About the Property
Cobia Cabana offers plenty of room for families and friends to relax and reconnect. The first floor features a bedroom with two king beds, a full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a laundry room, and direct access to the private backyard pool.
The second floor serves as the heart of the home, with a comfortable living room, separate sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious dining room. Step outside to the large screened-in porch with dining space or enjoy the additional room to unwind on the wraparound porch.
Upstairs, two private bedrooms each feature a king bed and private balcony. The sleeping loft is perfect for kids and teens, offering two built-in twin beds and two pull-out twin trundles.

Optional Pool Heating: Available for $35 per day, with a target temperature of 86°F. Heating must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival and is available for the full stay only. Partial-day heating and prorated charges are not available. Actual water temperature may vary with weather conditions. Contact Gibson Beach Rentals before arrival to arrange heating.

• Parking: Complimentary parking for up to 3 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.

Otherwise, it will not be shared or retained beyond the reservation period.

* Maximum Occupancy: No more than 12 people may be on the property at any time, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities at a respectful volume, including around the pool and on the porches and balconies.
