We had a great time. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the views couldn’t be beat. On our last morning there the kids were able to stand out on the massive balcony and watch a dolphins. It made their trip! Would definitely recommend.

The condo was wonderful, the views were amazing, Gibson beach rental was very helpful, the chairs and umbrella provided by the condo were unusable, so we contacted Gibson Beach Rentals and they provided new ones quickly. We also accidentally left our electric razor and they dropped it at ups so that we could get it shipped to us. The condo could use a deep clean and a pest control visit...but overall a great experience.

My brother, sister-in-law, and I spent 3 nights at 4122. It was delightful. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The view - phenomenal. One of the wooden loungers was broken.
We alerted the rental agency & they were extremely responsive. The condo is fully loaded with pots, pans, and all the cooking essentials one would need. Beautiful sunsets each night, great pool and easy access to the beach. Hard place to leave. I understand why it is booked solid!

Overall very good! I thought the price was very high and I am sure you hear that a lot but it is what it is. the Location was great and we love the San Destin area. Will come back for sure!! Will book this same unit again.

We stayed here over July 4th weekend and loved the view! We were able to watch the fireworks on our balcony and then from the parking lot balcony without having to leave our condo! The condo is older and could use some updating. The master bedroom doesn’t get much AC and there’s not a ceiling fan either. The other bedroom stays cold as it is closer to the AC unit. The kitchen was lacking some dishes, but we just bought paper plates and cups to use during our stay. This was our second time staying here and the pool has been updated and my daughter loved it! Great shallow walk in for toddlers! We would definitely stay here again!

We rented the last week of June 2023. The condo was smaller than expected and a bit beat up (window treatments and doors in particular). In general, I felt the condo was overpriced. However, it was in a great location, the new pool was awesome and the condo was cleaner that’s any rental I have ever used and I am very picky in that regard.

Comfortable beds and sofas. Great views of gulf, spectacular deck. Unit could benefit from some updating, ie carpet and wifi was poor - only available wifi was shared connection for all guests in the building.

The condo was fantastic and we loved the resort. One minor issue was the bracelet count was only 3 and we had 4 people. I asked for an extra and I was told we didn't need them during the week. The security company asked us for bracelets during the week and said that they are always required on the property.

Our unit was fine-clean and moderately updated. However, the Gibson service was really good! The can opener broke and I sent text and had someone knocking on my doir with a new opener within 20 minutes! Then the next day the coffee maker was leaking but before I could get my shoes on to go to McDo Alda for coffee they were at my door with a brand new coffee maker! Efficient and prompt service!

The property was very clean and well maintained,however it was a bit dated especially the bathrooms which had poor lighting. The sun deck was a lovely bonus. Pool is brand new and very nice. Gibson management was very easy to reach and professional and responsive. Overall I thought the condo was overpriced but we were satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo! The bedrooms are large, extra patio space is great for gulf views and extra outdoor dining. So excited to find that the beach in front of Beachside 1 was not crowded at all whereas the crowds were crazy in front of other buildings because this building has a private beach!

Excellent beachside location with amazing views of the ocean-especially loved the sun deck! The condo was very comfortable and clean and had everything our family needed for a beach get-away. There was a small snafu-we were given the wrong access code on the app and it took half an hour to get through to someone for the correct code. Other than that, we were very happy with the beautiful Sandestin location-on the beach, near great restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

We were happy with the condo, building and location. Not quite in the “fray” of things but close enough. Views are fantastic, condo size fine for us two. The open terrace was great and frankly the selling point for us.

Beachside 1 4122 is a very nice unit and clean Would stay there again. Only thing I would like to see change is the beach rental people place the chairs to cloe to each other no social distance at all!but over all great place.

I found this accommodation as described. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants & especially the BEACH! We just stepped out of the elevator, onto the short boardwalk & onto the beach! The view from the large terrace was awesome every morning & the sunsets were stunning every night! Gibson Beach Rentals were fabulous to work with from concerns about the approaching hurricane prior to arriving, to the timely handling of a concern we had upon arrival.

Our family stayed in this Condo located in the Beachside building on Sandestin's property. It was everything we hoped for. The 14th floor unit has a large private terrace where you can sit and overlook the beach and the Gulf. It was nice being located right on the beach, so we could go out and sit by the water any time day or night. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The resort provided excellent service during our stay.

