Gibson was very easy to work with from start to finish. I emailed them a couple of days in advance and requested an early check-in. There was a reservation prior to ours so it was unlikely, although they would try. We arrived in town very early that morning and check-in wasn't until 4pm. I received a text around 2pm notifying us that we could check-in early, which was great news considering we were entertaining a 3 year old and two teenagers in the meantime. I texted Gibson a couple of times during our stay with different requests and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Very easy to work with!

Our family of three stayed here June 28-July 3, 2024. The photos on the listing don’t do it justice. The gulf view is lovely, overlooking the resort property. All of the furnishings are comfortable and sturdy, decorated well and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook full meals with newer appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit worked well. Condo feels spacious and clean. The only wish would be a king sized bed in the master; there is plenty of space for one. Beach chairs and umbrella were put to good use! Towels were clean and in good condition. Extra throw blankets were cozy and clean. Gibson management made the check in and check out a breeze; no problems. Resort is tucked away from traffic, so it feels secluded from the crowds. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Sidewalk runs the whole property, so take advantage for walks. Each building has their own pool and there is a community pool near the beach with an outdoor bar and small grill. Two large 4-burner gas grills overlooking The Summit building pool and are surrounded by marble countertops; worked well and were clean with resin benches to sit near by. Half basketball court and mini golf access to all guests. Pickleball and tennis courts only available to guests staying in the Tides building. Did not have access to the fitness center. Easy access to the beach with a short boardwalk. Chair and umbrella service available. Private beach did not feel overly crowded. White sugar sand and water was clear during our visit. Many grocery stores are close by and the restaurant choices are unlimited. We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this unit or resort again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Summit! The rooms were awesome! Just wish we has a room with a beach view was the only down side to our room. Everything else was wonderful! We will return and rent those rooms again based on their high and cleanliness! Thank you for a much needed vacation for our family!

We always try to stay in nice condos when we go to Florida. These rooms were PERFECT for our family!

We just wish we were closer to the beach and had a view of the beach from the room.

HOWEVER, that being said, these rooms were beautiful, great + modest decor, clean and comfortable!

We will return! :)

Beautiful, the condo has all you need to have a fantastic time, Tops’l has it all, the beach is a dream, it takes 5 minutes from the door of Summit 312!!! to the beach, private beach , no traffic, boutique resort, owners will be sure it is beautiful before you get there . Super private .

Stayed in March w/ family of 5. Check-in easy and stay was great. Location and view were perfect. Centrally located to wharf and not far drive to downtown Destin for evening out. Only complaint would wish more amenities were available to those residing in Summit vs those available to Tides / Beach Manor. But, definately would book another stay here while in Destin!

We enjoy the beach view and the layout of the property. The unit was well appointed and the kitchen was fully stocked with quality dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, appreciated by someone liking to cook. The master bath and shower were great. The queen bed in master was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep, only used to watch tv. Wish would be for a king size because we ended up sleeping in the twin beds. Have to say the price with Gibson blew competition away and the biggest plus was their fees were much more reasonable. Would always use them, and when we needed a repair they were there same day. Excellent company and would stay again God willing. Thank you ��

We've been staying here for 4 years and look forward to the year to come. We love the location and our time with family. We're thankful for the warmer weather and the time in the sun. We swim, hot tub play bingo, mini golf and the beach at sunrise and sunset is awesome. The people at Gibson Beach Rentals are wonderful to deal with and our unit is very nice.

We loved our stay at Tops’l Summit 812. It was very clean, well furnished and kitchen fully stocked. The grounds were kept immaculately well. I have been coming to Destin my entire life and this was the best experience yet. Multiple pools, pristine beach, close to outlets and shopping. The perfect pick for any trip!

We were familiar with Tops'l in Miramar but had never booked via Gibson! We were well pleased. Summit 205/205A was clean, spacious and everything as expected! The tram/golf cart to the beach is wonderful and helpful with littles. We were especially excited about the day before checkout offer of additional nights for discounted rate. If your schedule allows, I encourage you to inquire about this towards the end of your stay! We will be back especially considering the 5% return guests' discount! Thank you, Gibson Beach Rentals!

