Come into a serene, beachy getaway condo with the beautiful emerald-green Gulf right before your eyes. The open plan in this unit lets your family and loved ones be close without overcrowding as you make unforgettable memories. You will find updated appliances and plenty of counterspace in your fully stocked kitchen. We supply all your basic cookware, utensils, dinnerware, flatware, and more. There is brand new dining table to seat everyone comfortably. Spread out in the living room with a movie on the 31" flatscreen TV after a long day at the beach while relaxing on the couch or side chairs. In the master bedroom, there is a padded, full-length window seat for gazing out at our beautiful beaches and Gulf waters, access to the balcony, a big king size bed, and an attached bathroom. The private master bathroom boasts a double-sink vanity, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, access to the guest bathroom, and more-than-plenty drawer space for all your belongings during your stay! We’re happy to have this beautiful, professionally decorated unit on our program and we’d love to show why!

- Payment(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: 30% due upon booking ($500 minimum). Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. If booking within 60 days of arrival, full amount is due upfront.
- Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax. Reservations cancelled between 45-30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a refund of half of the "Rent Charges Total" plus tax and full "Housekeeping Charge" plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of Total Booking Charges.
- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 60 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of Total Booking Charges.

During your stay we are available 7 days a week during normal business hours (peak season) and 5 days a week for the off-season (need some time to refuel our vacation rental engines). We understand about the blow dryer; however, we've found if there are two in a unit, most people use them at the same time and it trips the breakers very easily. In order to keep that from happening, we place one hair dryer in each unit to prevent negative electricity issues. We hope you understand. Beachside II towers does actually have air ventilation in the elevators, it may have been on the fritz while you were here. Air cooling systems sometimes take a beating in the hot August Florida heat. We have confirmed with Beachside II maintenance that all is working well now.

Our last two years experience with Gibson has been terrific. The staff has been helpful and eager to please which makes it a pleasant experience. The unit appears tired and is tired. It did not come close to our last seven visits.

We loved our stay here! The window seat in the Master was our favorite place to hang out--what a view! We would have to agree with a previous reviewer, the Master bed was very uncomfortable...perhaps it is time for a new mattress? Other than that, we had a fantastic stay here!

We are conveniently located so close to many options for shopping, dining, fun, etc. We love the tram, too, and are so glad you enjoyed the extra amenity. We apologize that you encountered some not-so-welcoming staff members on the property; next time feel free to stop by our office on the ground floor and we'll load you up with smiles! We are open to any feedback you have on what the Owner can do to make this condo more enjoyable; they joined our program not too long ago, so we are working closely with them to ensure everyone receives a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, the cracked tile is one of those minor imperfections that cannot easily be fixed without replacing all the tile, but we have made sure it doesn't present any harmful or safety concerns. We've made service orders to fix the cracked cable plate and also check the corners. Our housekeeping works very hard, and we maintain the highest of standards compared to our competitors so we don't want anything sneaking by! Thanks for letting us know about your stay, and hopefully we will see you again soon! The beach already misses you :)

Have you ever waited until the last minute to make vacation accommodation plans? Did your vacation opportunity just become available and you want to see what the current deals are? This is a courtesy feature for you to use to bid on available vacation rentals.
Bidding is only allowed for online customers. Do not call about the bidding process-email only, however you can call our office to see what current discounts are being offered. The discounts will be similar to what an accepted bid is expected to be. The bidding form is not to get a lower discount than what is offered through our office, but a convenient tool to use so you do not have to call in. Remember, not all homes will accept a bid, and sometimes, the discounts that we offers will be more or exactly the same as what a homeowner might accept.
If you are within 5 days...make us a reasonable offer.
Please be courteous and only submit serious bids. Ensure that you read and follow the Last Minute Bidding Rules below, or your bid will be deleted and not considered.
Bidding Process and Policies
- Review the properties using our reservation availability search. Each property listing will have a “Last Minute Bid” Tab on the property page and this is what you will need to complete to be considered for that specific home. Find the home you really want before you make a bid.
- Complete the form fully and honestly, and submit your bid. If not completed, it will not be accepted.
- Only submit a reasonable bid. A ridiculously low offer will not be considered and will be deleted immediately. Examples of considered bids will be 10% Off the advertised rate. 3 Nights for the rate of only 2. 15% off a 3 night stay, $150 off the advertised rate…for example. Be smart, you know what a too low bid would be.
- Our Rental Staff will contact the property owner to determine if your offer is acceptable or if a counter offer shall be made by the owner, then we will contact you immediately with the result. If the bid is thrown out due to a low offer, you will not get a follow up.
- When your bid is accepted, you will be required to pay for the lodging in full via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and execute our standard lodging agreement within the next 90 minutes. Failure to do so will void your accepted bid, and we will not resubmit for approval. Remember, if someone books before you confirm it, your offer is also VOID.
- Your right to the vacation property cannot be assigned or re-sold. Please carefully review our occupancy guidelines as this is your responsibility.
- Our standard processing fee, Accidental Damage Protection Plan, and taxes will be added to the agreed upon bid submitted below. No exceptions.
- A non-response after 24 hours shall deem the bid to have been unacceptable to the property owner, or thrown out due to an unrealistic offer, so please continue looking for a rental.
- We will only accept the first bid submitted in a given day per person/email address, so only 1 BID ALLOWED. If you bid on multiple homes, all bids will be thrown out. If your first bid is accepted, you will not be permitted to make additional bids unless you are looking at booking multiple homes or a different date.
- Please remember bidding is only allowed on properties within 5 days of arrival and only allowed for one home at a time. Bids that are outside of that 5 day window will be ignored and deleted, as will unrealistic bids.
- Please review the policies and procedures put forth and do not make a bid unless you agree to all terms.
