We spent Spring Break at Tidewater Resort in Sunny Vista 1005 and had the best vacation! The property was clean, welcoming, in a great location, our unit was right off the elevator access and we were a short elevator ride to the pools and beach! We couldn’t have been more pleased. It was my toddlers first time visiting the beach and she kept saying “I love our beach home!” We made the best memories. And the view from our balcony was unmatched. The turquoise water and white sand are some of the prettiest I have ever seen! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 1005 early October 2025. 4 adults and 3 young kids. The unit was quiet, clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The view was stunning. It was a busy weekend but check-in and access was smooth with no issues. Access to beach was easy and wait for elevator was not long at all. We received the access code and instructions via text msg and didn't need any further communication with host. We didn't use the pools/gyms or movie theater and spent most of the time at the beach.
We usually like to cook when in a rental, there were enough appliance and utensils and dishes. Just be prepared to bring your own cooking ingredients including cooking oil, spices, coffee/tea etc. Overall a great comfortable place to stay, highly recommended. and we will definitely be back to this place in the future.

We recently stayed at Sunny Vista and had a fantastic and relaxing time! The view of the ocean was stunning, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and common areas were spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach (including 2 ramps so you don't have to carry wagons up and down stairs) and Pier Park. We enjoyed that the owners have thought of the “small stuff” like having lamps with USB charging ports, having power strips available, and wall-to-wall curtains. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The sunsets were phenomenal as well! We highly recommend this condo for a beach getaway - we've already planned a return visit!

Great experience!! Gibson Beach Rentals communicated in a timely manner and was eager to answer any questions we had. We contacted them over an issue in our rental and within 10 minutes someone arrived to fix it! Every team member was super helpful and kind. Definitely recommend Gibson Beach Rentals if you want a smooth relaxing getaway!

1)found this unit via facebook, communicated directly with the owner. All my questions were answered
2) unit is 1600 sq ft so it has a good bit more room than others in pcb
3) parking was good
4) beach access was very good get off elevator and it’s a straight walk to the boardwalk
5) staff very friendly & security is great everything is gated must have wrist band to move around property which is great.