Everything was very clean- inside the condo, throughout the pool area & the resort as a whole! There were enough towels/hand cloths provided, view was perfect and the other guest were very friendly and respectful! Tv’s and internet worked seamlessly, and furniture was pretty comfortable. The only (small) downside would be our room was a little shy of hot water. We were a group of 4 and would quickly run out of hot/warm water after dishes and showers- But the condominium itself was full of people, as we were there in probably the busiest season, so I don’t think this was an issue in our condo alone. We hope to return in the future and would definitely recommend!

The reviews were accurate. The unit was as advertised. Very comfortable. Well stocked. Well maintained. Good pools. Not a bad walk. Beach has enough room, definitely not as crowded as San Destin’s beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a nice rental. Close enough walk to the beach without too much hassle. A few things worth mentioning: this rental didn’t have chairs to take down to the beach although the umbrella was there. Tub in the master bath doesn’t drain well at all. Fan in master bedroom needs repaired as it squeaked all night no matter the setting. Fridge door doesn’t have a stopper on it so nothing keeps it from slamming back against the laundry doors. Other than that, clean property. Would recommend keeping a few more trash bags on site for guests to dispose of trash.

We stayed in Tops’l Summit and the walk to beach was only 4 minutes. We loved that they had 2 pools, one atThe Summit and one Oceanside with bar/grill. We would highly recommend Tops’l Resort for your next beach getaway!

Wonderful, spacious, clean condo with a nice view! Staff responded quickly when we had an issue with a drain. The kitchen had all the basics you’d expect, the beds were comfortable. Nicely updated! My only complaint is the Tops’l private beach. This is our 4th year staying at Tops’l and I was really disappointed with how far away and how small the “guest” beach area is now. It’s gotten very small and crowded, meanwhile there are dozens of empty rental chairs. For the weekly price, it seems guests should be able to bring their own items to the beach and actually have a spot to sit.

The condo was just as described and very clean when we arrived. I love the ease of using an app for everything and it made communication with management very easy. I’m already looking at other places managed by Gibson in this area for next year so we can try to get one right in the beach. (The walk from Summit is not terrible.) The location was very family friendly and the beaches were beautiful.

This was a good value for a family of 5 (mom/dad and three kids) around 40 years old. Clean, convenient, comfortable and safe. Beach is a very short walk (maybe 7 minutes) and amenities galore.

We just returned from staying at the Summit. The grounds are well maintained and the unit was updated and clean. The unit was spacious enough for our family if 3. The only issue we had was the bathtub not draining properly. I would definitely stay again though.

I had 2 questions and called before checking in. I received prompt responses from people who knew the area and the resort. This is important to me as I had called a couple of t other management companies before booking and one never answered and the other didn’t know the answer to my question and didn’t return my call as they had promised.

We loved the Summit! We got moved to this condo just a few days before our arrival and I was a little hesitant since it wasn't directly on the beach. However, it was an easy walk to the beach (.25 mile) along a sidewalk to the boardwalk. The pool was heated as well. The location is ideal because it's at the end of the busy beaches so you could walk a mile or two east without the other high rise units and big crowds. The unit was nicely decorated and had just what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from the balcony. Having king beds in both rooms was nice as well. The entire process from booking the rental, checking in and the communication was fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful condo with a magnificent view from living room & bedroom. Heated Pool & hot tub were perfect for the chilly days. Kitchen has all the essentials which was a big plus. Located near The Grand with great shopping & restaurants. Love the decor! Nice escape for the holidays. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful view from the balcony to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The condo was perfect for a gathering of friends. It was nice being close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed The Ocean Club with the "early dining" specials. It would have been helpful to have grab bars in the shower area.

The condo was very nice except for a couple of issues. We were notified it was ready early, then told there was an AC issue and to hold off, which ended up being a couple of hours after our check in time, but they got it fixed, which was great!

The guest shower did not work well at all, one of our sons had to wash his hair in the tub faucet. We contacted management and they sent someone out and we were told the shower needed to be replaced. The sons made due with the other shower, but that was disappointing. I am sure they took care of it after we left....they were very quick to respond.

This is a corner unit that has good view of the ocean and the pool below. Liked the update to the main living area but the bathroom could use an update as well. Everything worked as it should which is nice. Especially like that there was an Alexa in the room, which was a nice touch. Internet speeds were good and the only problem was the info received about the wifi conflicted. However a phone call was all that was needed to get that fixed. The bathroom had a loose baseboard. As with all other units that we stayed at, this adjacent room's noise can be easily heard thru the connecting door.

