Wonderful place to vacation! We stayed at Beach Manor (Unit 109). This was our third visit, and we have never been disappointed. The unit is always clean upon arrival, and very well maintained. Easy access to beach too. Tops’l is a beautiful resort. The grounds are meticulously kept up, and the pools throughout the resort are pristine. There is security onsite, and you can’t enter the property without being a guest/owner.

Tops'l Beach Manor was a great experience. I was just a two minute walk to our spot on the beach. Also, the recent improvements to the grounds and walkways look great.
My only ask would be that there be more trash bags and dishwasher soap provided by Housekeeping.

We had a great week at Beach Manor. It was a perfect location. Our condo was on the 1st floor, so we were just a few steps from the beach. We will definitely book here again!

We love the Beach Manor Condos! Great location! Close to Grand Blvd but not in the center of the heavy traffic but just a few minutes from 30a and Destin Outlets. Would prefer to be a few floors up as to be able to see over the dune. Loved the grill and pool area! Great updates kitchen! The bedroom tv needs to be mounted on the wall so it can me seen from the bed. Great shower in master!

The condo is beautiful and we loved being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. While we loved everything else about the unit, I'm not sure we would stay here again unless the mattress is replaced.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a family vacation. Perfect location with kids, we could walk right out back door and just steps to boardwalk or pool. We enjoyed the putt putt course on site. Easy check in and out process.

This condo provided ground floor access. No need to utilize an elevator and just steps from the beach walkway. Beach umbrella service was easy. Arrive at 9am and you can reserve for your entire stay. If you are attempting to social distance this offers you the ability to do so. The kitchen has limited supplies for meal preparation so come prepared if you have specific tools you need for meal prep.
