Silver shells consist of 5 buildings: St. Barth, St. Thomas, St. Lucia, St. Croix, and St. Maarten. St. Barth and St. Thomas are non-rental properties so for the sake of this post we are going to focus on the main 3 rental properties. 

Silver Shells Amenities 

If the units weren’t enough to sell you on this prime location in the heart of the emerald coast, their amenities are here to put you over the top. They have an on-site fitness center which features: 

Fitness center – to keep you looking your best while on vacation you get to enjoy the state of the art fitness and cardio center that the silver shells resort and spa property has to offer. Enjoy the professional-grade exercise equipment, weights, and exercise balls. For a little extra fun the property also boasts two tennis courts and a basketball court. 

The Spa at Silver Shells is located directly on-site and has features for both men and women. Spend a day at the spa where they use both European and Swedish massage techniques that are sure to be leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated on your vacation. 

Ruth’s Chris steak house you can enjoy prime steaks, amazing local seafood, and New Orleans style appetizers. The restaurant is located right in front of the property and is open daily with happy hour menus also available! 

The sandbar is a little tiki hut located right on the lagoon pool deck. It has a wrap-around deck that gives you a view of the pool and the beach! They have sandwiches, salads, burgers, and a fully stocked bar. So grab a bite to eat or sip on a little frozen slice of tropical paradise. Perfect for beach and pool days. 

The Pool is a 7,500 sqft lagoon-style pool equipped with waterfalls, whirlpools, and a kiddie pool that makes it perfect for the entire family to have a lot of fun and relax poolside when you don’t feel like venturing out to the beach. The St. Maarten and St. Croix buildings also have poolside cabanas that are able to be rented out so you can enjoy having air conditioning, kitchenettes, and your own full-sized bathroom. Just located off the pool deck you will find the beach boardwalk that brings you straight to the emerald green waters and sugar crystal sandy beaches that Destin is known for. 

St. Maarten

St. Maarten – The St. Maarten building is your official beachfront condominiums at silver shells report & spa. The units have elevators that go directly to your room making it have that “suite” feel. Each unit is individually and beautifully decorated by the individual owners making each property unique and worth staying in. The St. Maarten building is conveniently located right on the gulf with covered parking, 24-hour security, and close access to the lagoon pool. 

St. Croix

St. Croix – The St. Croix building is one of the most popular rental buildings located at the heart of the silver shells property and boasts beautiful gulf views! It’s 15 stories high with 70 properties in the building ranging from 2BR condos to 4BR penthouses. Each unit in the building is individually owned and decorated by the owner’s preference. They have underground parking, 24-hour security, close access to the lagoon-style pool. 

St. Lucia 

St. Lucia – St. Lucia is one of the farther back properties on the silver shells property which puts it just behind the St. Maarten building   It still has some pretty great gulf views and is the perfect place to watch a sunset. The building has covered parking, 24-hour security, and is 16 stories high with 70 individual owners condominiums that range from 2BR condos all the way up to 4 BR penthouses. St. Lucia has access to all of the amazing amenities that the other properties have to offer.