The building itself could use an update though. We've been to this building many times and every time, the elevators are grimy. On our arrival the elevator call button was loose but at least it was fixed the next day. There is no cleaning done on the elevator or the luggage carts. At least there is always luggage carts, which I appreciate. Just wish that the elevator and elevator areas were cleaned on a regular basis.

Everything was great. The only complaint I have is that check out is at 10 am and our flight was not till 5:30pm. We had no place to store our luggage for 5 hours while we finished enjoying trip. This is the only reason I gave overall satisfied a 4. I would of given it 4 1/2

2nd time booking this room, everything was great with one exception, we did not have enough Towels and wash cloths for the duration of our stay. We stayed 4 nights and only had 2 towels per person.. The resort does not help you without a fee for more.. The room was super clean and comfy. All the free activities was a great benifit of booking the room!

The weather was absolutely perfect. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. It was in a great location.
My only problem was having so far to walk to the beach. I am 71 and we had a baby. So it was way to much to walk for me.

Extremely clean, exactly as pictured and described. It is about a 6 minute walk to the beach with some hills. Some difficulty with finding areas to set up your own beach chairs. Beautiful beach, beautiful property. Management very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Loved how well appointed the condo was. Having sand wagons to cart provided beach chairs and umbrellas to beach area was amazing. Board games need updating; however we made due with lots of Jenga and turned the money from game of Life into cash for Poker/black jack. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay in Miramar Beach at this condo. It was perfect for our needs (actually discovered that there's an efficiency unit that can be potentially rented to add an extra master for our parents to join in the future) and a short walk to the beach, good location for groceries and shopping. It was a bit of a drive, traffic-wise to the Destin Boardwalk area due to intermittent road construction but our whole family really liked The Beach House restaurant that was really close. We had an incident with the neighboring unit having a major washing machine leak into the guestroom, but the property management replied quickly was on it as much as they could be. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, too- even when the beach/ocean was too cold & windy, the pool area was sheltered from the wind and pool warmed enough to swim and sunbathe comfortably. Had plenty of most kitchen items, could use a couple of metal flippers/spatulas.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for two people. The unit was very clean and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. For the price you can’t beat it! Although the contract I received indicated there was a dishwasher, there’s not. My only recommendation would be to add some sort of rug to the unit.

Awesome property, clean, up to date. The kitchen had practically every item you could ask for. Not to mention, the beach was very accessible and there was a bus for those who did not wish to walk.

This unit was too small for us. It was really a hotel room. The location and price was great. When we had problems with the WiFi, they came right over. We will definitely try this property again.

Overall good experience. It’s a true 5 min walk to the beach which was a lot lugging chairs, boogie boards, beach bag, toddler, etc. I had read a review about a wagon in the unit to help with beach lugging so we didn’t bring our own. There’s not a wagon! Otherwise, this worked well for our family and our kids slept well in the twin beds. Great that they had beach chairs and boogie boards (although I recommend renting an umbrella and chairs rather than lugging). I was not a fan of the app we had to use for tge property. Hard to find all of the different info. I’m old school email I guess.

Booked at last min, we found this little gem and had everything we needed. Website describes everything well and as expected when we arrived. Not far from the beach but is a walk for sure. You’re close to two pools and beach bar area. The room itself has mini kitchen with micro, fridge and toaster. Has a few dishes and flatware too. High speed internet and TV are great and has a little view of the ocean off the patio deck. Restroom is large but does need need shower head as hardly as any water comes out. Overall, our stay was 5 stars and would visit again.

First time doing something like this. Check in was easy and loved the text communication. Responses were very fast, courteous, and they answered your questions. Had one small issue with the door lock that was dealt with promptly as soon as I brought it to their attention. Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a family of 6. Loved that Walmart was close and could stock up on groceries very easy! Also used Xplorie to play 3 rounds of golf and it was amazingly easy to book and it was free! Would definitely recommend it and likely will return to the exact same location!

A clean and spacious room, with a close drive to all Destin had to offer. With the exception of the guard giving us incorrect directions, we had an easy check in and enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in a host of Tops’l units at Beach Manor, The Tides and the Summit over the last 6 years and this unit was one of the best! View was great, location great and the decor was perfectly beachy and very comfortable! Would definitely book this unit again!

The room is great. Clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The restroom set up is a little weird as there are some louvred doors that open up to the bedroom and one does not want to snap/stay shut. But overall, it is a great room and I would stay again without hesitation.