The views from this unit are incredible. The over-sized balcony creates a ton of extra outdoor space and allowed us to stretch our day well into the evening. Don't miss a sunset from this unit! The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. I can't say enough good things about the unit.
I will say that the Sandestin resort left a little bit to be desired. It was somewhat cold for our February stay and getting to a from the shuttle was a bit difficult - for some reason it doesn't drop off / pick up directly from the Beachside buildings. You have to walk to a nearby tram stop. There is one stop that is appears closer on the map, but there are locked gates in between the buildings. So, we ended up climbing through the bushes on multiple occasions trying to figure out where to go.
Overall it was an excellent stay and I would definitely stay here again.

February was a cold one this year, but nothing compared to the North! I am sorry that you had to walk through bushes to get to the tram. To get to the tram from Beachside one, you just had to exit the building gate and there was a stop right at the stop sign ahead. If you ever need directions, just give the Gibson Beach Rentals office a call. We hope to see you again!

This condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It's clean, spacious, and the beds are comfy. The view is amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped. One thing to be aware of, if you have beach chairs and an umbrella, bring them with you. The pretty blue ones featured in the picture are for rent, and they are expensive. There are a couple of flimsy chairs and an umbrella in the front closet next to the kitchen. Our last day there, we found 2 really nice red chairs in the guest bedroom closet that were more durable. Other than that, this place is perfect.

I’ve been visiting Destin for over forty years - especially to celebrate my birthdays! Destin never disappoints!
I want to compliment the owners and Gibson Rental Company for making this year’s experience one to remember. 4122 Beachside One was a beautifully decorated condo! We have been to the Destin area in the fall several times. This trip was different from the beginning. We were met by Red Tide which made it nearly impossible to be outside, because of coughing and difficulty breathing. There were dead fish in the water and on the shoreline. The weather was unusually warm for this time of year. We arrived on a Wednesday and five days later we were being evacuated by Hurricane Michael. We had planned on staying nine days. Gibson Beach Rentals kept us informed of the storm. Our unit was clean and had a wonderful balcony. The mattress in the guest room was a little worn and uncomfortable but the one in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did enjoy our stay while we were there and spent a lot of time in our unit because of the Red Tide. We cooked while we were there and the kitchen was very well stocked. We were sad to leave early, but glad that particular area was spared from the hurricane. Our prayers are with those to the east where the eye hit and destroyed lots of property. That being said, the Florida panhandle is still out favorite beach.

This was the first time I have vacationed in a San Destin property and I could not have had a better experience. The unit was excellent and was exactly as described on the website. It was clean and everything was exactly as expected. One of the best equipped kitchens in a rental I have ever experienced. Gibson Beach Rentals are top notch and a delight to work with. They promptly answered every question I had by text or phone and worked diligently with us to make sure our stay was stress free. I will absolutely not hesitate to rent any unit that Gibson manages in future trips. Thanks to them for making this a happy week.

We had a great stay here at beachside 1, the room was very nice and the view was amazing! The beach was very clean and beautiful. The only thing we weren’t happy with was how crowded the beach was. We could see people from other condos walking down to sit in front of ours which left very little room for us to go sit and enjoy the beach in front of our condo.

The rental was just as described. I rented this unit mainly for the view and I was not disappointed. Beyond that the rental was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the extensive detailed instructions from check in to check out. Our stay could not have gone any smoother or been more enjoyable. Would definitely rent this unit again and would recommend any of our friends.

We loved the condo, especially the view of the gulf. The patio and terrace were extra nice. The use of mirrors throughout really opened everything up. Two comments: the kitchen could be better equipped with cooking pots. There was no soup/spaghetti sized pot and the skillets were very old. The carpeting in both bedrooms is very dirty and stained. A good cleaning and a couple of medium sized pots would be most welcome.

We love our condo at beachside one 4144 beautiful!!! We really enjoyed the balcony and lovely terrace. Weather was perfect as always that’s why we come in October! Gibson beach rentals was great would recommend them to everyone coming to Destin! Will call again next year thank you Sandy Debes

We had a wonderful long weekend in this unit. It was exactly as described - very clean and well-stocked. Gibson Realty had a mobile app which made it very easy to check in and get info on things to do in the area. The beach was beautiful and just steps from the condo. We had a delicious dinner at Beach Walk in the Henderson Park Inn. We will definitely come again!

