Our stay at this condo exceeded all of our expectations! We were initially a bit anxious about being across the street from the beach, but it ended up being one of the best parts. The view was incredible — you could see for miles, and we honestly preferred it over being directly beachfront. It was truly breathtaking.
The condo itself was spotless and had a fantastic layout. One of our favorite features was the abundance of windows — you could literally see the ocean from every single one! It made the entire space feel bright, open, and connected to the beautiful surroundings.
The pool was one of the best we’ve ever experienced — clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. We also loved having The Emerald Hub restaurant right downstairs. The food was delicious, and it was so convenient to order and then hang out at the pool while we waited. We even got to enjoy a relaxing lunch poolside.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

Excellent experience. We were able to walk to Pier Park & spent lots of time at the pool. Absolutely LOVED that the pool had covered areas out of the sun so that we were shaded. The beach was amazing! Had the most incredible customer service from Gibson Beach Rentals! They were so responsive & anticipated all of our needs. 100% recommend!

I checked in Friday left Monday morning highly recommend everything was clean and the view is amazing rate 10/10

Wonderful unit overlooking the city and the sand. We were able to view the sunset each night…so peaceful even with the buzz of the people down below. The furnishings were lovely with especially pretty wall art, and the three bed three bath setup was perfect. Thank you.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the beach and pool. Everything was clean and would stay here again. Living room needs more seating. Master bedroom was great.

Beautiful unit, great stay. Room for all our family. Pictures never do complete justice, but very accurate. Beds were comfy. Could use a few more cooking utensils, especially a Teflon pan that was usable. Location was so convenient for everything we did. There were a few hiccups with the listing itself that were not accurate, but I believe those will be corrected. Very disappointing that we weren’t allowed to use the beachfront pools, but the pool for building 3 was much nicer. The manager at Gibson Rentals did address our issues and was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient to the beach as well as dining and shopping. The only negative thing to say would be that the owner’s suite bed was not comfortable and sloped so I felt like I was going to roll off the side.

This vacation experience was great for the three families that stayed the three days. The facility was more than we expected. The view from the master bedroom and the grand room are breath taking.

We had a great stay at Calypsco III. The condo had a beautiful view of the main strip and beach area. The immendities were very nice. I would definitely recommend this unit to any family traveling to Panama City FL.
