We enjoyed our visit so much! This condo had the perfect amount of space for our entire family! There were a few minor issues that were easily resolved after talking with rental staff! View of the bay was perfect for fireworks & the walk to the village was so close! We really enjoyed the pool! Our only recommendation would be to have a few more kitchen supplies. We would definitely return in the future! Gibson Rentals was fantastic to work with!

Everything was amazing ! We love the resort and the location. Being able to walk to dinner or to get ice cream is so nice. And there’s so many places to sit in the shade. The pool is one of my favorite things about the resort ! And the condo itself was just as described. Plenty of space for us and our married kids to spread out ! Thank you again !

Our family vacation stay at Lasata was amazing! The unit was very clean and roomy enough for all of us. Baytowne Wharf is literally right outside the door - you can walk quickly to any destination within that area. The pool at the complex was huge and had a really big beach entry, which was perfect for the grandbaby to play in. On days we felt like hitting the beach, the tram service was wonderful! We never had to wait long for one and always got to/from our destination with no issues. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for the Sandestin Billfish tournament and the location was perfect. A pretty short walk to the marina, close to the Grand pool, close to all activities and restaurants.
The huge balcony provided and awesome view of the marina and it was the perfect spot to watch the Friday night fireworks.
Gibson Beach Rentals were super responsive, very helpful and provided very quick replies to all texts

We stayed at Sandestin LaSata 3216 for the ECBC Tournament. The condo had an amazing view of the marina and was close to the Grand Sandestin pool and all the Baytowne restaurants and activities.

Very nice condo, great wrap around porch. Comfortable beds and sofas. Alot of walking to and from the parking garage but that is a minor thought. Quiet and close to the nightlife at Baytown Wharf.

Everything was exactly as described! Room was clean, instructions, door codes and other access info all provided right when we were told they would be!
Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice and very clean, and the living room, kitchen and nice dining room table really made this a home away from home!

This is an amazing condo in Baytowne Wharf. The views were amazing. We could hear the band performing and watch the fireworks from the balcony.

Clean, spacious, near everything! We are a family of four who comes down to the area every year for the past 6 years. This by far has been our favorite condo. It was spacious enough for our children to play and not feel cramped but cozy enough to not overwhelm us. It was tastefully decorated and right in the middle of all we wanted to do. The best part was that although we were right near everything the windows were sound proof! We definitely be back again!
