The home was beautiful and had everything one needs for a peaceful and quiet stay. The gold cart was handy and useful for scouting the area. Access to all roads and routes was available. The steps to enter the home were more than I expected and then additional ones once the home was entered. If you have a problem with stairs, take caution. We could not figure out how to turn the heat on (we had unexpected cold weather for a couple of days). We enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding area and would gladly rent this home again. It is in excellent condition.

We stayed in a property through Gibson Beach Rentals in April 2024 for spring break. The property was spotless and the golf cart provided was so nice (we didn't drive our car all week). We had one minor issue while there, which was resolved through Gibson in less than 5 minutes. We also loved the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort; it was the perfect family destination for our kids (ages 12-16). We definitely plan to return!

We loved our stay at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The house was spotless and perfect for our family of six with plenty of space. The golf cart was a nice perk as we could get everywhere (even the grocery) and didn't really drive our car all week. We had one minor issue while there which was solved through Gibson in less than 5 minutes. This was our first time in Miramar Beach area and we felt it was the perfect family vacation spot. We will definitely be back!

Great stay. Good property. Would recommend. Only areas for improvement would be that the AC schedule made it to where the inside temp was pretty muggy and warm when we returned from dinner. Had to wait about an hour for the AC to cool the place back down. Also could use a deep clean to dust hard to reach places. Water heater provided hot water for everyone even when showering back-to-back which was good.

We and our daughters family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The condo was close to all the activities we wanted. We were very happy with the condo.

We rented a house for Memorial Day weekend through Gibson, and it was exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils we needed for all of our cooking needs. The house was clean and well kept. Towels were also plentiful. We were provided beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach what was nice. They made the check in and out process very easy as well as the directions to the house. 10/10 will definitely use Gibson for future rental need.

We could not have been more impressed with the overall cleanliness and location of the condo! The tram was easily accessible and everything we wanted to do in Destin was within a few miles of us! The beach gear tub had everything we needed for the beach! The property manager was highly responsive with text questions and it was the easiest check-in and check -out I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend!

We love are stay. The place had everything we needed. Great location. Plenty of room. Anytime I text with a question management got back with right away. I would recommend this place to every one.
