Everything was perfect and better than expected. The unit has been updated but the pics that I booked with had not. It was a pleasant surprise when the kitchen was newly updated. The location is perfect, the unit is very clean, and we had a wonderful time!

The condo was nice and clean. Needs a lot of updating but it was comfortable. We had rain a few days but still had a nice time. Gibson Beach Rentals are the absolute best!! They are so nice and willing to help with anything you need. We have used them for the past 4 years for our rentals and couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend them!!

This is a large 1 bedroom, furnishings are nice, and bed is very comfortable.. It does have A little wear and tear due to being a rental. Laundry room doors need to be replaced and vanity in bathroom is weirdly small for a good size bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the view was fabulous!! Loved the wall to wall windows.. The ice machine in the lobby is great!! first time I have had that at a condo. I would definitely rent this one again!! Gibson was easy to work with and get hold of.
We normally get a house with a golf cart, and this was so much easier, the pool was right out back door and the walk to the beach is short!!

Loved the unit. Great location and perfect for our family of 4. Pullout couch was comfortable for our kids. Everything was very clean.

Super Condo great area!! Destiny Church Right down the street is awesome! Beach was beautiful! Very clean condo, great shower and view if you want to stay on beach this is the place!

Best view from the bedroom and enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again. The only thing is the floors seemed as though they had never been mopped. Other than that, it was well kept.

Our condo was very nice. With the pandemic we did not want to go out to eat so we cooked in. I must say they had some of the best dishes (non stick skillets) and fully stocked kitchen I have seen. The condo was clean and Candace was very helpful with a quick text for any question I may have had. I will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Spectacular view, very clean condo and plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. Dishwasher needs upgrade and hot water supply insufficient for 2 showers in a row.

Looking for short getaway and change of scenery during COVID and this condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and clean, great view of beach from balcony and bedroom. Gibson management was wonderful to work with, I will book through them again and would love to book this condo again.

We had everything we needed for a nice get away vacation.

Highly recommended condo, great for a couple looking for a getaway. Both the unit itself and the experience with Gibson properties was outstanding. South facing balcony afforded great views including sunsets. Only a few steps from the beach at Sandestin. Will definitely return to this unit next year.

I loved this condo!
Amazing views, comfortable furniture - inside and out, awesome bedding and such great customer service. I wanted an extended getaway and found this condo through Gibson at the last minute. Decor and comfort certainly make a difference! I will definitely try to book this condo again. Thank you.

Lovely, fully equipped condo on manicured property. Not used to a high rise condo, I was worried the elevators would be slow but they really weren't. Parking was a breeze and I couldn't fault our stay at all!
It was great to have GBR right there so we could pop in with any questions. All the staff we met were very helpful, GBR staff, security and maintenance; always great with a restaurant or places to visit suggestion.

We did some "snow birding" in Beachside II 4283 in Jan, Feb, 2018 for 6 weeks. Everything positive about the condo. Clean, comfortable, great location, easy access, on the beach, easy access to car. We liked all the conveniences of staying in the Sandestin resort also. One upgrade I would recommend would be a nicer, larger TV. Sandestin is a very manicured property with open space for walking or biking. With all the conveniences there, a person really wouldn't have to leave the resort, plus they have a continuous shuttle service which we found convenient as my wife and I were sharing one car.

Very nicely decorated unit and very clean. Views from both the living room and the bedroom were outstanding: you are right on the gulf! Two chairs and two beach umbrellas in the unit, which saved having to rent from the beach vendors at really high prices. Location is perfect, with good restaurants close by--especially liked Mitchell's Fish House right down the street. Gibson Beach Rentals was easy to work with and gave me helpful tips about the area. I will definitely be returning to Destin!

So happy we chose this place! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had an amazing view from the entire back of the condo. We even got to see dolphins from our bedroom and living room windows!

This was our 4th time staying in the Sandestin Resort. It was our first time to rent through VRBO and Gibson Realty. It was by far our most pleasant stay. Gibson Realty went above and beyond to make our arrival and departure smooth. We felt we were being welcomed home by long time family friends. You rock!