Heavenly Retreat was true to its name. The pictures posted were true to the breathtaking views. The modern kitchen was perfectly equipped with anything needed to enjoy an evening in. The open balcony/terrace was enjoyable for morning coffee, mid-day sunning to moonlight gazing at night. We will definitely make plans to return.

We are empty nesters from Atlanta here for a weekend getaway. This building is situated on the beach in Sandestin, 2 doors down from the Hilton. It's the shortest of the Sandestin beachside buildings. Ample, gated parking, very small gym with only two treadmills and two ellipse machines. A nice pool, hot tub, and boardwalk over the dunes to the beach on the second floor although there was no sign indicating this. Condo #4144 is West-facing, top floor with full kitchen, 2 full baths, covered and uncovered family- sized patio-balcony. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The king/master has 3 large windows looking down the beach from which we watched the sun pink up the sky every morning. There was a large jacuzzi tub-shower in the master and a walk-in closet with plenty of drawer space. The appliances were old but adequate and plenty of counter space for preparation and cooking. There was a stacked washer-dryer, which we did not use, a Large TV and free Wifi. There were chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board in the hall closet for us to use. The one small issue we had was immediately corrected by Gibson. Their app is easy to use and helpful with discounts for local vendors. They called to let us know our condo was available for us early, in case we were already in town and called the day before departure to ask if we had questions about the check out process. They did change our door code before daybreak on our day of departure, but we were leaving early, anyway. We come to the Panhandle annually, and this is one of our favorite condos yet!

Very happy with this rental! The kitchen was the best stocked that we have ever encountered! It was such a pleasure to have everything and more than you need. Very neat, clean and well taken care of! Our children and grands stayed 2 floors up, very nice but not nearly as nice as this unit!

This condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The terrace is a lovely spot, but was under construction while we were there. It adds extra space for dining outside! The views are great! The window in the master bedroom is phenomenal! I would stay here again!

My family and I decided to take a late vacation and picked this unit. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with it!! It has all of the amenities of home. All you have to do is bring yourself. The location is perfect with everything being a short drive away. We look forward to returning to Florida in the future and hope to stay in this unit again!!

My family of four as well as my inlaws stayed for fall break. We loved this rental we love the location as we as how easy it is to get to beach. We loved the side patio on this unit. Baytowne Wharf is something that is definitely worth doing especially if you have kids. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This rental is wonderful!!! Everything was so nice and absolutely perfect!! We had two toddlers with us and had no safety problems with the unit!! The extra outdoor area is such a nice bonus!!! We will be staying again!!

Second year in a row we have rented this unit. We will be back! Have been staying in Sandestin every year for the last 15 years. The huge sun deck/balcony is unmatched. My wife loves getting sun in full view of the ocean without battling sand and crowded beaches. Staff at Gibson Beach Rentals is super professional. The views were incredible and the convenience to the beach and pool were unmatched. We spent almost as much time enjoying the HUGE terrace which provided lots of room and fun both day and night. We returned this year and will be back to the same unit next year!

Our family had a great time at Beachside 4144. The view was amazing from the living room and the master bedroom. The place was clean and well stocked. The deck was huge and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and hottub. The beach was also very nice, just a little chilly during the middle of April.

Very good experience. We were three adults and two cildren under two. Only recommendation we had would be to add a latch to the front door. Our almost-two year old could easily open the door. Always had t ok worry about him going and getting in the elevator. Otherwise, great condominium!

Loved the outdoor space. Great for having a drink and watching the sunset. Close enough to all of the tourist places but perfect if you just want a quiet section on the beach. Didn't understand the tennis court situation, not a big deal as there was only one day was looking to play but unless you want to pay not ideal.
Looking forward to coming back.

Great location in Sandestin - very family friendly! The condo was clean and the condition of the furnishings was very good. The terrace space was excellent! Only issue is that we didn't have the code needed for beach access when we arrived Saturday night but the management team quickly provided early Sunday morning.

Overall was good. However we were inconvienced one day by floor cleaners. Floor cleaning should be done between renters. Another inconvience was a plumbing problem. I understand that it needed to be done but should have at our convience. Not being woken up by plumbers banging on our door.
