We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break at Tops’l Beach and Racquet Club. #37 Tennis Village is such a beautiful condo with incredible sunlight throughout the day. Renting thru Gibson was a seamless process with incredible communication. Gibson’s personal touch is the best out there!

We loved our Beach Manor condo at Tops’l. It was beautifully decorated and so clean and classy. One of the best parts of the trip, however, was our experience with Gibson Beach Rentals. They were always so easy to reach, responded quickly, and they were incredibly helpful to us before, during and after our stay. Once we checked out of our unit, we arrived at the airport to find we had left one of our suitcases in the lobby of our condo building. They sent someone over there immediately to find it and they even tried to drive it to the airport to deliver it to us there before our flight left. When that didn’t work out, they then took it to the UPS store to have it shipped to us. This was service above and beyond what was required of them and we are so grateful for their efforts to get our suitcase back to us. They are the BEST!!

Wonderful place to vacation! We stayed at Beach Manor (Unit 109). This was our third visit, and we have never been disappointed. The unit is always clean upon arrival, and very well maintained. Easy access to beach too. Tops’l is a beautiful resort. The grounds are meticulously kept up, and the pools throughout the resort are pristine. There is security onsite, and you can’t enter the property without being a guest/owner.

My family of 4 recently stayed and we had a wonderful experience. This was our 11th summer to the San Destin resort and we truely enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was such a cute, cozy beach vibe and was the perfect size for our family. The 6 seater golf cart was such a bonus and made our trip more memorable! The communication of Gibson properties was wonderful from booking until checkout! We’d definitely use this company again.

Great location! Rental very spacious for our family of six adults and three young children. Highly recommend! Nice having two golf carts. All pools were a blast. Staying at sandestin beach and golf resort great for all the restaurants and access to beach and activities without having to drive a car to use. Golf carts to go everywhere!!!! Definitely will use Gibson rental services again. This was our second year in a row and Gibson rental services do not disappoint.

Gibson Beach Rentals makes the entire process ( finding a condo, paying for the condo, reminders, and clear instructions before & after ) seamless. Best in the panhandle!!!!

Beach manor unit 0802 was hands down the most well appointed beach rental we have ever used. From granite to top tier furnishings and immaculate bathrooms. Everything was perfect. The view was to die for! Couldn’t have been happier. Gibson Rentals made reserving. Miramar beach at beach manor unit 0802 needs to be on your list.

We loved staying in #309 Beach Manor. Great views and perfect for the 2 of us! This was our 2nd visit and hopefully not the last!
