expectations. We will certainly begin our next Emerald Coast vacation with this property in mind!

This was a fantastic place to stay! In like 2 minutes, you were at the beach & maybe 5 minutes to Baytowne Wharf area & pool areas. We really liked the Phil Hummel pool for our stay! We were in Tivoli unit # 5240 and it was exceptionally clean! We have 3 kids ranging from 10, 6 and 2 so it was plenty of space for us in this unit. The golf cart is an absolute must have to fully enjoy this area! I read the reviews about golf carts being a plus so that was alot of why I even went with this unit. When you go places, you usually find close parking as well, being in a golf cart and having separate golf cart parking in all areas. The only thing I might add the unit needs is additional blankets for the beds. I was able to request some at no cost but I'm not sure if that is how it always is so you may want to check beforehand or be sure to bring some. Also, as all condos go - bring more Toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags & laundry detergent, which we did this.

Such a beautiful place to stay, and such a great location! We were only 2-3 minutes away from the beach access. The golf cart was an added bonus, which we used to drive around the resort! This is the best place we have stayed at while visiting Destin! Will definitely book again in the future!

My wife recently stayed for a month at Tivoli 5240. It was absolutely incredible. The condo was clean, new and beautiful. The location to the beach was excellent (1 minute golf cart ride to the beach). Who does not want to drive a golf cart to the beach!!!!

enjoyed location, liked the space of the unit. sectional was not comfortable, used patio chairs to sit in. also bed was too soft. only bad thing was they started painting the exterior not allowing us to use patio

The condo has recently been remodeled and it comes with everything you would expect at a rental property. It was exactly as you can see on the pictures. The unit is located on the ground floor which can be really convenient depending the age of the people on your party.
Also, the vacation rental was spotless (although the patio may need some deep clean, but well... it was the patio).
You have a short walk to the beach and the pool is within walking distance too. If you are not in the mood for walking the rental comes with golf cart that works perfectly. Actually we loved that it was a 6 seat golf cart so it would fit all our family and leave us some extra space for the beach chairs.
Cons: there’s no door in the master bathroom (WHY?).
Last but not least, communication with the management company was excellent and that's the reason why this the second time we booked our stay with them.
To sum up, the condo met our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to a friend.
