This condo is beautiful! Before booking this place, I looked at over 20 condos and beach houses online. I’m so glad we chose Augusta Village 523. The condo is spacious - 3 large bedrooms and 2 full sized bathrooms. The interiors are very nicely done and it was SPOTLESS. Although we didn’t use much of the kitchen, it was nice being able to reheat food and store drinks in the refrigerator. The washer/dryer and golf cart were by far the best amenities! My husband enjoyed zooming us around the resort on the cart. It was only a six minute ride to the beach. Most days, we would go to the beach early in the morning then drive the cart back to the condo for a quick lunch before heading right back to the beach. It didn’t feel like a hassle at all. We simply left our things set up at the beach because we were that close and didn’t feel the need to take down and reset up. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards available at the condo meant we didn’t have to pay to rent them at the beach. Another plus! We just loaded them into the golf cart every day and that was it! At the end of long days at the beach and pool, it was nice to be able to do laundry in the condo. The management company is really good and the actual owner is phenomenal! The neighbors (owners of other units) were even nice and chatted with us when they saw us. I highly recommend this condo. You can’t go wrong. (Oh, and you have to try the Donut Hole for breakfast! It’s a super short drive from the condo.)

Family getaway. Gibson is always very responsive. And the homes are as they are described with everything clean and in working order. They also allowed us to enter the home early which is not guaranteed but it was such a bonus.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days and loved it. We drove the golf cart to the beach for the day. Paddle Boarded the Ocean and walked the beach. Augusta Village was a great location for all the shops, restaurants and beach. We will stay again!!!!!

Clean huge and well furnished and decorated. We loved it. The golf cart was great to ride over to the beach and the center of the village for entertainment shopping and food. Best time away

We had a great stay at this property. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and Baytowne. When we arrived the door code wouldn’t work, but after a call into the rental company, we received a backup code and we were in. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rental property. Updated, clean, has golf cart, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, spacious, nice dining table. We stayed here Jan-Feb 2022 for 6 weeks. My only criticism is the price is too high so probably would't return for that reason but it is 3BR/BA. There is no view but it is close to everything at the resort and the golf cart is a big plus as you really don't need to use a car once you get there. We have stayed in Sandestin Resort several times for multiple weeks and we highly recommend the resort.

The place was awesome. Having a golf cart to go anywhere inside the compound of Sand Destin was great. We will do this again.
