This was such a great spot!! Having the water in our backyard was great to wake up too. Also the golf cart is a BIG bonus!! The pools were great too!

Gibson Properties was so responsive! The unit was just as described! I would encourage people to bring spices with them if you are cooking. The gulf cart was fabulous and the area is easy to get around. Publix and great shopping are close and drivable with the golf cart. We also took advantage of the free tram to get familiar with the area. Would love to come back again!

Great stay in Sandestin! The property was spotless, spacious, and in a great location. Management was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Loved the golf cart. The highlight was the view!

When we arrive the condo was just as like the pictures. It was clean & all amenities you’d want. The instructions on the wall said the golf cart was outside to the right but it was not. When I text management, they said it was probably in garage B. So, sure enough when we opened the garage, it was being charged. I believe that if that were in instructions on wall, it would be helpful. We loved being right on the bay. It was beautiful at night. Loved sitting on the outside lanai outside the master bedroom.

The rental is located in a quiet area which was perfect for us. The view on the bay is serene and the sunsets were fantastic. As usual, Gibson was responsive to our issues. Gibson is the best. I would recommend some spices be left at the rental as there wasn’t even any salt or pepper. Also, bring toilet tissue as one roll per bathroom won’t make it a week. One other suggestion is the owners add a window covering on the dining area west facing window. The sun is blinding before sunset if you’re at the dining table. We consider this rental to be one of our favorites in Sandestin Resort. It definitely deserves a five star rating!

The views from this house are incredible! We enjoyed being on the bay even more than being on the beach. We’ve been to Sandestin many times and this was definitely our favorite rental. The house was beautiful with gorgeous finishes and decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was a hit with the kids.

The townhome was beautiful! Everything was perfect and the place was fully stocked with everything that you could need. The views from the back were the best. The golf cart was so convenient to get around the resort. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

The townhome was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, very clean, with a peaceful ambiance. The bay was perfect for good reading or just relaxing with family. The golf cart was the best we have experienced. Will definitely rebook.

966 North shore was the most beautiful townhouse to stay in! We had such an amazing time. The golf cart was one of the best parts.

We had a great time. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The view was beautiful and was super quiet. Lots to do just minutes away. The golf cart made travel convenient as well. Beach is crowded but beautiful. The resort was very well kept.

The view is to die for!! We loved the townhouse and all the amenities. So much fun to get compliments on the extra cool golf cart as we drove around. Enjoyed tennis and pickleball at the tennis center, mini golf down by the gulf, shopping, taking long walks, great restaurants and good wifi for working. We had a few chilly nights since it was February, so a thicker comforter would have come in handy, but we just turned up the heat and that worked just fine. We loved it so much we will definitely be back!

Very good, great location with a golf cart...problems with the induction cooktop...took 2 weeks to repair and was never 100% fixed. Will be back next fall.
