3rd Floor: Guest bedroom with king bed + twin with trundle, plus a mini fridge and coffee maker on the landing
Each level includes a full bathroom for added comfort and convenience.

Seasonal Armband Policy (March 12 – October 31):
Guests age 12 and older are required to purchase and wear armbands for access to the private beach pavilion, beach access, and community pool areas.
