Beautiful unit. Very clean. Perfect location. Short golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf for dinner & entertainment. The resort clean & secure. Would stay here again!

We have been snowbirding at Sandestin Resort for eight years and love the location. This rental at Beachside Two was wonderful. We loved both of the balconies with the nice furniture for listening and watching the waves. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the cookware and tableware that you would need. We appreciated the walk in shower. The golf cart was so helpful as my husband has knee problems. We are already signed up for renting next year. The management company was so helpful.

AHHHHH MAZING! The rental is beautifully decorated in the beach theme which we loved. immaculate when we arrived. the only suggestion is that they put real trash bags in there! other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will def come again

Everything you need is right there, condo is great, location can’t get better and host is very organized. Easy process, loved it . My daughter turned 21 and it was the best birthday experience she ever had. Definitely looking forward to go back again ��

Fantastic stay as usual. This is the third year in a row we have booked with Gibson. We will continue to book vacations with Gibson beach rentals in the future. Check in and access to the facilities was seamless as usual. We booked a fishing trip through explorie and that was another flawless piece of our trip.

Condo, facilities are impeccable! Maintenance staff was very attentive! Always felt secure and comfortable in the resort! Condo itself is GREAT!! Great views of the Gulf and Bay! Perfect location and tons of available amenities!!

Clean, comfortable unit with a good floor plan. Great location and gulf view. Very good main bedroom with large walk in shower. Good kitchen but needs more and better eating/serving utensils and more plates. Overall very happy with the unit.

Almost everything was great, except none of the TV's played Amazon Prime just cable. We found plenty to do even though the weather was rainy & cold a couple of days.

This unit was very clean and well kept. The entire place was fully equipped from the kitchen with all pots, utensils, and glassware. The bathrooms had all linens and accessories needed.The rooms are very spacious!! The closet had beach chairs to use for the beach. Gibson rentals also had a lil nice treat awaiting when we arrived. I would recommend this rental company and this unit to anyone . Thanks for helping make our stay at Sandestin Beachside 11 unit 4351 a great one!!!

We had a wonderful time! We had one fridge issue the first night, reported it via the app and it was repaired first thing the next morning. The property was clean, the views were amazing and the beach was perfect.

Room was very clean well maintained. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Please replace living room furniture, couch and chairs were very uncomfortable.

Great location. The unit was well taken care of and comfortable. Super happy overall, short walk to the beach, and Sandestin is a lovely little resort community. Would stay here again.
Only criticism was that the guest bedroom has a window that looks out into the hall where there's a can light on the ceiling. This leaves the guest bedroom quite bright, all night long, to the point where I woke up numerous times thinking it was morning. But nope, 3 AM or so. Would highly recommend replacement of the curtain rod in the guest bedroom and putting up some blackout curtains. On our last night, we ended up draping a blanket over the blinds just to keep more light out, which helped, but was still far from ideal. This would be a small change that would help those in the guest bedroom to get a much better night's sleep. Thanks for considering!

This beach condo was literally steps away from the beach; the view was awesome; the location was wonderful; the rental was spotless; and the view was magnificent. We will be back!!!!

Nice condos in excellent location.
Condo was clean with great views of beach.
Could use a remodel in the bathrooms. Kind of dated.
Would stay there again. Enjoyed our time there.

Nice room and great view. Everything worked except washing machine had some balance problems which need resolution. Property mgmt office to take care of this issue. All else fine and would come back.

We stayed in Beachside II 4351 and it was perfect! Right on the beach with excellent views! The unit was very clean and just at the pictures showed. It had two beach umbrellas and 4 chairs which were a HUGE plus. We were able to get to the beach early and get a spot. The kitchen was well stocked
and the beds were very comfortable. Gibson Beach Rentals were excellent to work with. The keyless entry was the great. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would definitely use Gibson again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great place to relax, especially the view of the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was the location of one of the bedrooms. It had a window in the bedroom that looked outside the entry way that shined a light in the room at night. We draped a sheet over the window to resolve. Also the mattress was a little soft. However, overall I would highly recommend this location.

We're sorry about the light in the guest bedroom. The blinds usually work perfectly to block it out. Finding a mattress that is suitable to each person is truly one of the hardest things we encounter. Each person has their own definition of what the best mattress feels like. The condo was right on the beach with the most spectacular views. It was a really good size condo, clean and decorated nicely. The management company was very informative/involved and our stay was perfect.

Great view of sunrise every morning. Great view of beach. Very relaxing sitting on patio listening to the surf. Excellent location for shopping and restaurants, which are excellent. Hiking, bike riding are close by.

Family of 5, kids 5,6,10. Had some blast. Amazing Beach views, very clean condo, resort is beautiful. Props to maintenance staff who went out of their way to jump our rental car before heading to airport!

Very glad we stayed here. Everyone was great. The only down side was my son got stuck on the elevator for about 10 min. And I missed a meeting the next day because of the elevator taking to long with only one elevator working,(35 min) to get down. All in all I still would go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view was amazing, the condo was very clean, and we had everything we needed while we were there. Checking in and out were easy and smooth. We definitely plan to rent this condo again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a great time! The view was amazing, and we could watch dolphins in the mornings. The condo was great, we have stayed at Beachside II for the past 7 years and always had great condos, but this one exceeded our expectations!!!! Kitchen was very roomy and the two balconies were great! My only complaint (and it is very minor) was the master bedroom mattress. It is extremely firm and I prefer softer, but we have already discussed renting this same unit next year!!!
