Located in the peaceful Kara Lake community of Santa Rosa Beach, this two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers plenty of space to spread out while keeping you close to the sugar-white beaches, coastal communities, dining, shopping, and everything there is to love about South Walton and 30A.
Downstairs:
As you enter the home, you'll find two comfortable guest bedrooms conveniently located on the first floor.
The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and its own small outdoor patio—a peaceful spot to step outside and enjoy a little fresh Florida air.
The second guest bedroom is perfect for families and kids, featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds and its own small outdoor patio. With plenty of sleeping space, this room is a great setup for children, teens, or additional guests traveling together.
A full hall bathroom and laundry room are also located downstairs for added convenience. Guests are welcome to use the home's garage during their stay as well.
Upstairs:
Head upstairs and you'll find the heart of Santa Rosa Sunshine. The beautifully decorated living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together in a bright, inviting open-concept layout, creating the perfect place for everyone to gather.
Relax in the living room after a day at the beach, enjoy dinner together around the dining table, or prepare your favorite vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove and plenty of room to cook and entertain.
Just off the living room is one of our favorite spaces in the home—the screened-in balcony with a comfortable seating area. Enjoy your morning coffee in the Florida sunshine, spend a quiet afternoon relaxing, or wind down here after a full day exploring Santa Rosa Beach.
Also upstairs is the spacious primary suite, offering a private retreat of its own. The suite features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and private balcony, giving you a peaceful place to relax and recharge.