Thanks to Gibson Rentals we had a wonderful stay at the Summit! it just wasn't long enough...back to reality.. The place is exactly as described in pics. It was emmaculate. Very convenient to the beachfront with the beach access just down below the property. Very clean property inside and out. Location is close to everything. We plan on bringing family and staying here again!!!

This was a great experience, especially for last minute get away. My wife and I loved it. It was exactly as described and pictured. The property and the room were clean beyond expectations. Everything was perfect in this condo. It was very clean, pretty and close to the heated pool, tennis courts, miniature golf and the ocean. We would love to stay here again. Shopping was just done the road along with so many great restaurants and fun things to do all throughout Destin.

Very nice place, very quiet except for some light construction noice on occasion! Condo was clean and everything worked well. Close to beach, pool, and hot tub! When going out of complex traffic on 98 very troubling!

We liked it so well last year we came back this year and plan to return next year. The view is beautiful and the facilities a great. A little rain or cool weather is better than the snow and ice in the north.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this beautiful condo! The views are amazing and it’s such a short walk to the beautiful beach! I saw deer several times during my stay and my early morning walks on the beach were my favorite! The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect. I can’t wait for my next visit!!!

This was a lovely unit in a beautiful resort. Two things to note: there was a renovation in a unit above us that caused lots of noise, and the HOA did not notify Gibson ahead of time, so it put an unexpected damper on about a week of our month-long stay. Also, the couches need replacing. Very saggy. Otherwise, it was terrific.

We had an excellent stay at Tops'l Summit. We booked it last minute for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect. This was the first time I have been in a rental property that the kitchen had every single thing I needed...and on Thanksgiving even. Every detail was taken care of, especially during covid. There were single sizes of soaps, dish and laundry detergent, etc. The condo provided beach chairs and an umbrella and the property management company app was a piece of cake for contact free check in. We also loved that since the Tops'l property was the last "resort" before the state park and private homes, the beach was a lot less crowded than the neighborhing Sandestin. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk from our unit.

Very nice rental only thing is the water pressure for the shower sucks for someone with very thick hair. Location to the ocean isn’t really what I wanted, I wanted closer to the ocean. Wasn’t so up on the bedroom actually joining the actually part of the main condo by a door that locks from both ways. Other than that the place was beautiful and pool area was awesome

This was a nice place. We had to reschedule last minute and although this condo wasn’t on the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed the nearby pool and hot tub, and putt putt. The walk to the beach was made easy with wagons provided in the room. The condo was spacy, beds comfortable and our needs were met.

I was absolutely blown away with our stay! The rental was absolutely gorgeous! The property is beautiful; filled with Scenery, a nice pool, and white sandy beach! I love the pool located closer to the beach that includes a bar! The room was very clean and the location was perfect! We will certainly rent with you guys again!

We loved it! It was perfect for my husband and myself. We were celebrating our anniversary and we loved our room and the entire property! We liked have 2 pools and the pool bar and easy access to the beach!

It looks just like the pictures! Pretty clean and spacious for family of four. I loved the decor and view. The location was a little further from the beach than expected but not bad. Pool was clean but hot tub didn’t work very well. I would recommend.

Great efficiency for the price and Gibson does it right - offering much more than just the room. Activity discounts and free daily golf were an extra and the room has beach chairs to use.

Overall it was a great place to stay. There were some minor hiccups. The living room furniture was uncomfortable as were the twin beds. The vent wasn’t working in the spare bathroom, but maintenance came quickly. WiFi is very slow to non existent. The tub in the spare bathroom filled up while showering. Other than that a good place to stay.

Only spent 3 days in the condo but it was everything we needed! Close to the beach, a choice of pools and the Tiki Bar was fabulous (Lori was AWESOME!!) Recommend this 5th floor condo!

Room was very clean and ready upon arrival. However, the furniture, appliances, and overall condo are dated and need to be updated. If you are "OK" with walking to the beach and spending the entire day this condo will work great. However, if you need to go back and forth with frequency you probably should consider a location with closer beach access.

The property was nice but the closets were packed with misc. items - very little room to hang up clothes. There were items stored under each bed making a bit inconvenient.

My stay in the room was ok. A few things I didn't like, you could hear the people next door due to the connecting room doors so that kept me up all night. I didn't have a kitchen sink or small hot stove,but there's a cabinet full of dishes. Why? I guess you wash dishes in the bathroom.Not cool. Other than that it was great just for our short stay.

