This home is perfect for families who want to find a budget-friendly property while still having all the comforts of home. The owners have a NEW golf cart so you and the family can ride around in ultimate style. As you pull up to the entrance of your vacation home, you will find a cart port with the six-seater golf cart parked underneath, and an additional parking space just outside. A keyless lock makes checking in a breeze - and relax as soon as you step inside this nicely updated home. As soon as you walk-in, you will see the cozy twin daybed with large windows to let in plenty of natural light. This updated kitchen has beautiful, spacious countertops, two barstools for extra seating, and is fully stocked with everything you should need to make your favorite meals - pots & pans, dinner and silverware, cups, utensils, and more. The dining area seats 6 around a beautiful wooden table and has a nice view of the foliage around the property. The very spacious living room has ample seating and a large flat screen TV. There is a cute patio area located just off the living room!
The master bedroom has a luxurious style with a King size bed, flat screen TV, closet space, and a private master bathroom. The Master bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is just down the hall and has a cozy Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a closet. The second guest bedroom also has a comfy Queen bed and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has a single vanity and shower/tub combo. This unit also boasts a full-size washer and dryer!
After your long days at the beach, relax in the backyard oasis. Be greeted with grassy space and two lounge chairs. Two pools are within a short driving distance away - the perfect excuse to take the golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood. Also, the Village of Baytowne Wharf and your beach access can also be accessed by a short golf cart ride. There is also a personal gas grill provided!
