I had a great stay in #802. The unit was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. I had a problem with the vent hood in the kitchen, but Gibson management responded quickly to let me know they were working on it. I have rented several times through Gibson and they have remained consistent in their customer service. I will definitely use Gibson again and would love to rent this same unit again.

Beach manor unit 0802 was hands down the most well appointed beach rental we have ever used. From granite to top tier furnishings and immaculate bathrooms. Everything was perfect. The view was to die for! Couldn’t have been happier. Gibson Rentals made reserving.l, Arriving, And check out a breeze. Liz was a super ambassador. She needs a raise. Miramar beach at beach manor unit 0802 needs to be on your list.

We loved this nicely appointed condo on a private beach. Having a state park just down the beach made it even more peaceful,and enjoyable for long quiet walks. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

The Beach Manor location is great. The kitchen is small and could be better equipped with utensils, cookware and dishes The living room sofa and chairs are pretty worn out and need to be updated. A new mattress in the primary bedroom is needed. The living area could use better lighting - it is dark.
Gibson rental group were great and responded quickly to a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. We appreciated that.

Place is very beautiful, nice quality items. You will need to bring everything for essentials if you are staying longer than a few days. We only got two trash bags, one dish washer packet and one laundry packet. It also has no spices, oils or even salt and pepper left from other guests so take everything you need:)

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony is very large. From the pictures I had seen, I had expected the condo and the balcony to be smaller. We had a perfect view of the pool and the beach.

We absolutely loved this condo! Only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We were able to easily come back for lunch and nap our toddler every day so we didn’t need to haul way too much stuff to the beach. Easiest vacation ever. The views from the balcony were amazing. We spent a lot of time there! We are beat freaks and the condo was very clean and up to our standards. The only drawback to us was the outdated, lackluster pool on the property. Also, the only hot tub on site is inside. We would still return and stay in this very same condo!

This was the perfect place for my families spring break. The condo was updated and my children (7 and 10) loved having their own beds and bathroom. The outdoor grill by the pool was a great way to have dinner too. Being able to bounce between the beach and pool was also really easy.
The condo was well furnished and very clean. They had some building work going on but it never effected us and was very quiet.

This was the perfect rental for my family. We have 2 kids (7yrs & 10 yrs) and with the two twin beds and their own bathroom it was great. Having an updated rental with a full kitchen was great for cooking and not having to eat out everyday. We took full advantage of the grills by the pool too. Loved having 2 pools and such great beach access. The unit was also very clean !!

The property is well maintained with some recent upgrades to the Lobby etc. This particular unit is very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Outstanding views of the Gulf and a sense of privacy and safety. Very nice overall.

All beds were comfortable
kitchen had lots of equipment
balcony faces a nice neighborhood and Topsail Park with beach to the left but was still beautiful and relaxing to sit on. The patio chairs were quality and comfy.
Beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have!
Access to Beach Manor pool and the Topsl pool was nice. Topsl pool has full service bar and restaurant with beach view which came in handy on the double red flag days.
Boardwalk to beach was nice and had umbrella chair rentals.
Beach Manor building is L shaped with half facing beach and half facing side. My dads condo was front beach (811). 800-806(ish) seemed to face the side. Wasn’t an issue for us but if that’s important go for higher number condos and pay attention to balcony photos.
We used the resort pool even after checkout and just rinsed off and changed in bathrooms before we headed to airport. Can’t do that when you rent a house!
This condo and Topsl resort was great! We would stay again! Empty beaches are just a ten minute walk to Topsail Park.

While the weather was a little chilly, this stretch of beach and condo are the best we've seen on the coast. Spacious, a beautiful view of the nature preserve and coastline, easy beach access.

Very clean and beautifully furnished unit. Excellent communication from Gibson BR (Brittany) in the weeks leading up to our stay. Their app is a must and is extremely user friendly. Had a minor problem with disposal and they were there within an hour to repair. We will definitely be back in the fall.

Excellent 8th floor condo with great amenities. Excellent covered parking. The pool and whirlpool were nicely heated. Appliances were top notch. Silverware & dinnerware were excellent. Loved the large wall mounted TV in the living room. DVD players too. Gibson mgt was great to work with. Friendly, helpful people who keep you informed of any events or changes. View from the balcony is outstanding even tho it’s not Totally oceanfront. View is eastward toward Panama City. We recommend this condo.

Great location, friendly and professional staff. Condo was very clean. Master bedroom was uncomfortably warm, even though we always kept the shades down.
We were there the 2nd week of August, so there was plenty of room on the beach.

Our vacation rental was exactly as expected. The photos were accurate. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pans. The check-in processes was great. They even called us on the day of check in to say our place would be ready a little earlier, which was nice. Very fun/cute welcome basket. We love the close proximity to the beach and the pools were nice too. We would stay at this specific condo/property again and we would use Gibson Beach Rentals.

This place was great!!!! We were there with two adults, two teens, and twig nine year olds. Marble countertops, like-new kitchen appliances (toaster oven, oven, fridge, electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher), true HD cable tv in every room, BlueRay player in living room, DVD in the bedroom, outstanding sunrise view in the bedroom, and electric blinds for the living room balcony. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Everything was clean and modern. My kids didn’t complain about the WiFi.
The Beach Manor building is at the end of the Tops’l road. The beach is very close. We didn’t go in the pool or make use of the bar while we were there, but it sounded like everyone was having fun over there.
Our only problem was that the electric cooktop wasn’t working when we arrived. We reported it with the Hospitality app and someone came by to repair the breaker. We didn’t miss any meals while we waited thanks to the electric griddle we found in the cabinets.
Also, there’s a basketball half-court nearby. It was always busy, and they shut it down one day because a burst pipe cases a hole in the ground nearby. My boys didn’t get to use it.
We would definitely recommend and repeat stay if we can get it again.

My vacation was great. The room was very nice and clean. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. Everything was simple at the resort from check in to check out and all daily activities. I can't wait to go back.

The view is fantastic! This condo is very clean and convenient.The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has lots of dishes and cooking equipment. It is a bit crowded in the kitchen if more than one person in it because refrigerator and washer/dryer face each other. The closest pool is smaller and not crowded but the larger pool is very crowded; beach is very crowded in July when kids are off school. But the sand is beautiful and clean and ocean is so very clear.