The condo was more than enough room and it exceeded our expectations. We have 2 small children so it was important to us that they felt at home. This is our standard when we are away fro home there comfort is most important, and they loved the place. My two year old was so relaxed and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my husband. the space was spotless! very clean and modern design. We will definitely be booking this listing again in the near future!!

Our stay was just perfect. The property was exactly as listed and I actually thought it looked even better in person! The Topsl resort is a wonderful location between Destin and the 30A attractions as well. Property mngt was super responsive and helpful. We had a minor AC issue midweek but they quickly resolved this and followed up to be sure all was well. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was so easy from finding my stay, booking it, checking in and out! The property was safe, well maintained, and very clean. Close to the beach and parking at the unit was easy. I definitely will consider Gibson for my next beach rental. 10/10!

Overall very good, Gibson Realty was spot on in responding to issues. Unit was above average, furniture needs updating but was adequate. Location though no ocean view was a 5 minute walk to beach, pool & hot tub both nice. Near many restaurants & shops. Heavy traffic into Destin & road construction was aggravating but when completed should improve.

I didn't know what to expect when I first arrived. The unit was superb with an up-to-date kitchen. It was on the second floor, so the view wasn't so great, but the price was right. I would rent it again if it was higher up.

Very nice and comfortable condo. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony that has 3 cushioned chairs and small table. Condo has a well stocked kitchen, baths have plenty of towels and complimentary bath items, nice king size bed. Rental company left us a small cooler for our cold waters to take out to pool/beach each day. We want to go back!

We had a great time. Unit was very clean & had everything we needed! Perfect size for just the two of us. Other family stayed up on the 5th floor in our daughters unit so we were all together. Good to see Tops’l starting to invest money into fixing & cleaning up the whole resort area.

Our rental was great! The property was very clean & well maintained. It's in a gated community that was beautiful & well kept! It's a little farther away from things than I realized but we appreciated less people! The kitchen was well supplied & the bed were comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach which was nice. The pool/hot tub area was also nice, very roomy with lots of chairs. I downloaded the app & received useful updates for our trip (construction warnings, etc.). The rental company contacted me on our arrival day to make sure we had received the door code & to let us know that we could check in a little early if we wanted! Great service all around!

When we first arrived at the Condo it was very late in the evening. The guard was very helpful in directing us to our room. The room was clean and well kept. The view for not being beach front was great. We could still see the ocean from our room. If there was anything I would say would be to maybe add a fan in the closet. Many people sleep with a fan and we had wished there was one. The beach is only a short walk, however there are shuttles that will take you too and from if you aren't up for the .5 mile walk. We found out that Michael Jordan had a penthouse in the same unit as us and that made it kinda cool. I would stay here again if I weren't staying long. (there's no stove to do any cooking) It was just my husband and I so it was perfect!

Summit 409A is a hotel-style studio, but you can actually also rent the adjoining unit, 409, a 2 bed/2 bath or even both to make a 3 bed/3 bath! That's pretty cool about Michael Jordan - we didn't even know that! We love these Summit properties as they are so close to the beach as you mentioned without having to pay beachfront prices. Much cleaner than beach properties we've stayed at in the Cocoa Beach area. Other than the mildewed caulk around the tub faucet, the overall cleanliness of the property inside and the outside building and grounds was a nice surprise. The unit did not come with a DVD player in any of the rooms though the property management office indicated there should have been at least two (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), making the free DVD rental benefit kind of pointless the first day. They did eventually put a player in; though the process wasted two afternoons with a lot of waiting around for staff to show up. The water pressure in the showers of both bathrooms was non existent. This is something that should be a top priority to fix. We didn't bother mentioning to mgt. because we didn't want to wait around for that to be addressed after the whole DVD player issue. We did note it in our check out form so they can address it before the next guest. The balcony view was very pleasant and relaxing. The walk to the beach was easy, short, and convenient. We really thought the carts provided for bringing up groceries, the beach chairs in the unit were nice extra amenities. We would probably stay here again despite the few minor hiccups. Property management does seem to want to provide good customer service. The over all cleanliness and location is a definite draw to come back.

We sincerely apologize for the minor hiccups and wish your stay would have been absolutely perfect. When the DVD issue was first reported to us we did get one to you but were unaware it didn't work properly so once you let us know that the next day, one of our staff left the office to purchase a brand new DVD player at the local store and had it installed the same day. Please accept our apologizes. The items you mentioned have been addressed and we hope in spite of them you all had a nice time.

We’ve never been to the Destin area, so we were a little hesitant when booking a place to stay. We settled on Tops’l resort and were SO glad we did! The room was on the 4th floor, making for a perfect view of the pool and the ocean! The room was just a short 5 minute walk to the ocean. It was so nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella with the room; it made our beach days so easy! The resort was gated and a friendly security guard oversaw all of the incoming and outgoing traffic to the neighborhood. The building itself was clean and had an easy access. The room was clean and updated. The resort is 30 minutes from beautiful seaside beach, and was not far from Henderson beach and other fun restaurants. We will definitely come stay again!

Check in and out was very easy! The beach was an easy ~10min walk away, There is a microwave and mini fridge as well as some servicewares, a toaster and other things I didn't use, such as a blender! There are two chairs and a table on the balcony! I didn't use the shuttle service, but it was available! This is a perfect place for one or two persons! Stinky's in Seaside was great for dinner!

We had a great time here. Location was perfect. Our condo was spacious and well equipped. Only complaint would be sugar ants in the kitchen which required us to store food inside the refrigerator. We also had a slow tub drain which I was able to clear myself with a coat hanger. Overall however it was a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the balcony gave us the best view! Also, the staff was very helpful. When we were coming the first day, we were told that the jacuzzi wasn’t working in our room. This was disappointing, as we selected that room specifically so we could use that jacuzzi. Maintenance came in to fix it and said three of the jets needed to be expensive deal. Two days later two repair guys came in to look at it and asked if maintenance ever filled the jacuzzi? We didn’t know, so they filled it and it worked! So, we lost 4 days of jacuzzi usage and it was never broken. That part was disappointing. Otherwise it was great!

We drove almost 20 hours to get to the property, it was worth it!! We loved the place and had a great time. Location was excellent, well maintained. Proximity to the beach was great, easy walk. Met so many nice people while grilling, in the hot tub etc. Would love to return.

This was one best rental experience ever, the internet was not working and they came out promptly on Sunday fixed it. The c ol ndo was very clean, from top to bottom. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!! The condo was absolutely perfect in terms of space, decor, location and amenities! The walk to the beautiful beach was very short, it was much closer than we even expected. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. I lived renting through Gibson. They were very easy to work with and getting in the unit was a breeze. It was a little walk to the beach, but with a wagon to help haul our stuff it was manageable.

What a wonderful experience. I'm used to staying directly on the beach when I come to Florida but, due to budget constraints, was unable to do so. I found this cute condo on a private drive and a short walk to the beach. I was astounded at how well decorated it was, how clean it was, how detailed Gibson is with their clients.

The towels in cute displays on the bed, the complementary items like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, etc. You remembered every little detail and things that I did not remember. I will definitely use Gibson Beach Rentals again when I stay in the Destin area.

Fun trip. Stayed 9 nights. Property was clean and property and grounds were well-maintained. Beach access with shuttle bus available. Not far to plenty of restaurants and activities. Condo had lots of room and everything needed. Would recommend to other families.

Very good, the condo was very spacious and clean. We liked that the Summit was in a gated community, which provided added security. The only downside was the Summit building was off the beach a little ways which made getting to the beach a little harder. Tops'l provides a shuttle service so we took advantage of that from time to time. We spent a good amount of time at the beach and pool side. The pool amenities and staff were great for the most part. We got some food and drinks from the Blue Dunes Grille, which was good, but I did wait an extended amount for service one day. The staff had a DJ and several kids activities planned which provided entertainment. Overall, I would totally recommend it to friends and family, however next time I would stay on the beach, probably Tides building.

We had an amazing stay!!! Despite the hit or miss weather, and rough waters, it was fun! Condo is beautiful, very well stocked with all you will need. We used the BBQ grills just next to the pool a lot. Gibson was super easy to work with, when we had an issue with the tv, they came quickly to remedy the problem. Unit was very clean, and ready on time for us. Beach is a very short 8-10 minute walk. Should you have a lot of items to bring to the beach, the tram service is very quick and convenient. Master bedroom bed is very very soft, which was ok for me, but my hubby has a bad back, and would have done better with more firmness. Overall, more than pleased with our stay, would definitely return! ????
